    I’m beginning to think that going with BT for my business broadband was a very band idea. @btbusinesscare Speed awful. Admin and billing even worse. And a premium rate number for customer service - oh nice 😐

    Sorting out my father in laws accounts. He has #dementia. @TalkmobileUK terrible and unresolved - had to resort to email and who knows how long that will take. @bt_uk absolutely brilliant and went the extra mile. I know who my business goes to in the future

    @bt_uk Broadband installed, never used you guys again. Guy showed up 3 hours ago, said he had to pop out for a minute to check something and to leave the door open for him. He hasn't been back, won't answer calls from your staff. Basically showed up and left. And when speaking

    @bt_uk An update was promised last week and I am still waiting. Very disappointed with the service provided and am considering withdrawing my order and using one of your competitors

    @bt_uk So much for supporting uni students stuck at home. Poor Wi Fi in my daughter’s study. Called to see what can be done. Asked to move over to a more expensive package for 2years. Will cost me an additional £312!! #StudentsDeserveBetter #onlinelearning

    @bt_uk It really shows to with the terrible customer service. Passed through to 3 different call handlers and told I cannot downgrade my package to reduce monthly outgoings. You snapped my hand off when I wanted to increase

    @bt_uk @Gemlovers Hi, we have been assured that this ongoing issue has been fixed, however still having major issues. The hub works briefly every now and again but is still mostly on the flashing purple light. Its been about 10 days now.

    @bt_uk I suggest you ask your service user what they think of your service. I was hung up on twice today... guess it gets them through the calls quicker & all part of the training.

    @bt_uk 12 missed engineer visits, escalation has done **** all and I’ve been without internet for over a month. Please get someone to call me ASAP who can actually help.
