-
Peter 🐈🎸🕹️ (@PeteYourDoom) reported from Hartlepool, England@bt_uk I'm tempted to challenge this. As a BT customer, pre fibre, all I ever heard was that the WiFi was "lagging again". I'm on 350mbps cable now but would love a reliable BT connection in the future
-
Alastair Smith (@baldymanali) reported from Gateshead, England@bt_uk just received email from you saying my email will be suspended if I don't login. I read emails on your new (and I might say, useless) ap every day. Have complained about it previously. Get it sorted
-
Master Debonair (@master_debonair) reported from Boldon Colliery, England@btbusinesscare Why aren’t you dealing with our issue after 6 days without business broadband? Disgraceful service as our business is at a standstill with no replies or urgency!
-
Advanced IFA Ltd (@AdvancedIFA) reported from Boldon Colliery, England@btsport your service is terrible. Got billed £80 asked them to close account. Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????
-
MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported from Crook, England@bt_uk False alarm, it was a nice neighbour dropping off a Christmas card - I saw an Openreach van down the road and assumed that you had actually done something!!

Dr Peter ***** ⌬ (Ph or pH? 🤔) (@PHoare1963) reported from Sacriston, England@bt_uk My @btsport picture quality often way worse than this - pixelated and unwatchable with broken up sound. When are you sending me my £100? (and more importantly providing me with a more reliable service? 🤔).
-
Trevor Sharkey (@trevstanley) reported from Stanley, England@bt_uk Do you think you could address the problem of your BTtv EPG in relation to entries by @DiscoveryUK. Entries misleading in time, length of prog, capital letters, no synopsis and unable to "record the series". Do you care?
-
Graeme Wilson (@graeme_i_wilson) reported from Walker Gate, England@bt_uk I moved house in the last year - previously I had sky DSL - copper only and enjoyed better service - this shouldn't be the case. I have another property with VM Docsis service - again a better service - but your core network was built on low cost - 21CN - poor product choices.
-
Stuart Wannop (@QlikStu) reported from Walker Gate, England@bt_uk Just upgraded to fibre 500, getting 120mbps on average. Slower than my previous BT package. Been told speed cannot be accurately measured into my hub. Still in cooling off period anything else I can try before I cancel it ?

I’ve been sent bills in February & March that I’ve had to phone about. Im just trying to warn other people how bad your service is.
-
MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported from Chester-le-Street, England@bt_uk Extremely dissatisfied. I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.
