If I was days late with my payment they’d be all over me. If you’re with BT be warned. Apparently it’s due to us being in the ‘run up to Christmas’?

She cannot get to the room where it is very quickly anymore, and because it is pre NTE5 we cannot run a extension either. Can you help please.

Your support person wouldn’t book it unless I agreed to pay £85 for a call out to fix your broadband which is at 1/5th the speed it should be.
