Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

I have another property with VM Docsis service - again a better service - but your core network was built on low cost - 21CN - poor product choices.

Doesn't seem to happen as often as it did when engineers finally fixed line problem last year, but it's annoying that the crackle has returned and speeds have dipped etc

Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.

Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced service as bad.
