@bt_uk Yes. Via the fix my street app/website to Glos Highways who said there wasn’t a fault with the manhole. My colleague has subsequently re-reported it to one of BT’s many departments, which is where the barriers have come from

@btbusinesscare With respect, we have tried livechat and WhatsApp, but it’s just time wasted repeating the case yet again as no-one has access to the same customer management system. One colleague spent 4 hours on the phone and another 3 hours.

@bt_uk No? Try telling Aaron that stating ‘please reply’ isn’t correct and quite hazardous to your customers security, ps I’ve found a work around to your system send email problem, drop email into draft folder and send from there
