@bt_uk Hello. There was an internet outage at my 85 year old father’s house from Saturday to yesterday. It seems to have been resolved now. He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

@BTCare @bt_uk Credit where credit is due. Two technical faults - one with line, other with broadband. Quicker to get through and Neil was very helpful in identifying the issue and stayed on the line to check solution worked.

@bt_uk My service with BT is terrible for last 3 weeks. I got disconnected from internet 120 times during last 14 days, including 40 times in last 24 hours. And counting. Helpline is not really helpful, I got engineer rescheduled 2 times, it took 10 days to get one visit me.
