    @EE We arrived and were sorted with a new sim in 15 minutes flat! There were problems with scanning my ID but they got that sorted ASAP I had rung EE earlier in the day so we just needed the sun and they couldn’t have been more helpful it was the Manager and another nice guy 👏👏

    My 4G has been ridiculously slow since 5G was turned on. I haven’t had 5G once and live in central Birmingham. Funny that @EE.

    Everyone’s 3G was superfast until they brought out 4G. As of today, they’ve launched 5G. Watch them slow down your 4G service over coming months. They’ll claim there’s no change but it’s to pressure phone upgrades. It’s a conspiracy theory led by @EE

    One of the worst things i have ever done is move from @EE mobile to @virginmedia mobile as 4g is slower than a slug... currently getting 0.48mbps even my school internet was 2mb 15 years ago pdl 😡😡

    @EE All I want you to do is see if there is an issue in the B2 area of Birmingham. And if there is , what is it and how long will it last for as this is the 4th day.

    Bought unlimited calls from @EE Turns out it's a scam as it's only unlimited to "certain" numbers. Tried to phone customer service and was told it costs 25p per minute to speak to someone. JOKES. Disgusted. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

    An update on the @EE situation, we've reached a reasonable outcome and Mum's number can be transferred over to another network free of charge. We're all a bit baffled at yesterdays obstacles but we've good a good outcome in the end.
