They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? I’ve been sent bills in February & March that I’ve had to phone about. Im just trying to warn other people how bad your service is.

I called to terminate the contract but I have been asked to pay until 16th August. Also, you charged a £18 disconnection fee. Why do I need to pay after contract?

Today, we received a letter from BT saying 'Sorry you're leaving' and a letter from EE who seem to assume we're changing to them. WTF?
