I just did another: ok but still seems lower? An engineer confirmed & said I should claim money back for the year & ongoing if still happening.

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. Your support person wouldn’t book it unless I agreed to pay £85 for a call out to fix your broadband which is at 1/5th the speed it should be. I refused and have ordered sky and will be cancelling BT this evening

And each Call you have to re-enter all the details again. And then to get to the "I Am Not Robot" pictures that don't work.

I have 2 other set top boxes of better quality without contract and this is the only one with contract but of poor quality.
