    @bt_uk tried to buy BT sport monthly pass and the page just keeps endlessly loading. Tried by phone too and they told me they can’t do it. Can anyone help?

    @BTCare @bt_uk Credit where credit is due. Two technical faults - one with line, other with broadband. Quicker to get through and Neil was very helpful in identifying the issue and stayed on the line to check solution worked.

    @bt_uk I’m not sure yet, it’ll be fine one minute and then suddenly start going off every 5 minutes for about 12 hours. Terrible

    @bt_uk Been trying to renew Broadband and BT Sport for the last hour. Your customer service team didn’t even try and help and the live chat bot suggested I clicked the moving home section. If you don’t want my custom I’ll take it elsewhere. Interested @SkyHelpTeam?

    @bt_uk my in laws are 95/86 and self isolating. Their landline 0121 705 1403 has been down for days. I was on the phone to BT yesterday for 3 hours and BT promised to have it fixed in 5 days! This service is just not acceptable for 2 very elderly and vulnerable people, please help!

    @bt_uk @BT anyone else having an awful time with BT at the moment? Seem to never get through on the phone, chat service on the app is down and when they do say they'll deliver a service THEY DON'T I'm also having difficulty getting through to them on Facebook WHAT'S GOING ON BT?

    @bt_uk Hello. There was an internet outage at my 85 year old father’s house from Saturday to yesterday. It seems to have been resolved now. He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

    @bt_uk Seven missed engineer visits. Original order placed beginning of December. False promises followed by more false promises and then you cancel my order in error and tell me I have to start all over again! It has now been three months. Are you ever going to connect me??

    @btbusinesscare I go to click ‘upgrade’ on the monthly pass - and opt for ‘login as existing user’ - I get sent on another dead end route.
