@BTCare @bt_uk Credit where credit is due. Two technical faults - one with line, other with broadband. Quicker to get through and Neil was very helpful in identifying the issue and stayed on the line to check solution worked.

@bt_uk my in laws are 95/86 and self isolating. Their landline 0121 705 1403 has been down for days. I was on the phone to BT yesterday for 3 hours and BT promised to have it fixed in 5 days! This service is just not acceptable for 2 very elderly and vulnerable people, please help!

@bt_uk Hello. There was an internet outage at my 85 year old father’s house from Saturday to yesterday. It seems to have been resolved now. He has been confused by someone selling him a TV box & a Hybrid connect device which I don’t think he needs.

@jamclarkey @bt_uk Thank u James. My hub is down stairs & corded phone upstairs. As try to keep wifi / wireless out the bedroom. Not sure if the suggestion works. My husband worked 4 BT as an engineer (27 years) ill show him what u have suggested but after all the lying, think we'll go elsewhere. X

@bt_uk When you say book a new appointment-do you mean book a new moving home appointment, it’s not very clear. When I spoke to your colleague on the phone yesterday about the cut cable - he said the engineer would report a broken line - but the engineer never turned up.
