@bt_uk Thank you but sadly your information seems incorrect as I can categorically tell you it drops several times a day. My husband works from home so it is noticed each time and it always goes down in the evening.

@bt_uk yet another epic fail. 34 minute call, transferred 3 times to the incorrect department, then cut off by the correct department dead on 9pm (home time) and you wonder why we want to cancel? 🤔

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. @bt_uk shocking service to my elderly mother. Broadband speed appalling 2-6m/s. Told contact out Nov 21 so she arranged to swap. Now told it's 2022 and has to pay £271. U have not honoured contract width why should she pay when told it was 1/11/21?

@bt_uk It appears the numbers I was calling could call me but I couldn't call them. But then I can call other Lithuania mobiles numbers fine. Really strange. Still can't call those numbers but maybe it is something on their mobile network🤷
