Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

Payment was made in full this evening, two hours before your people left the office. All three of your agents were made aware of this individual's mental state. Require a permit to work, cancelled the order to fix - with no communication - I’ve called and rebooked and you move the completion date and still sat paying for a service I am not receiving - absolute shambles!!! Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced service as bad.
