    Hey @bt_uk - my 66 yr old vulnerable mum Moved just before Christmas - you promissed her internet/tv/phone etc would be sorted last week, but sheโ€™s still not connected! Which has left unconnected all over Christmas - which is pretty bad form! #BadCustomerService

    Think @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp are trolling us now. 12th day with no phone or broadband. Date keeps slipping, now to 6th September. I phone they say they'll be doing it today. Engineer in our cabinet knows nothing. Vans all around area. No fix. Sick. Of. This.

    @bt_uk I do not want this 2 step verification your webpage indicates itโ€™s easy to turn off but thereโ€™s no provision to Iโ€™ve now got problems accessing emails on my PC as well as extremely slow broadband is this on purpose? Your advisor was useless.

    @bt_uk I did some asking around for others I know on BT and one showed me their laptop was allowing them into their mail with no request for the SMS at all and their desktop was experiencing the same issue as I do - always wants calls that never arrive to mobile or landline in time.

    @bt_uk So I have filed a complaint its number is N150511-151190. And guess what you are now threatening to disconnect us when in fact we dont have a service with you and haven't since March. So what are you going to disconnect! You are a JOKE

    @bt_uk 2/2 Subsequent calls & one did say there was 'a known issue'. Called before i went away & made a complaint that as I said earlier, was reported closed almost immediately after confirmation email said it was being processed

    @Ofcom I have evidence BT won't let customer complaints get to 8 weeks, so they cannot be reported to the regulator. BT closed out 3 complaints I made, without reference to me. One was closed within hours of being raised. Are they permitted to do this? @bt_uk @MartinSLewis #slamming

    @bt_uk Thanks for this @bt_uk - i did manage to speak to a BT *human being* and the problem is outside my home, BUT the process has triggered BT to book a fourth appointment to connect me to fibre. Iโ€™ve had three engineers who say it is impossible - Grade 2 listed house in a conservation area; cables would need multiple way leaves, no practical cable access to my house which is permitted by Grade 2, difficulty of routing inflexible cables once inside. Iโ€™ve accepted this, fibre cannot be installed to my home. How do I cancel the engineer and not rebook the engineer appointment which has been set up? There appears to be a lock on the system where it can only be rebooked even by BT; cancellation is absolutely impossible. Should I try a letter? Any phone process doesnโ€™t work as operatives are not authorised to cancel but can only rebook.
