@BTCare @bt_uk Credit where credit is due. Two technical faults - one with line, other with broadband. Quicker to get through and Neil was very helpful in identifying the issue and stayed on the line to check solution worked.

@bt_uk my in laws are 95/86 and self isolating. Their landline 0121 705 1403 has been down for days. I was on the phone to BT yesterday for 3 hours and BT promised to have it fixed in 5 days! This service is just not acceptable for 2 very elderly and vulnerable people, please help!

@bt_uk Hello. There was an internet outage at my 85 year old father’s house from Saturday to yesterday. It seems to have been resolved now. He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

@bt_uk Not a thing about connection. To add insult to injury he got an email this morning saying there's a £70 fee plus £21 line rental. He'd already been told the fee would be waived because of all the "technical" issues plus he only wants the internet not a home phone

@btsport hi, I like the feature to switch the crowd noise on or off but a better feature would be to switch commentators and pundits. Steve Mcmanaman is a truly awful pundit and I hate having to listen to him every time my team plays.

@bt_uk Apparently I'm waiting for the FDN or FND team to switch a switch on to fix a SASA Problem. I've been waiting nearly 3 weeks and nobody has done anything. I keep getting updates saying there is no update. I'm fast losing patience now and I'm getting nowhere
