@bt_uk Without doubt, the worst customer service ever. You disconnect my broadband & phone for no reason. I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 ’advisors’ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service 😡

@bt_uk BT - the usual lady on the end of the phone asking me if i want to upgrade to a service that I don't need and "would I like to try" so I end up saying I am busy now, sure, I find the product is not what I want - but says BT you said "yes" now you must pay for 24 months. BEWARE.

@bt_uk At my wits end trying to order BT Fibre for my mum's new home. After 2 weeks we've been left with 4 separate accounts with 3-4 orders on each all auto-cancelled, replaced, & cancelled. There's an open complaint, asked for a manager to step in & been refused. Fed up. Help!
