@bt_uk how is it okay to leave us with unusable internet till the 24th of this month and still charge us for this time. We all work from home right now and 1mps speed just ain’t doing anything but yet your doing nothing to help us but still charging us. Great customer service!

I’m beginning to think that going with BT for my business broadband was a very band idea. @btbusinesscare Speed awful. Admin and billing even worse. And a premium rate number for customer service - oh nice 😐

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

Sorting out my father in laws accounts. He has #dementia. @TalkmobileUK terrible and unresolved - had to resort to email and who knows how long that will take. @bt_uk absolutely brilliant and went the extra mile. I know who my business goes to in the future

What is going on @bt_uk? No phone line or wifi for 4 weeks. Not being able to see some family at Christmas due to Covid is one thing, but no signal means we can’t even call or FaceTime my brother or Mum in Australia on Christmas Day. @timfarron is there anything we can do?!

@bt_uk I have ordered a broadband package with you 4times in the past week!All of them have been cancelled by yourselves,I was promised last Friday a minihub from that has never been posted! After being with sky for 13 years I was giving BT a try but 100% will not recommend to anyone!

@BTCare #Fareham Stopping and restarting the hub sometimes works and sometimes it works for a minute then gone. Sometimes getting nameserver errors reported trying to use internet... checking logs etc shows devices being dissociated randomly. Whats going on?

@bt_uk disappointed to have my order cancelled for the sixth time today. Assured last time it would go through. Is communication between openreach and BT that bad or am I getting fobbed off because it seems all beyond the customer service agents understanding nearly every time🤯
