Stuart L Stevenson (@stuartls) reported@bt_uk She is an existing customer on basic broadband and phone, upgrading after 3mths or so, to a broadband only package, clearly shows currently the broadband only package for 150 fibre is £34.99 yet she is being charged £59.99, that’s £4 more than your own 900 fibre package
