@bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

At this stage @bt_uk of 4 months of continuous pain, over 20hours on phone to "help" line, unreliable service, no show enginer appointments, broadband speeds of 0.5mps - it is clear you cannot deliver your commitments so I'll be cancelling my contract tomorrow!!
