    @EE So I reply to Peter, essentially saying that EE have just shrugged off my issues (lack of broadband, time off work, bill being sent) and Chris is hopeful it’s resolved, shrugging off my comments...wow Customer Service at its best.

    Apparently because I have an additional line (Apple Watch) attached to my sim contract I have to go to an EE store to cancel my contract. @EE making things difficult to leave an overpriced product. UK’s favourite network my arse!

    Absolute shocking service from @EE .. sold me a WiFi sim a few months back after explaining my situation regarding a small no of months till upgrade, and I have gone to cancel this WiFi sim to be told it is in a 24 month contract and I can’t cancel it without paying £360!!!

    @EE Why are you charging me for using my home phone when I've never used it? You suggest I've called a mobile which I have not and I don't recognise the number. If I was to call anyone I'd use my mobile. My landline is only used for incoming calls from my elderly parents

    @EE yet again no signal can’t speak to anyone on the online chat need to ring can you explain how I can ring without signal, I know about wifi calling but would need wifi for that what’s the point of a mobile if need to be on wifi!

    Which marketing *** decided that if we're going round to mum and dad for #Christmas we're #guesting? It's a horrible term and it's getting my goat that it's creeping into so many adverts. Until @EE stuck it in their advert I don't think anyone had ever consciously 'guested'.

    For the first time today I've tried to get help from @VodafoneUK customer services regarding my partner's phone. All I can say is thank god I'm with @ee. They're not perfect but they can usually give a straight answer. I hope to never have to deal with Vodafone again.
