    @bt_uk Yes. The coverage here in Stanley is shocking. Time after time I have to connect to home or McDonald's or O2 hot spot to get Internet when out in Town. Even occasionally got no signal at all.

    @bt_uk broadband down (again). Not getting unlimited 4g on my 2 Sims despite 2 advisors telling me I would when I rang up (twice) that is part of my halo plan. Not happy

    @bt_uk have been waiting three weeks for our internet to be installed, nobody turns up for appointment today, ring up to be spoken down too and told nobody was booked in so I need to rebook!!!! Worst customer service ever and having a nightmare before we even get our broadband!!!

    @BTCare I have an ongoing issue with my broadband I've been in touch a few times now, I've done as instructed & have plugged an ethernet cable into my laptop. I'm trying to watch a programme through the BT box on i player and it is just buffering all the time this can't be right

    @bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

    .@BT_UK's adverts on @ClassicFM for their 'guaranteed in every room' 'Complete #WiFi' package seem to be just an indication of the limited range of their standard hub and the need to pay extra for a decent range. My partner can't get a reliable signal in the room next to her hub.

    @BTCare 2/2 why can't an existing customer. Out of contract, have the same deal a new customer can have? Full fibre 300 for £39.99 a month? Rob said you would rather lose a customer?!

    @bt_uk After years of trouble free use, my WiFi has been all over the place in the last few weeks. I reported a fault just before Xmas when my speed which is usually 50+ suddenly dropped to almost 0. This was fixed within 24 hours, but in the last day or two has been erratic again. 🤔

    @bt_uk I’ve just had to reset the router twice to get connection in my room, only device using the WiFi is my PlayStation yet I’m getting poor connection. What is the solution here?
