    I ended my @bt_uk service back in January.... and I am still paying for it!! I have phoned on 5 occasions!!! Only to be told I would be refunded “today” over £100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom

    @btsport thanks for being free for 3 months on EE and then being absolutely impossible to log into. Stuck in an endless circle of password resets and passwords not recognised. Dont get this crap with Sky.

    Intermittent @bt_uk Broadband fault being going on for 6 weeks. Broadband now down. Spoke to Dermot, in Customer Servcies, arranged for a 4g hub to be sent and an SFI engineer coming around tomorrow. Excellent service, Dermot was really helpful. Thank you.

    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    @bt_uk Yes, that's where I ended up after logging into my bt account and a bit of digging, and providing my landline number. A simple page of ongoing problems in regions could have provided some reassurance that the problem was identified and being looked into.

    @bt_uk Still no internet, over 48 hrs now 😡 I only get PM replies after I publicly message and/or bot text messages which are unreliable and untrue. Can’t get through to a human being on the phone either & no call back service offered! Terrible customer support 😒

    @bt_uk Broadband is crap - pass it on. This is my 12th day without broadband in the last 14. Customer service don't even answer now. And they want to charge me £200 for ending my "contract" early. Good luck with that one
