I won’t be paying the fee so therefore will miss out on BT Sport and BT Sport will lose another customer.

They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. Their website help is only for broadband, mobiles etc. They attempt to help but answers provided turn out to be incorrect and based on no technical knowledge of the product.
