We still have a fault with @bt_uk broadband. If I log into my account it tells me all is fine, despite being sent an email from them that says they currently can't fix it. On and off all day. Impossible.

@bt_uk BT failed to sort out my new Smart Hub2’s inability to connect to my MacBook. I had to pay a tech guy out of my own money. (There was no problem with the Mac). This was a BT issue and I want my money back.
