Cut off as bill not paid due to error. No communication of any sort before this action taken. Good job nothing really bad happened.!!. Come on BT sort you act out.

Who was responsible. Who can fix it? They are desperate now. @OpenreachHelp and @bt_uk and contractors haven’t fixed it. A disgrace! They are in 80s
