    I’m beginning to think that going with BT for my business broadband was a very band idea. @btbusinesscare Speed awful. Admin and billing even worse. And a premium rate number for customer service - oh nice 😐

    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    @bt_uk how is it okay to leave us with unusable internet till the 24th of this month and still charge us for this time. We all work from home right now and 1mps speed just ain’t doing anything but yet your doing nothing to help us but still charging us. Great customer service!

    @bt_uk I got a new router today after I’ve had problems with the old one, but this still hasn’t solved the issue! I’ve been offline for 7 weeks now and I need to it to study my a-levels. Your service is getting really ridiculous now.

    @bt_uk You have taken our first direct debit payment but we are still waiting for internet to be set up. It was activated on 19/08 but doesn’t work. An engineer is coming on 06/09 but surely we should be refunded for the period with no service?!

    @bt_uk Just spent 30+mins on phone pointing out that you have charged £77 today on a supposedly closed account. Got nowhere with the adviser. Now got an email saying the complaint is closed! No it isn't, but guess what? No chance of getting through on the phone. Terrible service.
