@bt_uk are genuinely the worst. Poor communication since starting my contract with them, poor resolution to a complaint that nearly lasted a year!! And to top it all off, my actual product didn't work until months after the order date, and would be described as patchy at best.

@bt_uk are an actual JOKE. Meant to come today to install WiFi at our new address (that we’ve already gone without for almost a week in a house that barely gets signal or 4G) didn’t turn up because they ‘ran out of time’ and now aren’t coming til Friday

@bt_uk Yes, they are dealing with it, but so slowly and in an inconvenient manner e.g. only resolving via phone call. This wouldn’t be a problem but reception at my house is terrible so calls won’t come through

@bt_uk very disappointed to find that I was being charged for a service I did not ask for or use, when contacting customer services the process is very slow with two weeks between calls meanwhile I have to pay for the privilege of having BT sport despite not having a a TV licence

@bt_uk @DrJohnCosgrove Same here. We are using the mini hub whilst waiting for fibre to the property to be installed (that’s a complaint for another tweet!) and every time we use iPlayer it stops working after a minute or so. Netflix, Amazon prime snd Disney+ all fine. Extremely frustrating!

@bt_uk I'm really sorry you don't read the messages because if you did you would know that the Turn Off button on that page does not work. You press it and it literally does nothing. Does not work. Its broken. Bad software. 404 in the browsers JavaScript console. Someone messed up.

@btsportmotogp Hopefully you are still reading tweets. Btsport 2 HD Motogp tv feed from Jerez is appalling. Freezing, breaking up, pixelating, stuttering and going to black screen. HD 1&3 fine as are adverts on 2 so it’s defo just that feed. Please fix it.
