    Why can’t you watch the football recorded on virgin box on the iPad when finished when it’s @btsportfootball / @btsport but can if it was on skypsorts ? Help @virginmedia ??

    @bt_uk Am I of the understanding that after being told around 3pm today that BT would sort out my Broadband before my 7.30pm Zoom meeting, but as my broadband is still flashing orange at 8.44pm that BT cannot fix it. Disappointed

    @btbusinesscare Wish I could. Unfortunately it won’t recognise our BT Business Account No. Cloud Voice has been down since March 20th and it’s impossible to get through on the phone.

    @bt_uk @EE I am a blind customer and I am very confused and worried, from the 17th of September even though I am finishing with BT complete Wi-Fi I now discover I’m getting a new landline which isn’t what I wanted. Please can somebody sort this out

    . @bt_uk my 81 year old mother in law phone randomly rings around 2am for a month now, each time you say you've fixed it and it happens again. Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!

    @bt_uk Hi Paddy. The channel's working fine but the Channel 4/E4/Film 4 etc schedule says 'no information available' from 7am Saturday to Monday. Perhaps it's a @Channel4 scheduling issue?

    @bt_uk Hi there, noticed 5 payments have been collected for my bt sport membership today. I can see the issue has been noted and is under investigation, would we need to DM to provide our account details to add onto the investigation or will this be refunded automatically:)

    2/ food/water/heat this month. Why not publicly admit a failing and take steps to address the issue or pause it from worsening @bt_uk @btsport neither of which you have done? Admit publicly your error instead of redirecting people to Dm and still not admitting your errors
