  @EE great to see that your Birmingham store have decided customer service doesn't matter. Warranty issue (agreed by your Lichfield store) with an in contract phone and they couldn't care less and have been quite rude. 2nd time they've messed me around inside 4 months. Useless

  @EE treating your customers as mugs. Honestly is always the best policy. 5 hours trying to connect my brand new Apple Watch with a data plan. Passed back and forth only to find that the issue is a 4 day old problem with EE. Taking the shine off my lovely apple product. @Apple

  I can’t believe @EE your system is so pants. I have a data SIM that can only be topped up when connected to your network. I’ve topped up my account but can’t use that to buy the add-on because, guess what, I’ve no data to connect with and you to be connected.

  @EE By way it is not me using EE. That's my mom+aunt, who's visiting. I do not use EE services. No funds to pay your service. And when I make some funds online to bank+buy food you are WiFi and cell tower signal blocking. I use home WiFi to earn mine fair + exodus England+U.K+B.I

  So, the only payment options with EE are giving free rein to take any amount from your bank with direct debit OR register your debit/credit card for @EE to drain your account at any time 🤔 Either option isn't putting #customers in control. #EE worst mobile provider @itvMLshow

  @EE for anyone looking for home broadband, AVOID EE. Since renewing, laptops and mobile phones won't connect at all. They resolved this once for about a week, now happening again. Won't let us leave the contract and have spent weeks trying to make a complaint!

  @EE @birthdaycakexo I agree.....EEs only answer is check the coverage....the signal in Falkirk has been dreadful for years.....value for money is about 1 out of 10....time to move network shortly...

  @scotlabnurse7 @EE It's dreadful. Thought I'd cracked it on Friday with a very helpful Customer Service person - but the attitude of the local ee shop manager today was appalling. I'm now trying to get access to their complaints procedure. They seem to have vanished.

  @EE So today our internet has been down since 10:30am, 30 houses have no internet so there sending an engineer out tomorrow he’s going to be busy!!!!! Why didn’t they just say there’s a site wide outage!!!!.

  @Samishlol @EE I'm paying my contract off as it works out cheaper than paying the amount for a service I mistakingly taken up on my recent upgrade for next 24 months & when my TV & Broadband contract finishes that will be cancelled as well
