Sorting out my father in laws accounts. He has #dementia. @TalkmobileUK terrible and unresolved - had to resort to email and who knows how long that will take. @bt_uk absolutely brilliant and went the extra mile. I know who my business goes to in the future

I’m beginning to think that going with BT for my business broadband was a very band idea. @btbusinesscare Speed awful. Admin and billing even worse. And a premium rate number for customer service - oh nice 😐

@plusnethelp Right, Sky are saying @plusnethelp need to contact BT migrations to get a number port. BT didn’t cancel the original order quick enough, and the plusnet order was added into the @bt_uk order that was supposed to get cancelled. 🙄😡😡

Just had to hunt high and low to find out how to cancel @btsport - finally find out that I have to ring them (you can set up a new account and upgrade online - of course) and now been on hold for 30 mins without answer. JUST LET ME BLOODY CANCEL!!!!

.@bt_uk received a text at 8.01am to rebook my appointment for upgrade service in next 24hours otherwise my order would be cancelled. Got another text at 9.46am saying it had been cancelled. Tried to call, can't get through.Tried live chat, not available.Great customer service👎

@bt_uk How hard can it be to install a new landline? I was told no visit required but phone doesn't work, now being told I didn't need to pay the £70 connection fee. What is going on???? still no working phone weeks later.

@bt_uk Still having problems. I did a speed test. I was always sent (and charged for which wasn't told about) and extender socket thing for hub and TV box. Haven't been able to sort yet due to my little girl. It's been shambolic since upgrade really

@bt_uk hello, Im on wifi and when tbis happens it appears as blue but shows up as no connection 🙃 but I will try that fix thing
