Sorting out my father in laws accounts. He has #dementia. @TalkmobileUK terrible and unresolved - had to resort to email and who knows how long that will take. @bt_uk absolutely brilliant and went the extra mile. I know who my business goes to in the future

Hey @bt_uk after almost 30 years with @skyuk I made the decision to transfer my broadband and tv package to you. Your @OpenreachHelp engineer called this morning and has left me without a landline and a “hidden network” message on devices. Really poor attitude and service #fail

@bt_uk @EE nine days ago while modifying my service I agreed to migrate mobile service from BT to EE, in hindsight had misleading information from BT and zero communication from EE. You’ve managed to take money and have yet to supply a new SIM for service I have no access to

@TheRunningManZ @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk I'm sure the 40k+ Twitter followers, and 250k+ Twitch followers who regularly tune in to watch your stream aren't developing an awful opinion of BT's services over all of this.... nope... not at all... we'll all be lining up to experience their pure golden service for ourselves.

@TheRunningManZ @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Had BT a couple of years ago and they wiped my families internet out for like 2 weeks and was a nightmare trying to get them out to fix it. Never went back to them again.
