-
Arty Em (@a37yM) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE I've had this very argument with our providers for the last 2 years. Whenever I renew a contract they read me info about the landline being internet-based, & ask if I have a mobile should I need emergency services if the landline is unavailable. This is NOT progress.
-
Dudley (@agoldentale) reported@EE is there an issue with your app? Just topped up via it and had no confirmation text and money hasn't left bank either
-
Karen Elizabeth (@virgodragon864) reported@EE help! Router died 4wks ago=no home broadband/wifi connection, homephone plugs into back of router so no landline either, contacting EETech for help=45min wait in queue-not enough mobile credit for that. Landline needs testing+replacement BTwallsocket-compatible router required.
-
Warren Peters (@wizza_wozza) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Itβs a joke, especially for vulnerable people living in a rural area with little mobile signal. @bt_uk recent performance has been pathetic with an elderly friend who has no wi-fi, getting on for 2 weeks with still no fix in sight.
-
Darren Stokes (@Stokesy88) reported@ArgosQueryDpt I'm experiencing Wifi problems atm, and I'm trying to work... @EE you're in the firing line now!
-
ΓπΓ‘πͺα»ΜπΓ (@TheDealEnvoy) reportedπ¨ Scam alert. Be careful out there. Hackers are getting really sophisticated. Just had an unsolicited call from 01438 989236 claiming to be @EE customer service. Sounded professional. Said they had a promotion that would bring my monthly bill down. Asked for my last name, then said Iβd get a code from @EE and should read it out to βverifyβ I was the account holder. Checked the number that called and the number that sent the text. Instantly knew it was a scam. Called @EE myself on the official number and reported it. Never give anyone a code sent to your phone. Hang up and call the company directly.
-
Adam Chetter (@adamchetter) reported@EE Tried this but keep getting told the issue has been going on years and it wonβt be resolved soon. What can I do?
-
Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported@EE EE supplies my broadband, not my mobile service.
-
Phil Coyne (@PhilCoyne) reported@EE I've already done that and been referred to the Ombudsman and given Β£40, leaving me with a phone that doesn't work with two years left to pay. Doesn't seem like you have taken it very seriously, especially considering the flags on my account that all advisors should be aware of.
