This issue is EE calls/follow up emails not actioned about contract & cooling off period. I was promised a follow up 10 days ago after I proved I sent initial emails to EE call handler. I am going to call again today.

Your service at Euston is worse than at least one of your competitors. 1000’s of people travel through Euston every day. In order to look at days ahead I have to hold the right control down and skip through the half an hours until I get the day I want. Very slow. Was hoping to skip a day at a time
