-
Sem Essessi (@SemiEssessi) reported@bt_uk your CEO is a ******. he should be checking that customer service works at least once a week himself personally to stay on top of it. its easily fixed. he needs firing asap. gross negligence and probably misconduct for leading it here
-
Kristen Covo (@kcovophoto) reported@bt_uk Not to mention I now have the inconvenience of having to post back your faulty product from a post office (are there any left in London?) Instead of your engineer just taking it. Why do I as a customer have to work for you?
-
Akram🇵🇸 (@akrxm94) reportedWhy do BT/TNT Sports make it so hard on their website to cancel your subscriptions? So unclear and they only give a telephone number to call, and I call twice to get cut off both times after 10 minutes. Make it easier for customers to cancel subscriptions! @bt_uk @tntsports
-
GerryC🏇🏾 (@Epsom1780) reported@bt_uk I don’t have an account with BT though, I’m with Sky, but they’re not updating, and it’s Openreach that are supposedly fixing this problem and then updating Sky! So I need to contact Openreach!
-
The Real Philip Lyon (@phillyonskem) reportedEvery time I have to contact @bt_uk about our business phones, it says webchat is the best option. And every time, without fail, after a least a half hour webchat they tell me I'll need to ring such and such a number. Absolute joke of a company to deal with.
-
jackbwater (@jackbwater) reported@mizmuggle @bt_uk Me too. Texting that number they mention 61998 I tried help and HELP and fault. I got a text back saying they will run some tests and it says system down in my area and they hope it will be up by 19:00 today....
-
Sem Essessi (@SemiEssessi) reported@bt_uk why do you keep calling my business partner whose phone number was never part of this account? why are you so awful? i can tell from the first word of your customer service automated broken that you are screwing up your business. a few more words and its even worse.
-
Giselle Brannan (@g15elb) reported@btbusinesscare why can I not get to speak to anyone at BT Business Local in Lincoln? The system keeps not putting me thru & then saying theirs a fault? Given I have an ongoing complaint & still no solution is this deliberate?
-
Tim Hempstead (@thempstead) reported@bt_uk And that's the problem, it never does change ... for years and years "If you go with Halo 3 + when you get fttp then you should get a free upgrade. That should happen in 12 months" Yeah, didn't happen
-
Robert Drummond (@robertd1981) reported@bt_uk I don’t really want to raise a complaint. It’s basic looking after people and that’s what you and Openreach should be doing. I should not have to complain for you to have nothing more than average standards.
