Sorting out my father in laws accounts. He has #dementia. @TalkmobileUK terrible and unresolved - had to resort to email and who knows how long that will take. @bt_uk absolutely brilliant and went the extra mile. I know who my business goes to in the future

I’m beginning to think that going with BT for my business broadband was a very band idea. @btbusinesscare Speed awful. Admin and billing even worse. And a premium rate number for customer service - oh nice 😐

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

@bt_uk how is it okay to leave us with unusable internet till the 24th of this month and still charge us for this time. We all work from home right now and 1mps speed just ain’t doing anything but yet your doing nothing to help us but still charging us. Great customer service!

@lynmarbo @terryelaineh1 @bt_uk That and having to ring a company after not getting the info on their website to be told repeatedly by recorded message - we have a website , you know you shouldn’t really be ringing us as it’s all on our website. No I just love being put on hold for hours before I get any help

Hi, @bt_uk @BTCare my router is located on the 1st floor, I can no longer get a reliable signal on the ground floor so have to resort to 4G ( timber floor, plasterboard ceiling). When I go back upstairs my signal is good, this has only happened over the last 2 weeks. Why?
