@bt_uk It has not resolved for months after promises recorded on tape your side ian. Once my contract is up i will never use bt again over this. I will seek help elsewhere. Nothing personal towards you pal. Just your company and lies aswell as making me now miss payments elsewhere. Ste

@knackersakki @mitchmi09009371 @bt_uk So I've had replies saying he got lots of critisism and others saying he got none as all that mattered was that he scored. How badly he took the penalty has no bearing on anything. Comes across like there's a section of fans who don't support the team unless they're winning.

@bt_uk disgusted with the service.. moved home to be told the internet would be up and running yesterday. Got put on hold for 20 minutes and then cut off at 8:58. Amazing the call centre closes at 9 Disgusting…😡😡
