My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

Thomas O'Duffy (@ThomasODuffy) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK @EE UK charges a 99p/minute "connection fee" on mobile if you call a 0845 number, which includes many forms of customer service, on top of the 1 to 7p cost of calling an 0845 number. There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.

Michael Knight (@michaelmknight) reported@EE You keep sending me these letters. I informed you that my Mum, Who's bill this is, passed away in December of 2025. I sent you a letter and an original death certificate, which seems to have gone missing or you never returned it to me. As this is my Mum's account, I am not responsible for her debts, even in death. Dealing with a bereavement is hard enough, without receiving letters like this, especially when you were informed last year. Nether of us are/were ever late paying our bills, but things like this make me not want to continue being a customer of EE.

Alexander (@Alexanderforaye) reported@EE TV more expensive than the subscription channels. And you canโt Cancel for 24months! In brief I have EE TV. Have tried to reduce package to lowest, but tied in till end of 2027. ยฃ22 a month for; NowTV incl HBO and Netflix Basic. I realise is independently it cost 15.98
