    @bt_uk Without doubt, the worst customer service ever. You disconnect my broadband & phone for no reason. I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 ’advisors’ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service 😡

    @bt_uk my broadband is due to activate today. Received no kit. No communication from BT. Now been on hold for 35 mins. For a communications business they are very poor at it.

    Another @btsport Champion League night unwatchable on BT TV UHD despite consistent 60 Mbps speed and router reboots. Could do with a complimentary Sky feed again as that never failed unless the pigeon stood between my dish and LNB.

    @btsport cant believe that after 2 months of no sport. U offer a 2 month refund and only give 1 still taking this months money. The least the company could do is half everyones payment as you aren't providing a service. Please give me a number to call to cancel. URGENTLY

    @bt_uk Feedback @bt_uk : 1. BT support staff I dealt w were polite & helpful 2. Polite & helpful doesn’t always fix things 3. There’s still no substitute 4 an actual human being (technician) on site 2resolve a problem 4. The elderly should not have 2resolve complex tech issues online!

    @bt_uk hey, can I have some help please? I got an email the other day saying my 24 month contract was nearly up after only 12 months... and ever since my Internet has been awful. Keeps dropping out, trouble on all devices. Would like someone to look into it please.

    @bt_uk Hi, your minimum speed guarantee. Is it a minimum speed to the cabinet or to the house? Also as a new customer if I didn't opt for Hybrid EE back up during the original order (£7 extra pm) but wanted to add it at a later date, would it still be the same price? Thanks, Matt

    @bt_uk thanks BT - 3rd engineer no show after 3 months of waiting for a home move of internet. Another night of being told to "have faith" the internet will activate by midnight - another night of flashing purple lights, no service, and no clue from any of your staff.

    @bt_uk We’ve had the same router for many years, when we ‘upgraded’ we were told we’d get a new hub, never arrived called multiple times and told it would be delivered, never arrived. We were told we’d get a faster download speed but the last month it’s getting slower and slower.
