Ian Reynolds (@pumps1000) reported from Reading, England@bt_uk The issue is that you charge customers for a service. A service which allows scammers access to your system. I would have been happy to give up the line for a token gesture. You try blocking 80 calls an hour!
-
Gerry Murray (@gerryjmurray) reported from Beaconsfield, England@bt_uk No - your website said there’s a fault that needs an engineer. Your support person wouldn’t book it unless I agreed to pay £85 for a call out to fix your broadband which is at 1/5th the speed it should be. I refused and have ordered sky and will be cancelling BT this evening

Thanks!
