    @bt_uk I’m on my phone from home. I don’t have access to the computer which has the account details and password to log into. Suppose will just have to wait until your outage becomes a non-outage.

    @bt_uk It has not resolved for months after promises recorded on tape your side ian. Once my contract is up i will never use bt again over this. I will seek help elsewhere. Nothing personal towards you pal. Just your company and lies aswell as making me now miss payments elsewhere. Ste

    @bt_uk sort yourselves out, taking direct debits like kids in a sweet shop, denying any problem at your end, advising me to call my bank. Then after I’ve spoken to my bank and call you again, miraculously you have a recorded message about duplicated direct debits?!? 🙄🫤😡😠

    @bt_uk Thanks Mark, just called. Afraid I don’t have much confidence that the issues will be resolved but we’ve now invested a couple of months with BT. We’ll give it another week or so.

    @bt_uk when are u going to refund duplicate direct debits you’ve taken? I guess you’ll ask for details by DM to ‘look into it’ but we all see it’s a widespread issue, so why no blanket response actually giving a timescale? Surely we don’t all have to contact you individually?!!

    @bt_uk I’m a very disappointed customer. Around the 20th Jan we applied to you for internet in our new house and still nothing. Comms has been terrible, the hub you sent us is awful and now we can’t connect to the BT hotspot - help!!!!
