Dr Chris Jelley (@chris_jelley) reported from Durham, EnglandA new development on the BT issue. Had a call following my Tweet from a person @bt_uk apologising for yesterday. Peter 🐈🎸🕹️ (@PeteYourDoom) reported from Hartlepool, England@bt_uk I'm tempted to challenge this. As a BT customer, pre fibre, all I ever heard was that the WiFi was "lagging again". I'm on 350mbps cable now but would love a reliable BT connection in the future

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Niall Carson (@niallcarsonpa) reported@EDiamond136 @bt_uk Absolutely 💯 people get laid off from companies after 30 years service by a boss who has been there 6 months. I see it every year in every type of business. The lack of respect for peoples loyalty is wild
-
👀 (@StefanFerrol) reported@_mowgli73 @bt_uk Mines down too and I’m very much in contract
-
namecantbebrank (@alreetson) reported@bt_uk She's paying money for this service that she is not getting, do you understand this? That has been ceased without warning of this one line per property policy that was never communicated. What the hell would you do if you encountered similar in your life?
-
Gari MacColl (@JGMacColl) reported@bt_uk You don't give a ****, do you?
-
Steve 💙💚🏴 (@Superfx101) reported@bt_uk Hi, thanks for the quick reply. That's what I did but they were significantly higher than what a new customer is offered. Is my only option to get the best deal is to switch provider? If so, then unfortunately I will have to do that.
-
Warren Peters (@wizza_wozza) reportedHad a most frustrating experiences trying to help an elderly friend with their broadband and wi-fi through @bt_uk - BTs support systems are designed to hamper rather than help. My friend has poor mobile signal and relies on BT for phone/internet, difficult to speak to a human.
-
Si (@SimonHealey73) reported@bt_uk how do I make a complaint via phone or mobile app?
-
World of Wonder (@brazenchart) reported@bt_uk Ridiculous , 0330 123 4150 rings and then just cuts off. Switching due to being overcharged and slow network but cannot get hold of anyone.
-
(((Ian McKenzie))) 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇫🇷🇺🇦🇮🇱🇬🇪🇬🇱 (@iMcKenzied) reported@bt_uk As a matter of interest, do you know how many @bt_uk customers have been customers for the entire length of the company’s existence? Can’t be many. For the sake of £73 (which the next customer is going to pay anyway), you’ve turned good news into a bad story. Strange.
-
James (Jim) Naismith (@JHNaismith) reportedUsually optimistic on technological progress so disappointed broadband speed being > halved to 67Mbps next month by @bt_uk. @virginmedia can’t fix their “blocked duct” at front door, not good advert for uk infrastructure, I live in Jericho, central Oxford, not remote Highlands.
