  @bt_uk Hello. There was an internet outage at my 85 year old father’s house from Saturday to yesterday. It seems to have been resolved now. He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

  @bt_uk Took Vikram 1 hour on a Web Chat for disconnection ..... Web Chat is supposed to work quicker.... Very poor service! I am very happy to leave BT Broadband.. I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway ..   @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk after having an engineer booked in & then speaking to your colleague on the phone they then pushed my appointment back to later date!!! Even though I told them to leave the date booked, please let me know how I can cancel broadband and I’ll use someone else.
