@EE Very disappointed on how you treat your loyal customers. Been with you since the Orange days. Yet you won't give me a fifth line due to a missed payment. Which I've paid. I'm due an upgrade so I may shop around and look elsewhere.

@EE Hi had free BT Sport 3 month add on through contract. Expires 02/01 and want to cancel so not charged. I've text STOP to 150 but getting option to cancel either on large screen or to watch live on tablet/device. I don't want either.

@EddieIkidyounot @VodafoneGroup @EE I was on Orange when at college. Had no issues for 18 years. Only changed to Vodafone when Ellie-Mae was born, her mom got me a new phone & she was on Vodafone too. Had few issues over years, but this is taking the Mickey. Times r hard enough at moment without all this. Not happy

@EE I’ve been a ee customers way bck to when they were called 121 I asked for an upgrade back in 22nd feb I asked for a Samsung s20 ultra 512g !! Yesterday I was sent a Samsung s20 u 126g used not happy been customer for so many yrs this is how I get repaid

@EE #WhenItCounts , you definitely cannot count on EE. The signal in most of North Cornwall is utter rubbish and you’re lucky to even get 3G in many places.

@EE Problem is, EE is so absurdly expensive, that I can have an unlimited Three SIM plus an O2 SIM cheaper than an EE one. Three might be a bit sketchy but I've got two networks for less than price of one.
