Have to take yet another day off work so Engineer can come & check line speed as yesterday's engineer not recorded speed on job log. I find it hard to understand why BT fail to see my issue, I was sold WiFi handsets, there are no WiFi handsets, we now have limited range, BT are now suggesting that I am the issue. Payment is canceled and I still have no resolve. HELP.
