@btsport your service is terrible. Got billed £80 asked them to close account. Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

@bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

@btsport pay per view...clue is in the view part....blank screen and told the planned fix is 10:10pm....so miss the whole card....and potentially the actual fight....joke...maybe just put it on BT Sport 1...everybody that will pay has paid anyway....you just annoying customers
