Lost my job & my home and now you want to destroy my credit scores. Nearly £500 charges for leaving early. 8 months in to a 24 month contact does not seem fair to me 😥😥

Early termination fee waived, apology accepted and relationship restored. Both agreed that this wasn’t the way it should happen but impressed with the resolution.

Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????
