Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!

Nadine Steele (@madmomsteele) reported from Polesworth, England@bt_uk Tomorrow between 1pm-6pm. I even tried leaving a txt for Engineer yesterday asking him to update his report as told BT couldn't contact him. If he hadn't advised me of my service speed how would i have known !

BT cut my BB off and left with with a landline , I have now called 28 times no one after 5 days has bothered to contact me back to find a solution. No service so I have sent an email to BT CEO !!!

Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. I was offered a free upgrade then apologied 2 mins later as it's not free !!!!

Dropping out constantly & buffering when I didn’t take em up on it. Almost as if they’ve slowed it down deliberately to make me upgrade to get more money out of me.
