Sorting out my father in laws accounts. He has #dementia. @TalkmobileUK terrible and unresolved - had to resort to email and who knows how long that will take. @bt_uk absolutely brilliant and went the extra mile. I know who my business goes to in the future

@bt_uk Help? My 78 year old neighbour was sold products amounting to £87 a month, when his usage would show he only made 12 calls in the last quarter lasting less than 39 minutes in total. We've cancelled the contract, thanks, but should he have been sold this?

@bt_uk had an engineer come fit my fibre yesterday, left before it was working, called yesterday and was told it will activate at midnight. It hasn’t. And my old internet has been switched off. I have exams this week that I need to revise for, my 4G signal is poor at my (1/2)

No further forward today - waiting for a call tomorrow - this will be 6 days since the problem reported, with no solutions from @bt_uk as to how to protect their vulnerable client who is registered blind. What’s the point of a #VulnerabilityPolicy ? @RNIBNI

@bt_uk Was not expecting the small dinky thing I was expecting the bigger one for better signal..I'm only getting under 6mbs...very disappointed...and can't believe still not providing 5g connection..even three has 5g in bognor Regis ..🤔😒

@bt_uk I’m absolutely livid. Charged over £340 for leaving within the 2 weeks because the signal you promised we didn’t get. And didn’t use the tv box as had no Ariel and don’t have a landline. Why???? This is robbery 😡😡😡
