    My 88yo Dad is home alone, his landline has been down for over a week and we have no way of contacting him. My bro @MartinHowitt has rung @bt_uk every day and despite their promises, still nothing. Dad is recently out of hospital and we are worried. @bt_uk WHAT'S GOING ON?

    @bt_uk Gave up. The automated system refused to accept any of my phone numbers as valid entries. It’s tiresome now, be easier if a uk business call centre was available to business customers. I don’t have time to queue 30mins for no practical help. Quicker to change than get help

    We still have a fault with @bt_uk broadband. If I log into my account it tells me all is fine, despite being sent an email from them that says they currently can't fix it. On and off all day. Impossible.

    @bt_uk I didn't speak to an agent but I saw online that you have to pay £2 per day in order to use your calls&data in the EU. O2 offers this service for free.

    @bt_uk and after rising our bill by an astounding £5 for me not to be getting the service Im paying for is ridiulous, after being told our contract will be fixed at £32 for 2 years, only for your team to say “that was from a 3rd party so we dont know what was said” 2)

    Basically, I just want my internet back, pretty please @bt_uk? It's never been great, as we live in the back of beyond with no superfast broadband infrastructure etc. But at least we could watch streamed TV ... albeit with occasional buffering! Feeling cheesed off.

    @bt_uk Just spoke to the Values team. BT only issue 24 month contracts, its a written rule in their policies so you've lost another customer. I won't be renewing my broadband contract and I'll switch to Onestream who offer 12, 18 and 24 month contracts for broadband.
