Early termination fee waived, apology accepted and relationship restored. Both agreed that this wasn’t the way it should happen but impressed with the resolution.

They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Graeme Wilson (@graeme_i_wilson) reported from Walker Gate, England@bt_uk The light doesn't seem to change colour - yes the service is dropping out - I feel that there is either a degradation of pair quality or faulty termination equipment in the cabinet or exchange - there is definitely an issue.

I have another property with VM Docsis service - again a better service - but your core network was built on low cost - 21CN - poor product choices.

I find it hard to understand why BT fail to see my issue, I was sold WiFi handsets, there are no WiFi handsets, we now have limited range, BT are now suggesting that I am the issue. Payment is canceled and I still have no resolve. HELP.
