In the span of 17 month three engineer visit several wifi drop still poor wifi signal at my house. For every complain the only option they have is compensation. Less than 0.3 mbps

Not sure I believe that. But as he's been dealing with the case I'm not sure it would help any further if you looked into it.

I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time. And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.
