    @bt_uk hi, I’ve had an ongoing issue with a home move since last week. Apparently it’s being dealt with - this morning I’ve just received an email asking if I want the move cancelled. I don’t. I’m in the property. I’ve been messaging about this for some days now.

    4 days without a phoneline or broadband since @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach changed our telegraph pole last week. I realise it is a #FirstWorldProblem but terrible service and communication from a huge Comms company. Also the pole isnt straight!

    @julesspaceman @bt_uk @Tesco Companies like bt etc, it literally makes the world of difference who you speak to... One person. Will be great, the next will not... Shows that their current training isn't working as it should as there is a massive difference between customer service from person to person

    @bt_uk Hi, my internet is running painfully slow - I’ve done a speed test that’s coming back at 32, but I can’t connect on my devices, also whilst watching Netflix/Prime it’s buffering. Could you arrange a booster for me so I can give that a try before finding a new provider?

    Just been told by @bt_uk that @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp won't be able to fix our fault (caused by them changing telegraph pole) until tomorrow. That'll be 8 days without service. Incredible. #openreach

    Think @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp are trolling us now. 12th day with no phone or broadband. Date keeps slipping, now to 6th September. I phone they say they'll be doing it today. Engineer in our cabinet knows nothing. Vans all around area. No fix. Sick. Of. This.

    @bt_uk I just went through them, someone by the name of Tau was extremely unhelpful and ended up closing the chat session. Still no solution, this is ridiculous. The problem is 100% to do with geo-location on the box office app.

    @bt_uk No, the screenshot from my first tweet is what shows up in the box office app. I purchased the PPV through the box office website on my laptop. Now login to the mobile app and the PPV doesn’t exist.

    @btsport trying to sign in to the BT Sport app on my TV and im getting error code 153? Ive never been signed in before on the app and i can sign in online and on other devices
