    Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised Iโ€™d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

    @EE 1. your systems that support your staff and in effect customers are shocking. changing accounts about because of berievement and you actually swapped the numbers and Sims terminating 1 temporarily. Then lock my voicemail and every time I try to phone 150 it cuts me off.

    @ianjk23 @EE Drop it down to 4G and test mate, edge of 5G area csn be worse than 4G.

    @EE Yes, I've tried that and it doesn't work. They were in the list of 3 accessories I could add. When I follow this route it tries to add it instead of my Galaxy watch and says I can't upgrade

    @EE I recently ordered full fibre with digital home phone incl a handset. The hub arrived last week with a note saying the handset would follow due to stock levels. Our service is now up and running, order marked as complete and the handset is on our bill but still not received.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE That is so true. In Oxfordshire an intellectual heavyweight, you cannot get reliable signal in the city centre an don't signal in most places you drive to. My son went to a school trip to India and another one in Wales. Guess where he was out of reach....in Wales.

    @RichardBentall @drew_carver @EE Agree. I signed a bb contract in January, paid the bill by direct debit so didn't pay too much attention to it. Found out last week it was never put into their system! I've been paying much more than I should have been. 3 trips to shop this week and app still shows wrong price.

    @EE @TomTugendhat Itโ€™s the same across the UK. I canโ€™t drive from Glasgow to Edinburgh on the motorway without having calls/meetings cut off at three different points. Many parts of Glasgow have patchy coverage and in every hospital Iโ€™ve worked in across central Scotland (9) you canโ€™t get a signal
