@bt_uk very disappointed to find that I was being charged for a service I did not ask for or use, when contacting customer services the process is very slow with two weeks between calls meanwhile I have to pay for the privilege of having BT sport despite not having a a TV licence

  • LanghornMatthew matthew langhorn (@LanghornMatthew) reported from Halifax, England

@redliz @bt_uk @btsport btsport charge an absolute fortune for their service. It’s hard enough so the moment without being fleeced for “live” football that may not reappear this year! @bt_uk you really need to rethink this decision, try ringing @SkySports they can tell you how to do it!

  • LCWaterworth Lauren C. Waterworth (@LCWaterworth) reported from Halifax, England

@WeAreOpenreach You have been contacted by my husband regarding this issue yet you have failed to respond. Please advise what further action we will need to take to get this issue fixed. #openreach #customerservice #bt_uk #britishtelecom

  • BantamPete Bantam Pete (@BantamPete) reported from Wibsey, England

Somebody in the @btsport hierarchy needs to follow @Sky’s customer focused example of pausing customer subscriptions whilst there is no live sport to show! Expect a mass exodus inc me at the end of contracts unless you can show some compassion in these tough times! Sky ✅ BT ❌

  • timahad1 Tim Ahad (@timahad1) reported from Bradford, England

@btsport so everybody is in the same boat during this pandemic and everyone is helping each other apart from @btsport who can't seem to cancel a simple subscription and even pass me to debt recovery over a debt that not only do I not owe, but is completely incorrect!

  • boujielou Sam Fray (@boujielou) reported from Leeds, England

@bt_uk I ordered a new broadband connection before lockdown in March. Outside works completed, do you have a date to restart indoor connections. WFH with poor internet need the upgrade.

  • rickstead Rick Stead (@rickstead) reported from Leeds, England

@CuriousCrowArt @bt_uk Absolute pisstakers, Sky Sports easily allow you to pause your subscription during all this and STILL give full access to all the channels. BT Sport do nothing of the sort, still charge full price and make it impossible to cancel. You need to take a long, hard look at yourselves.

  • CalumKnight1 Calum Knight (@CalumKnight1) reported from Saddleworth, England

Peter Walton is such a shit house. In commentary is adamant Lo Celso challenge isn’t a red card. VAR admit they made a mistake. Walton after the match says it’s a red card. Shit house. #refereesunion @btsportfootball @btsport #CHETOT

  • JDevlin116 James Devlin (@JDevlin116) reported from Kirkburton, England

@bt_uk Yes, they are dealing with it, but so slowly and in an inconvenient manner e.g. only resolving via phone call. This wouldn’t be a problem but reception at my house is terrible so calls won’t come through

  • JDevlin116 James Devlin (@JDevlin116) reported from Kirkburton, England

@bt_uk Hi Lesley, I have just been on the phone with customer services. When I moved house I changed contract and only wanted broadband but I now find that I’ve been paying for tv and sport since last year. As you will see from my usage data I have never used either

  • iexpl0re1 iexpl0re (@iexpl0re1) reported

@bt_uk why is it so life wasting to try and find help regarding home broadband and connected packages? I was told by your adviser a new router was needed to solve my problem. It's a broken router that was identified. Promised a new router within 48hrs and it would be upgrade

  • Statto_74 Andy Rockall (@Statto_74) reported

@bt_uk I don’t have a hybrid device. Certainly didn’t get one when Full Fibre was installed. How long will broadband be down in CO1

  • furlmouse24 Emma Burns (@furlmouse24) reported

@bt_uk no broadband or tv for SIX DAYS.Over 4 hours of phone calls, being fobbed off with ‘should be fixed within 24/48 hours, still nothing. Absolutely shocking service. You’re not providing the service we pay for-presume our contract is now null and void, so we can go elsewhere?

  • Lauren2926 Lauren; (@Lauren2926) reported

@bt_uk is there a reason for the broadband connection being terrible in the PH2 area recently? Crazy slow speeds and hub always disconnecting. Can't even do a speed test!

  • tobymorris Toby Morris (@tobymorris) reported

Frankly I’m not sure which is worse. BT Business Broadband or BT Business Broadband support so far I’ve lost 5 hours and I’m not confident I’ll get any work done today. I really thing @btbusinesscare should either sort their product out or get some tech support- preferably both

  • DeeOgunbiyi Dee (@DeeOgunbiyi) reported

@bt_uk Thanks Alan although the letter clearly indicates the need to go back to BT if no solution is offered. We both agree that @YaleHomeUK have been told but as they are not offering a solution (yet) and it’s BT pulling the plug, what do you suggest…?
