@bt_uk We decided try BT for our TV and WIFI after shocking service with Virgin. 3 weeks after our install date we still have neither. 3/4 phone calls per week to your CS dept. on hold for 50 minutes each time.

@bt_uk not sure why my FTTH with 130Mbps download isn’t capable of handing a iPlayer and a Teams call?! They use 5Mbps and 1.5Mbps respectively which is 5% of the down speed allegedly I should be receiving. I was also told that FTTH wasn’t load balanced or profiled.

Embarrassed to have recommended @bt_uk to my father after level of service he has received in last week. Date given for installation then order cancelled without notification, promised a new date which was then pushed back by 5 days and sold a device to give access but can’t! 🤬

@bt_uk No, it’s accepted the pin no & then told me my log details were invalid & then it couldn’t connect to my account. I tried again & it wouldn’t get me beyond the pin no. We are also having stability issues with the internet where speeds really slow down

@bt_uk I want to cancel Britbox. Tried online said I had to contact you. Went via chat and told that as I was a VIP I had to call you … doesn’t sound like very VIP service to me. Free deal runs out 21.6 and I’ve never watched so no need to renew. Can you do without me calling.
