    @bt_uk Nobody else games or owns a desktop so I'm not sure tbh. It's been a common issue for a while. I have spoken to a few people whom also have the same issue. There's also 100's of posts online about it. Trying to game is virtually impossible the second someone boots Netflix.

    Incredibly poor service from BT @bt_uk . 3 missed engineer visits. Different excuse each time. Now having to wait 24 hrs before a new appointment can be booked. No Wi-Fi for nearly 2 weeks. Mini hub doesn’t work sufficiently. Husband losing money as he can’t work.

    @bt_uk Hi Ash, Purchased a property decided to go with Plusnet broadband on 20th April. Spoke to Plusnet again today apparently there's a problem your end! We don't seem to be getting any answers to why. BT keeps saying give us 48hrs every time. What can be done to find the problem?
