I have now spent over 2 hrs on the speaking to 5 ’advisors’ asking for an explanation and to be reconnected, then the call fails and nobody calls back and still no service 😡

I won’t be paying the fee so therefore will miss out on BT Sport and BT Sport will lose another customer.

They were told it was a problem with their hub; a new hub has arrived today but it’s not working. They were expecting a call between 4-5pm but nothing. Can you look into this please. Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state.
