BT cut my BB off and left with with a landline , I have now called 28 times no one after 5 days has bothered to contact me back to find a solution. No service so I have sent an email to BT CEO !!!

Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. Amanda Eastwood (@eastwap) reported@bt_uk Please read complaints: C10001233999-1 and C10002182447. Aswell, the apparent complaints officer, had not investigated the complaint. Just wanted it closed. Then to top of off, when I ask to cancel the service - I get an email to say they are sorry for my loss! Nobody died !!!!
