  @bt_uk It says there is an issue in my local area. This should be a proactive service to my mobile to indicate there is an issue. Also, the diagnostic page just timing out is also an issue that needs fixed. Thanks for the number though, very helpful I knowing what is happening.

  @bt_uk I do call - every Monday, get told order failed they will re-issue told to wait 3-5 days . I then call on the Monday saying it didn't happen to be told the order failed . Etc etc . It's now June . Someone in Tech even suggested cancel account then re open after a week LOL

  @bt_uk Utterly shambolic customer service at your hands. Trying to help a very elderly medically vulnerable customer whose land line and broadband have been cancelled. Hours and hours spent on the phone to no avail. Next stop complaint to the regulator and seeking media coverage.

  @bt_uk When do you anticipate BT TV will be back working properly? YT and NOW Apps working on the box, EPG not populating and content unavailable. I presume this is connected with the wider issues reported today.
