@EE 1. your systems that support your staff and in effect customers are shocking. changing accounts about because of berievement and you actually swapped the numbers and Sims terminating 1 temporarily. Then lock my voicemail and every time I try to phone 150 it cuts me off.

@jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

@EE hello, Im trying to transfer my number from another network to yours. On the website when I enter the PAC code and number I want to transfer and click “next” it take me back and asks me to enter the correct PAC. But it’s the exact one I received?

@swtweetin @MartinSLewis That is a waste of money... What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

@EE full service on my phone yet can't make any calls or receive them. If I do eventually connect I can only hear every other word or it disconnects. I pay monthly and this has been happening most of this month, can't even call 150! Just walked home alone and need my phone!
