    @EE I live in Great Barr, Birmingham & have had no Internet for over 3 weeks. Apparently there is an issue with the BT line & I am told everytime I speak to EE that the problem will be fixed in the next few days! Does anyone else have this issue with their EE Broadband ??

    @Lexeus2 @EE Just because 1 company, arguably the biggest provider in the UK, got stock doesn't mean EE did. It doesn't work like that. Also seeing as there is a lack of PS5s in the country right now means they more than likely haven't received them you know.

    Credit where it’s due. Spoke to one guy Ashley @EE and was really friendly and helpful. Called back spoke to a guy in #merthyrtydfil branch roger and was a class act. Customer service was brilliant. (Never got an add on, but was looked after following years of loyalty).

    @EE Hi. Sadly the link in your tweet doesn't work. Any problems in WR11? No internet since yesterday afternoon. I've restarted the router, unplugged everything and put it back together, moved router to another room. But it just says "connected without internet". Phone line is fine.

    @reizzla @EE more than happy to share some details via dm but I do believe considering this was something I attempted to deal with via the company’s formal grievance procedure, having gone as far as to solicit the help of the retail director, this is something I’d rather address publicly.

    @EE @MarcAllera @rootmetrics BT upgraded my new iPhone11 mobile to EE. BT stated better deals apparently🤔 Signal is appalling. Still having to use my old BT iPhone7. Fabulous signal. Had new EE iPhone11 a week. Old phone number has still not moved over. NOT happy. I now have a contract and unable to leave

    @EE Broadband keeps dropping out. Trying to watch the football and keeps disconnecting. Rebooted and still having problems. Sky box also struggling to connect to internet, all echo devices had disconnected as well 😤
