    Well @bt_uk after being a loyal customer for several years and wanting to manage my finances, so looking to cancel some services, I would have thought you would have tried to keep my custom, however, no such thing happened. In fact the opposite. Rude and lacking care #lostcustom

    I don't know anybody else had a problem with their @btsport yesterday At 1am when #WWENXT Was spose to start it wasn't on the TV & 20 minutes into the opening match was missed and when you want to watch a wrestling show specially NXT You would like to watch it from the start

    @bt_uk After having my broadband installation delayed by a month FOR THE THIRD TIME I want to cancel my order. I tried to do that by phone but gave up after being on hold for over 40 minutes. I wrote a complaint using the My BT app last Monday. No reply. Can you help please?

    @bt_uk my friends business is reliant on BT for card machine security etc and yet he still can’t get someone to come out to fix until Monday Not a good service

    @btbusinesscare Dont waste your time. Our business has been without any service for 9 days now. Your engineer couldn't be arsed to turn up yesterday for the booked appointment . Your customer service is crap

    It baffles me how little the @btsport commentary team know about #Atalanta, saying surprise lead, potential upset etc. Have they not watched this Atalanta side? They’re a very very good team!! And #PSG have a poor record in the #UCL and are missing key players. Do your research??

    Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

    @bt_uk hey, broadband has been down since last night, done all the usual (reset, check cables, factory reset, do online checker etc) but no avail. Could you confirm that it's an issue your end rather than ours? Status checker says fine but I don't believe it.

    @bt_uk Hi , my worklplace wifi went down so i paid for a 1 day wifi access - £7.99 ...have an email receipt. but it wouldnt connect so i have now paid for something eklse and i woud like a refund. If you DM me i can send you a screen shot of the receipt. Thanks

    @btsport So @ManUtd were due to be aired on BT tonight but no longer showing due to the CL. You should make it an option to watch or given it to another provider! This is why so many people stream matches because of **** like this, can't even watch our own teams on UK TV!

    @bt_uk I’m about to throw my hub in the bin and cancel my contract. How am I supposed to work from home when the hub keeps disconnecting and previous engineer visit found nothing wrong? I’m not paying the money I do a month for this terrible service.
