I tried to do that by phone but gave up after being on hold for over 40 minutes. I wrote a complaint using the My BT app last Monday. No reply. Can you help please?

My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

Susan Bunch (@SusanBunch17) reported@bt_uk I’m about to throw my hub in the bin and cancel my contract. How am I supposed to work from home when the hub keeps disconnecting and previous engineer visit found nothing wrong? I’m not paying the money I do a month for this terrible service.
