Alison Clark (@Alison_louise31) reported from Oldham, EnglandWhy someone is calling me from @bt_uk who can barely speak English, and being very very rude, demanding me to do some steps, then to pass the phone to my partner then when I say he’s at work put the phone down on me! If there is an issue speak to me in a polite manor #rude #bt
-
Rick Stead (@rickstead) reported from Leeds, England@CuriousCrowArt @bt_uk Absolute pisstakers, Sky Sports easily allow you to pause your subscription during all this and STILL give full access to all the channels. BT Sport do nothing of the sort, still charge full price and make it impossible to cancel. You need to take a long, hard look at yourselves.
-
Oli Mitchell (@olimitchell95) reported from Leeds, EnglandPays £15 to watch Leeds... still not working, @btsport fancy sorting it out any time soon?
-
Sarah Jagger (@sarahjagger76) reported from Bradford, England@bt_uk It didn’t give me a department to call. I finally got through after an hour of waiting and the problem has been resolved. I’d also called on Tuesday evening and in total had been waiting well over 2 hours. All for a password reset!

#Toddy’s friend Kenny and Sheila (@kennykoalabear) reported from Leeds, England@Charlot_bopp Please @bt_uk give us a new home hub. The WiFi has cut out 20 times in the last 2 hours! Grrrrr!
-
Sam (@samsamsamsam92) reported from Leeds, England@aliogg_77 @btsport The Saturday blackout was brought in 50 years ago and doesn’t show any benefit these days - in fact the EFL themselves have been campaigning to get it scrapped. On the FA cup point, little old Manchester United the live game tonight, sure the 900k in TV money will do them good.
-
GuyRobertshaw (@guyr_23) reported from Greetland, EnglandMaybe if he sparred he wouldn’t be spent after the 8th! Poor training! #kovalevvsyarde #btsport
-
claire hainsworth (@claire_h_83) reported from Bradford, EnglandIf #btsport really wanted to show the champions league final free why not show it on tv. This stream is shockingly bad!
-
𝕊𝕥𝕖𝕡𝕙𝕖𝕟 𝕁𝕒𝕔𝕜𝕤𝕠𝕟 🇬🇧🇫🇷🇪🇺 (@TheLittleChef) reported from Slaithwaite, EnglandAnother potential Wi-Fi-less few days it seems. I’m not entirely sure @bt_uk’s fix of tying a tree branch away from the main box using blue nylon cord wrapped round a large rock has been a total success, you know.
-

Tim Ahad (@timahad1) reported from Bradford, England@btsport so everybody is in the same boat during this pandemic and everyone is helping each other apart from @btsport who can't seem to cancel a simple subscription and even pass me to debt recovery over a debt that not only do I not owe, but is completely incorrect!

James319 (@jimmywood3107) reported from Dewsbury, England@TrylineUK @SkySports Hopefully we f**K them off coverage and presenting of our game has been a disgrace for a few year now, but we probz don't help ourselfs. I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.
-

-
Philip Aggrey (@Felipe_Grey95) reportedHello @bt_uk and @skyuk your service really sucks. Why is it taking 30 mins to download ‘Prisoner’ when I have Halo 3 that I am paying loads of money for each month? You are pathetic 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬
-
KG40 (@KG40332532) reported@bt_uk Please fix the problem with your email. x
-
Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk Thanks for responding. The situation is crazy. I just want to cancel and not rebook an engineer visit. It should be simple. But instead spend an age on the phone and escalate? It’s disproportionate for a simple task.
-
Elek Eklund (@EklundElek) reported@tctantan @bt_uk @bt_uk a once great company is now CRAP so I’m not surprised by what you’re saying 🤙🏻 You should ask to see the itemised phone bill for the non existing service! 🤙🏻
-
David Sinfield (@omotforest) reportedDear @bt_uk You do not have my consent to install anything on my property. If it is free, it cannot be for my benefit. It's for yours. If it's cheaper for you, you can give me a share of your savings. I had no choice over the digital voice downgrade. @openreach will have to trespass to install it. If it is a condition of receiving service, say so and I will seek alternatives. (@Starlink or 5g) Is it on the T&C's? A letter is on its way to your registered address. David Sinfield.
-
Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk Your comment sounds fine @bt_uk but your team in this line appear not to be authorised to cancel an appointment and not rebook it. How do I contact someone whohas the authorisation to do this?
-
J (@JLingy69) reported@bt_uk Already did that and nothing got done. Give me your formal complaint process
-
Faye Carter (@FayeLcarter) reported@bt_uk I've since been booted off the chat, had a text to say a complaint has been raised but no details of what or how, then had another text to say if I don't reply then the complaint will be closed. How do you reply? Every link sends you back to where you started with the messaging
-
Alessandro Riolo (@aledeniz) reported@bt_uk @ee How clueless you all are, asking me to confirm a security code received via email while I am trying to log in to your Wi-Fi hotspots? Has anyone ever tested that process on an iPhone? 🧐 What happens when the user leaves the login process to check the email? 🤨
-
Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk That doesn’t work @bt_uk 0330 1234 150 just directs to a txt service. What buttons do I press to speak with someone? I mean to apeak with a real live human being? Is there any way at all to get through to something called a person?
