I’m beginning to think that going with BT for my business broadband was a very band idea. @btbusinesscare Speed awful. Admin and billing even worse. And a premium rate number for customer service - oh nice 😐

@bt_uk how is it okay to leave us with unusable internet till the 24th of this month and still charge us for this time. We all work from home right now and 1mps speed just ain’t doing anything but yet your doing nothing to help us but still charging us. Great customer service!

  • FayeHollandUK Faye Holland (@FayeHollandUK) reported from Burwell, England

Sorting out my father in laws accounts. He has #dementia. @TalkmobileUK terrible and unresolved - had to resort to email and who knows how long that will take. @bt_uk absolutely brilliant and went the extra mile. I know who my business goes to in the future

  • Philippa2017 Philippa Robbins (@Philippa2017) reported

@bt_uk We are now receiving warnings to return a Hybrid Connect and wifi disc which was given as compensation after a repeat of the first failure of an engineer to visit. And still no nearer to getting our service upgraded. 2/2

@bt_uk my wireless box keeps flashing orange please help.

  • Jules_Clarke Rouge Noir (oooo---) (@Jules_Clarke) reported

@bt_uk it says no known issues , only my hub has been blipping on and off since just before three pm

  • nicwhittaker Nic (@nicwhittaker) reported

@bt_uk I am reading there is a problem with home hub 2 and Sonos speakers. I cannot connect to my network. On Sonos forums it’s stating there needs to be a firmware downloaded instigated by BT. Can you help at all?

  • KB127 Keith B (@KB127) reported

@SkySports Pub closed for 7 months and you haven't switched us back on in time for re-opening and tonight's football. Could have done what @btsport did and switch us on a few days early to prevent this. Really poor effort!

  • po29 Paul Oxley (@po29) reported

@bt_uk I think I can if I have a recurring fault and you’re not rectifying it. You’re failing your end of a contract. I haven’t even been sent any confirmation emails. Dreadful service.

  • ArdenFox6 Arden Fox (@ArdenFox6) reported

@bt_uk connect for good?! we are here to help?! 2 months and still download speeds under 35 and I'm reporting low speeds every week - today less than 10?! Several Open Reach engineers out and another one tomorrow!? Had enough!!!!!!

  • borpin Brian Orpin (@borpin) reported

@bt_uk I have today complained to @ASA_UK that the word "unbreakable" is misleading for 2 reasons. 1. The addition of a 4G router makes no difference to the working of the Wi-Fi. 2. Unbreakable says it will never stop. You cannot guarantee that. Robust, resilient yes. Unbreakable no.

  • Sehmmmmmm SEH (@Sehmmmmmm) reported

@Tonysmini @bt_uk Hi Tony. Thanks. The exchange area is the same. She was going to stay with Utility Warehouse (now Shell). They told me, even staying with them, a new number would be required. That it would create broadband, & even mobile, problems down the line...? PhoneCoOp says its possible.

  • TonyCraig2017 Tony Craig (@TonyCraig2017) reported

@bt_uk any reason why my wifi is down? Problem with the area?
