Absolutely zero help after many hours repeating my self on chat support, here and email. There is clearly a problem and nothing was done. I’ve screen shot convos to take this higher

    @bt_uk internet going off 10-15 times a day no longer acceptable, especially when you are paying for a premier service, can’t get hold of faults either. Unacceptable!

    @bt_uk Thank you but sadly your information seems incorrect as I can categorically tell you it drops several times a day. My husband works from home so it is noticed each time and it always goes down in the evening.

    @bt_uk after 28 years I’ve had to leave #BT for business because of your poor service. Now I’m looking at transfering my personal BT account. Unless you deal with my complaints and do something you have lost another customer

    @bt_uk yet another epic fail. 34 minute call, transferred 3 times to the incorrect department, then cut off by the correct department dead on 9pm (home time) and you wonder why we want to cancel? 🤔

    @bt_uk No we were calling to cancel but had a billing issue first. Seeing as we were cut off we have no idea if the cancellation has been actioned or not?

    @bt_uk Thanks Kevin. What is help desk Twitter account? We have more than one of these Call Guardian units & they all exhibit same behaviour. After a few months the cells are cooked even if handset was never off the base. Battery recovery methods don’t work because battery fully kaput!

    @bt_uk More to the point, do you think it maybe the box? I’ve told you the problems and you’ve not mentioned it could be the problem, just me, but what do I know, you’re the experts. Told it maybe aerial, but happens on Sport too (streaming). The whole BT service is shocking

    @bt_uk @richyroo73 BT will test all speeds and find you are getting sent poor signal. Now buy full package that gives wifi in every room but cant use too mant devices. Engineer will show up 2 weeks later and then 4 weeks later go thro the whole process. good reason to exist if speed to met.

    Having poor service from @virginmedia ,but they are the only Fast BB provider in my area. A friend lives in a village about 2 miles away & has same issue with @bt_uk , again in that spot THEY are only fast BB provider. I’m sure it’s just coincidence & not a monopoly agreement

    God i hate @bt_uk using a public wifi until i get sky sorted. Paid for 5 days access but keeps saying im using an incorrect login. Take the money and run as always from privatised british telecom 🙄

    @BTSportBoxing @btsport Uninspiring really and what was the wailing every 10 seconds in the background for each bout. That background fake sound was horrendous. Poor production

    @bt_uk To get any refunds for poor wifi you have to suffer at least 2hrs on phone, wait for engineer to turn up after 2 weeks and 4 weeks later if still poor wifi you might get paid. BT will argue you are using too many devices hence poor wifi. Take their ad with pinch of salt

    @bt_uk every time I try to look at BT deals I get "Hi Joel. Sorry, but at the moment we can only show personalised deals for customers who already have broadband with us." I am logged in with my active customer account, this is very annoying :/

    @bt_uk I'm tired of doing the help/fix things to be totally frank. The service is laughable, and the price my parents pay is extortionate. Your sales teams have just been taking clueless boomers for a ride. Cant wait to get away in the next couple of months.
