It baffles me how little the @btsport commentary team know about #Atalanta, saying surprise lead, potential upset etc. Have they not watched this Atalanta side? They’re a very very good team!! And #PSG have a poor record in the #UCL and are missing key players. Do your research??

@bt_uk my in laws are 95/86 and self isolating. Their landline 0121 705 1403 has been down for days. I was on the phone to BT yesterday for 3 hours and BT promised to have it fixed in 5 days! This service is just not acceptable for 2 very elderly and vulnerable people, please help!

I don't know anybody else had a problem with their @btsport yesterday At 1am when #WWENXT Was spose to start it wasn't on the TV & 20 minutes into the opening match was missed and when you want to watch a wrestling show specially NXT You would like to watch it from the start

@bt_uk After having my broadband installation delayed by a month FOR THE THIRD TIME I want to cancel my order. I tried to do that by phone but gave up after being on hold for over 40 minutes. I wrote a complaint using the My BT app last Monday. No reply. Can you help please?

Very disappointed in @bt_uk My elderly neighbour moved on 27th Jul, giving 3 weeks notice. Due to issues I don’t understand, this transfer failed. 4 calls to BT later, to be told that her line won’t connect until 17th Aug. This delay is worrying her resulting in sleepless nights

@btsport @SamsungUK I'm trying to watch the footfall using the BT app on a Samsung TV. Every 10-15 seconds it pauses and buffers. Missed both goals so far. This doesn't happen for any other streaming service. Help!!!

@btsport It was an interesting game of football. The away side probably should have got 3 points however to be a goal down at not only 1 but 2 stages during the game and to level it up both times was cool. I guess 1 point each was a fair result because of chances created. #FULLIV
