Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!

Refused an engineer visit, and also told me the routers are only designed to last 18-24 months...

Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. I was offered a free upgrade then apologied 2 mins later as it's not free !!!!

Waiting for my paper bill for which BT “kindly waived the £3 fee”. Luckily, I’m “out of contract” and hence able to move to another provider.

Decided to change suppliers but according to BT I don’t have a landline or broadband package with them! This would be fine if I wasn’t paying them £70 a month! Can I find someone to help at BT? Took a little time but was aware of the known problem and should be recognised for her determination in getting sorted. Allison Kirby take note & dont hack loyal long standing customers off.
