I can use my work phone, which is on a different network, at the same time and it is super speedy and does everything I ask of it. My EE phone does nothing. Maybe take this as feedback and investigate the issue rather than send a generic response.

Jess Iszatt (@jjiszatt) reported from Hertfordshire, EnglandConsumer law says that the place you got the phone (for me this is the EE store) need to sort this at no cost, as it is a 2 year warranty, but when I asked in the @EE store, they said I needed to bring it in, and it gets sent away for 2-3 WEEKS to get independently reviewed (wtf)

This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. You’ve turned a mast off in the town centre. There’s little or no signal, 4g and 5g barely works. I’m at home with 1bar. Where as before it was full.
