@EE Thankfully I don’t need to go to remote areas today where the buses doesn’t come frequently and don’t need to call an uber or bolt or else it would be very difficult to get home! Please seriously get this fix!

What happened to @EE having the best coverage ?! Barely get 5G at home anymore when a few months ago before their ‘essential maintenance’ it was fine ?!!! Anyone else had a drop in signal from EE since like August

Hey @EE what on earth is wrong with your customer service line, iv been trying to get through for the past few days and iv been on hold for half an hour and then it cuts me off, all I want to do is upgrade my phone, but I might be get second thoughts now 😒

@EE a loyal customer for 21 years & trying to cancel SIM only deal with channel returns but no answer to calls or the completed online form since Sunday. I took the deal on Saturday but found out the advisor didn't tell me I no longer get smart benefits. Poor service please help

@DPDgroup_news Sofia flat out told me they didn't have a contact number on file. So then I provided one. I've also had an update on the app this morning telling me that its now being delivered tomorrow. @EE Consider changing your courier service because DPD don't have a clue whats going on.
