    @EE 17 days since ordered the iPhone 11 pro was 1 day dispatch that turned to 7 but no emails or contact of any delay have had two returns envelopes sent if I had traded in I would of been without a phone for nearly 3 weeks 😩 not the best service when I’ve been with you for 10y+

    It seems so expensive to have #5G on @EE I am not sure if pay the cost & not upgraded. Come Jan21 we shldnt have to include EU automatically within the contracts. Bring the cost down. Beside #MiltonKeynes doesn't have 5G. #LoveMK

    @EE are you having issues with connecting people with their WiFi. I work for the NHS and I am working from home. My WiFi has connected to my laptop fine this morning now it states there is no internet however it’s working for my partner and my phone. Please advise.

    @EE has me on hold now for 21 mins now apparently he can’t get the manager so instead I’ve been put on hold as he said he can’t hang up the call and I need to do so. Very unprofessional for any staff to be treating a customer like this

    @EE DISGRACEFUL SERVICE,engineer started a job - left half way through stating he would be an hour as cable was broken - left holes in wall, job not finished, no sight of engineer 4 hrs later. Rang to be told to wait!!
