Our phone was fixed by @bt_uk and now we cannot access broadband from our smart hub or see internet tv, netflix, on demand etc. which we use all the time We never really use the landline phone! Great swap., thanks @bt_uk

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. @bt_uk why am I being charged an engineer fee when I was assured due to the continuous problems with our line this was a BT issue?! BT sent the wrong engineer to begin with and prolonged any resolution to the issues we have with connection. I will NOT be paying this fee!!
