@bt_uk is there a reason why your helpline is closed? I have not been able to resolve my issue online so tried to call a helpline that is open until 8pm but the message tells me the help desk is closed. I am paying money for a TV service which hasn’t worked since Friday.

@bt_uk It’s quite a specific scenario - it’s BT Sport 1 when I record UFC. So typically 2-3am on a weekend. Last night, for example. Very rarely issues with other channels recording, but at least 75% of the time the UFC has issues.

My road has just got full fibre, I know this not because @bt_uk emailed me (I'd signed up), but because I got a @TalkTalk flyer. Their entire website is down for maintenance. So was @VodafoneUK this morning. I'm with them, but can't get pricing out of them. Ridiculous.

@bt_uk Spoken to 14 advisors in the last month. First the shenanigans with the internet, followed by the TV package, and now the phone line.On every occasion an advisor told me they would be dealing with it. Clearly they were NOT!! Oh and our complaints were closed without resolution!
