  @bt_uk Had lengthy chat with advisor called Mark who explained an engineer came out today but couldn't fix the problem as it needed someone with more experience. Not sure I believe that. But as he's been dealing with the case I'm not sure it would help any further if you looked into it.

  @bt_uk The app no longer works but you still link to it on the 'My BT' account pages, which have just been updated. This is a known issue with the 'BT WIFI' app which I have discussed 3 times in the last year with your advisors. They do not know why it doesn't work just that it doesn't.

  @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.
