@bt_uk how is it okay to leave us with unusable internet till the 24th of this month and still charge us for this time. We all work from home right now and 1mps speed just ain’t doing anything but yet your doing nothing to help us but still charging us. Great customer service!

I’m beginning to think that going with BT for my business broadband was a very band idea. @btbusinesscare Speed awful. Admin and billing even worse. And a premium rate number for customer service - oh nice 😐

@bt_uk Exactly, there would be charges. As I say,I'm down as an account manager on the account but bt won't allow the bill to be paid by me! It would be very simple for bt to do. You can spin it all you want but it's always about money. Well,bt have lost another customer from next May!

@bt_uk I called bt explained what happens when I turn it on they have confirmed it’s broken and will have to send another one out which will be here some point next week I believe
