  @aliogg_77 @btsport The Saturday blackout was brought in 50 years ago and doesn’t show any benefit these days - in fact the EFL themselves have been campaigning to get it scrapped.   Renewed my broadband today with @bt_uk / @EE / @BTGroup As per the perennially poor service, a service costing me £26 a month was added to my contract without my knowledge. Complained when I found out - and the problem was put back on me to solve!!!

  @btbusinesscare @Starlink 5 days later and this might be fixed by Wednesday. We’re a business and we pay for a business service. Your lack of service, communication and even a temporary solution is pathetic. The best you’ve come up with is “use a 4G dongle”. Imagine running YOUR company through a dongle!

  @bt_uk down and we have a medical device that requires WiFi to measure a baby heart rate. Device won’t alarm if heart rate drops so essentially we can’t act right away should that happen. Fed up with BT now! Can I leave without a fee for this?

  Well the @bt_uk saga continues! Emailed the ELC team on Friday about the issues, someone called first thing this morning and had escalated things with @WeAreOpenreach to have an engineer out this afternoon…. And surprise surprise, OpenReach failed to turn up again (3rd failure)
