@EE great to see that your Birmingham store have decided customer service doesn't matter. Warranty issue (agreed by your Lichfield store) with an in contract phone and they couldn't care less and have been quite rude. 2nd time they've messed me around inside 4 months. Useless

@EE what a company you are, for over month try sort out upgrade which you 1st sent wrong phone which was returned then fraud issue on the accout you then bill over £200 for stuff I've not ordered after phones calls to your team to get this sorted out you 2day cut off the phone
