Early termination fee waived, apology accepted and relationship restored. Both agreed that this wasn’t the way it should happen but impressed with the resolution.

They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? I then call on the Monday saying it didn't happen to be told the order failed . Etc etc . It's now June . Someone in Tech even suggested cancel account then re open after a week LOL

Have consistently been told incorrect information and no communication back. The apparent ‘complaints’ investigator I spoke to yesterday hadn’t even investigated my complaint.
