Our phone was fixed by @bt_uk and now we cannot access broadband from our smart hub or see internet tv, netflix, on demand etc. which we use all the time We never really use the landline phone! Great swap., thanks @bt_uk

@bt_uk No & they haven’t had a reasonable response or explanation,they’ve just been told @bt_uk don’t work sat & sun so will have to wait until Monday leaving them without landline or broadband for another 72 hrs! They had an engineer booked between 8am- 1pm today but they never came😒

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. His worst finish for years and years on the slowest factory bike in the paddock.

@bt_uk No - your website said there’s a fault that needs an engineer. Your support person wouldn’t book it unless I agreed to pay £85 for a call out to fix your broadband which is at 1/5th the speed it should be. I refused and have ordered sky and will be cancelling BT this evening

Awful service from @bt_uk got a confirmation engineer was coming today to fix a fault. No sign of them, then we call and they said it was booked but a system error occurred so no one is coming today. Awful! So over 48 hours with no internet it looks like.
