    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    @bt_uk how is it okay to leave us with unusable internet till the 24th of this month and still charge us for this time. We all work from home right now and 1mps speed just ain’t doing anything but yet your doing nothing to help us but still charging us. Great customer service!

    Sorting out my father in laws accounts. He has #dementia. @TalkmobileUK terrible and unresolved - had to resort to email and who knows how long that will take. @bt_uk absolutely brilliant and went the extra mile. I know who my business goes to in the future

    I’m beginning to think that going with BT for my business broadband was a very band idea. @btbusinesscare Speed awful. Admin and billing even worse. And a premium rate number for customer service - oh nice 😐

    @bt_uk No we were calling to cancel but had a billing issue first. Seeing as we were cut off we have no idea if the cancellation has been actioned or not?

    I can't believe it. Day10 and still no High-Speed Broadband at home from @bt_uk. WFH, Kids at home..this is painful and an absolutely disgraceful service. @OpenreachHelp this is in your court! Why hasn't this been escalated?

    In the worlds least surprising news, @bt_uk have still not activated my digital voice service. That's six weeks of no landline. Two tin cans and a bit of wet string would be better than this.

    @bt_uk how many times in a day do ya need to reset a router to get the actual speeds you pay for. 1hr waiting time to get to speak to someone. Bt is the dearest @OpenreachHelp supplier, though still ****

    @bt_uk Oh and don't buy their BT sport monthly pass. When it doesn't work they refund you by cheque....despite paying on a card. Yes a cheque, in 2021.

    @bt_uk hello, please can you help. We are on the best package but have appalling upload speeds. Difficult to homeschool and work with. Don’t want to leave you but have no choice. @WeAreOpenreach need to put us on a fibre roll out in this area. We have no options at the moment.
