    @bt_uk how is it okay to leave us with unusable internet till the 24th of this month and still charge us for this time. We all work from home right now and 1mps speed just ain’t doing anything but yet your doing nothing to help us but still charging us. Great customer service!

    Sorting out my father in laws accounts. He has #dementia. @TalkmobileUK terrible and unresolved - had to resort to email and who knows how long that will take. @bt_uk absolutely brilliant and went the extra mile. I know who my business goes to in the future

    @btsportfootball @btsport Bad pundits and above all not neutral at all. The penalty awarded to PSG was exactly the same awarded to Barcelona in the first leg. None of the pundits mentioned it.

    @bt_uk i have also called CS team who forwarded me to 4 ppl in a 40 min call - no one has any information and finally forwarded me open reach about number porting issues and the line cuts off as OpenReach's office is closed! I thought @virginmedia was bad! This is diabolical onboarding!

    @BTRedcare @BTCare given that BT is making the PSTN network redundant I am surprised to learn that BT will not provide VOIP service without BT Business Broadband. So all the many people who has a different provider can’t have your telecom service anymore. Really???

    @bt_uk our contract for broadband and phone starts today your letter says so. We pay. No service not even a wire connected to the house three weeks after booking and your assurances it would be all sorted today. Telephone exch right next door. How do I lodge formal complaint?
