gabrielle (@gabrielle_jan) reported from Birmingham, EnglandBought unlimited calls from @EE Turns out it's a scam as it's only unlimited to "certain" numbers. Tried to phone customer service and was told it costs 25p per minute to speak to someone. JOKES. Disgusted. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Watch them slow down your 4G service over coming months. They’ll claim there’s no change but it’s to pressure phone upgrades. It’s a conspiracy theory led by @EE

There were problems with scanning my ID but they got that sorted ASAP I had rung EE earlier in the day so we just needed the sun and they couldn’t have been more helpful it was the Manager and another nice guy 👏👏
