Jamie Taylor (@jamie_2127) reported from Dunstable, England@EE Yes, I’ve spoken to them. They said about sending an engineer round but it then started working as normal. I can only assume that there is no fault, just a second rate service being provided.

I buy my phones from Apple outright & find it much more cost effective than having a mobile tied into an ee contract. Apple CS is superb. Good luck!

She's an 86 year old widow and this is the second time they've let her down in a year. Her existing deal with @SkyUK is ending soon so she'll have no communication.

I'm now trying to get access to their complaints procedure. They seem to have vanished.
