@EE WATCH WAS EVENTUALLY RETURNED AFTER ADVISOR FAFFED ABOUT WITH IT IN THE BACK FOR AN HOUR TRYING TO FIX, HE ALSO FORGOT TO GIVE ME MY SIM BACK SO I THEN HAD TO RETURN BACK TO THE STORE AFTER SETTING OFF HOME

@ee I’m not happy, I took out broadband with you about 15 months ago, I was told I would get 10gig added to my mobile data. I have just realised this isn’t the case and I’ve brought extra data that I should never have needed to buy!

Honestly getting so p*ssed off with @ThreeUKSupport their signal is so bad at my apartment like if I had known I would have just stayed with @EE it was never this bad with them 😡

@PhilTonks2 @TalkTalk @EE Used to be on o2 but couldn’t get a signal in loads of places. Never have that trouble with EE... we did have a few teething troubles when we got the broadband in at home but they were really good at testing, sending someone out.

@EE The SIM won't work in it, but the SIM works in my old phone. It registers that the SIM card is in, but it says Emergency Calls Only. The handset hasn't been blacklisted - that was checked at an EE store and by tech support. I took the contract out last Thursday online. (1/2)

So @EE has taken 50 pound to top up children’s phones got proof from bank they reversed and took the money but kept telling me card has been declined shocking no one to answer the phones customer service shocking.

One of the worst things i have ever done is move from @EE mobile to @virginmedia mobile as 4g is slower than a slug... currently getting 0.48mbps even my school internet was 2mb 15 years ago pdl 😡😡

@EE IVE BEEN IN UR STORE 45 MINS NOW ADVISOR TRYING TO FIX MY GALAXY WATCH IT SHOULDNT TAKE THIS LONG WOULD RATHER A REFUND CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVE TOLD ME ITS BEING INVESTIGATED I HAVENT GOT TIME FOR U TO INVESTIGATE IT JUST TAKE THE WATCH BACK WASTING MY TIME IN HERE SORT IT OUT

When 4G was introduced 3G went terrible.. now 5G is here, 4G is terrible. Talk about ways to get the customer to sign into more expensive data plans @EE #5G #5gishere #4G

@EE I just need to get the handset replaced as it won't register on the network. Every time I try to register it on the network manually, it says the network isn't available. 3 SIMS that work in other phones have been tried in this handset, but none of them worked in it. (2/2)

@EE I've had a problem for the last week now, a message comes up intermittently saying that mobile data has temporarily been switched off by the operator. This has affected using certain sites like WhatsApp & Twitter while I'm out.

@EE Shocking service from you guys today. Mother bought sim online with a BT customer discount and gift code and you called today saying you won’t honour it. Why let the online site accept the codes if your not going to honour them

@Chie_25 @EE @WhatsApp Happens regularly. If poor connection or as stated there is an issue with WhatsApp it will use your network to make the calls. WhatsApp don’t really make this clear. All UK networks offer spend caps of some form to avoid such charges.
