Apparently taking longer to fix the fault but no indication of how long. What an absolute joke of a company. Second time we've had problems in the last month.

Not sure I believe that. But as he's been dealing with the case I'm not sure it would help any further if you looked into it.

My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later Iโm still without internet. Disgusting ๐

So I contacted them and they said an engineer had fixed the line. But when I checked, the phone line and internet were not working. They are sending a mini hub out.

There are so many new Fibre providers now offering a better service at much lower prices. The days of BTโs monopoly and ridiculous Line Rental charges are thankfully, over.

I then call on the Monday saying it didn't happen to be told the order failed . Etc etc . It's now June . Someone in Tech even suggested cancel account then re open after a week LOL
