Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

I first ordered disconnection on 29th May but BT has no record of it. Anyway .. I pay BT for a service and youre happy to leave vulnerable people without a phone line.Disgusting

Your lack of service, communication and even a temporary solution is pathetic. The best you’ve come up with is “use a 4G dongle”. Imagine running YOUR company through a dongle!
