Trevor Sharkey (@trevstanley) reported from Stanley, England@bt_uk Yes. The coverage here in Stanley is shocking. Time after time I have to connect to home or McDonald's or O2 hot spot to get Internet when out in Town. Even occasionally got no signal at all.

They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Ian Robson (@GFX2001) reported@Ofcom @bt_uk I do not understand why it is so difficult to report Nuisance Calls / Hang-ups. You have to complete a very lengthy form for a Call. And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.
