Sorting out my father in laws accounts. He has #dementia. @TalkmobileUK terrible and unresolved - had to resort to email and who knows how long that will take. @bt_uk absolutely brilliant and went the extra mile. I know who my business goes to in the future

@bt_uk my 87 year old father in law who has a disabled wife has been without a landline since 7 Oct. Engineers have visited dug holes, scratched heads and dug more holes! Message says “person you are calling is in the phone”. Simply not good enough service - DM me for details

@bt_uk I have no stable internet connection since 03/10 and you still have the nerve to charge me for your service? I’ve exhausted all means to find a fix. Talks to your engineers on chat. Called your service lines. Reported faults online. Filed a complaint. Thanks for nothing!
