@bt_uk how is it okay to leave us with unusable internet till the 24th of this month and still charge us for this time. We all work from home right now and 1mps speed just ain’t doing anything but yet your doing nothing to help us but still charging us. Great customer service!

Sorting out my father in laws accounts. He has #dementia. @TalkmobileUK terrible and unresolved - had to resort to email and who knows how long that will take. @bt_uk absolutely brilliant and went the extra mile. I know who my business goes to in the future

I’m beginning to think that going with BT for my business broadband was a very band idea. @btbusinesscare Speed awful. Admin and billing even worse. And a premium rate number for customer service - oh nice 😐

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

@bt_uk broadband down since 11am on 21st. Originally told would be fixed by 5pm. Later that day told 7pm on 22nd. NOW 5pm on Monday 26th September (if I'm lucky). What's going on ???

@bt_uk what a complete and utter shambles! Cancelled the business broadband order we place due to lack of contact. After 6 weeks of US chasing YOU (that's contact right?) a BT engineer arrives at office today & at the exact same time you turn off our 4G. No one at BT will help us

@btbusinesscare Bt business 0800800156 they said they would call back if the line got disconnected. No call back was received. I'd like to cancel the service please as I was hoping to postpone the installation but after a disappointing experience would prefer not to continue with it

@bt_uk why is the security check taking more than 3.5 hours since I sent the requested document, I need my product tomorrow as promised in the express delivery, I paid extra for a service that isn't going to apply as promised, that is the worst customer service I've ever had.
