@bt_uk very disappointed to find that I was being charged for a service I did not ask for or use, when contacting customer services the process is very slow with two weeks between calls meanwhile I have to pay for the privilege of having BT sport despite not having a a TV licence

@bt_uk Hi Lesley, I have just been on the phone with customer services. When I moved house I changed contract and only wanted broadband but I now find that I’ve been paying for tv and sport since last year. As you will see from my usage data I have never used either

@bt_uk are genuinely the worst. Poor communication since starting my contract with them, poor resolution to a complaint that nearly lasted a year!! And to top it all off, my actual product didn't work until months after the order date, and would be described as patchy at best.

@btsport why does the bt sport box office app constantly disconnect every 15 minutes from chromecast? It's done this for years now. The bt sport app doesn't do it. I've tried to cast it from 3 different devices to solve the problem. Always the same issue. How can this be fixed?

@bt_uk I’m sorted now. I almost gave up, took me about 30 mins to work out what I needed to do. I subscribe to BT Sports and Sky. Really poor user experience. If it wasn’t for someone on Twitter telling me that I needed to go on BT Sport website, I’d have no idea and would’ve given up.
