@EE great to see that your Birmingham store have decided customer service doesn't matter. Warranty issue (agreed by your Lichfield store) with an in contract phone and they couldn't care less and have been quite rude. 2nd time they've messed me around inside 4 months. Useless

What happened to @EE having the best coverage ?! Barely get 5G at home anymore when a few months ago before their ‘essential maintenance’ it was fine ?!!! Anyone else had a drop in signal from EE since like August

@ee Hi. I've just transferred from a bt mobile sim only contract to an ee sim only contract. As far as I'm aware EE are aware of the PAC code from when I I did the transfer with customer service over the phone. How will I know when the number transfer is complete? Thanks!

Really p***ed off with @EE called yesterday as my mums phones broken, so taken out a new contract, told me phone will be here today. I questioned the lady because I knew DPD were on strike.. she assured me defo today. So I went ahead. It’s not coming today..
