@EE Yesterday I posted about our area not having any issues with calls etc. As a disabled person with sleep issues/insomnia/painsomnia I rely on my TV thru the night very much. I'm now unable to do this as my TV package is now not working! Obv the issues have spread further...

@EE Yes, I’ve spoken to them. They said about sending an engineer round but it then started working as normal. I can only assume that there is no fault, just a second rate service being provided.

@EE @BTSopenreach Engineer came yesterday to fix our noisy phoneline took him a lot longer than expected he was patient, (we had lots of questions & phone wiring is v odd) he was funny & v polite credit to yr Co.

I am very confused @EE. My broadband bill has increased from £30.39 to £42.39 and I wasn’t informed. This seems like a very drastic change to receive exactly the same service as before. Surely a loyal customer should be rewarded for continued service, not charged extra?
