@bt_uk a whole month of problems! After 3 engineers, 20h on the phone and being deceived to upgrade to Halo I have had internet for a week! Now the connection drops every single day! How is this possible? To say I am frustrated is an understatement. Why can’t you just fix it??

@paulontoast @bt_uk Not now Paul - I’ve changed a host of things around, changed Hub, switches and had a new modem fitted so o can’t tell you what solved it but it’s solved. I have to say, the BT fault service was excellent.
