Sorting out my father in laws accounts. He has #dementia. @TalkmobileUK terrible and unresolved - had to resort to email and who knows how long that will take. @bt_uk absolutely brilliant and went the extra mile. I know who my business goes to in the future

I’m beginning to think that going with BT for my business broadband was a very band idea. @btbusinesscare Speed awful. Admin and billing even worse. And a premium rate number for customer service - oh nice 😐

Thoroughly disappointed in @bt_uk. I was told to place my order and had 14 days to cancel it all. Now told, less then 48 hours later that I can't!

@bt_uk also they have CLOSED my complaint without having NO landline or broadband! My elderly mum is at home and cannot make or receive any calls when she needs to speak to the hospital and doctors to arrange all her appointments 😡 @bt_uk are a DISGRACE!

@bt_uk BT is the worst company in the UK by far. It's staff are so untrained and pointless, it's call centres are a joke and it's pricing and services are a rip-off. It's the worst run compny I have ever seen. @bt_uk is run by complete fools. Never do they get anything right #useless

@bt_uk is the worst company ever! They have left my ELDERLY VUNERABLE SICK MOTHER with NO house phone now for over 24 hours! They she was high priority and that an engineer would be out today to resolve but surprise surprise nobody came! Took the day off work to sort and wasted
