    @EE my friend is vulnerable and lives alone she has no access to her phone or internet she is based Coventry tried the EEcoverage itโ€™s saying there isnโ€™t an issue.

    @EE I live in Great Barr, Birmingham & have had no Internet for over 3 weeks. Apparently there is an issue with the BT line & I am told everytime I speak to EE that the problem will be fixed in the next few days! Does anyone else have this issue with their EE Broadband ??

    @EE Hi Russ, apologies - I didnโ€™t get a notification telling me youโ€™d replied to this. We only have telephone and broadband from yourselves but tend not to use the landline, so itโ€™s only broadband I notice issues with.

    @EE poor experience with Expert delivery and your customer service.... Expert delivery via enjoy looks dodgy no verification of who I was only my name?? This after being cut off whilst holding first time I called.

    Lovely @OpenreachHelp engineer here investigating our @EE broadband earlier (he told us itโ€™s dropped & reconnected 100s of times over the last few weeks). Of course, worked perfectly while he was here (until just before he left). He found no faults. Now up and down again. <sigh>

    @EE smart hub management only work on apple not pc platform down stream speed goe crazy all the time never stable since bad storms also cant get hold of tech support for boad band on the week end its shut down

    @_GalaxyAsh @EE Can confirm this too. Nothing but issues in HU7. You've paid my last 4/5 months worth of bills through compensation. It's got to a stage where I'm contemplating a move. Spoke to someone the other day who told me they have no idea when it'll be fixed. Hardly reassuring!
