@EE Thankfully I don’t need to go to remote areas today where the buses doesn’t come frequently and don’t need to call an uber or bolt or else it would be very difficult to get home! Please seriously get this fix!

Hey @EE what on earth is wrong with your customer service line, iv been trying to get through for the past few days and iv been on hold for half an hour and then it cuts me off, all I want to do is upgrade my phone, but I might be get second thoughts now 😒

@EE My DD has been taken and it appears that I've been charged £6.95 delivery due to completing the upgrade over the phone, I only called because the #MYEE System wouldn't allow it. charging me for your system errors seems very unfair!!

@EE That’s my issue, despite the fact I live in a well populated urban area, this Openreach site tells me ‘ At the moment, we don't have any plans to upgrade your area to full fibre’. So I’m assuming it’s years away…?

@EE @SidQuorn Ours is too, and has been for months,we are paying for a service we can't use. They will try telling you to use WiFi calling,what happens when away from home? Oh heres a new sim try that,still no signal,then the price increases too. Cant wait to be out of contract. Good Luck
