    @EE Yes, I've tried that and it doesn't work. They were in the list of 3 accessories I could add. When I follow this route it tries to add it instead of my Galaxy watch and says I can't upgrade

    The worst customer experience of my@life with @EE today. Phone ordered last week with next day delivery still not arrived. Appointment with store manager to resolve ignored as he wasnโ€™t in today and upgrade unable to be processed due to order being lost in the system!! Fuming

    Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised Iโ€™d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK @EE UK charges a 99p/minute "connection fee" on mobile if you call a 0845 number, which includes many forms of customer service, on top of the 1 to 7p cost of calling an 0845 number. There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.

    @EE Can you explain why I need to pay ยฃ100 for technician to come out & sort WiFi extender issue when we already pay expensive broadband package? Truly awful customer service & call handler just cut me off when I asked to speak to manager๐Ÿ˜ก

    If you are thinking about moving to @ThreeUK DON'T I've had no service pjone or internet since yesterday morning and no sign of it retutning. Their support just reads a script saying your service will be fixed shortly. Thank goodness for @EE pay as you go WiFi hotpot.

    As we continue to dealing with this, Iโ€™ve now been emailing back and forth with the team of the CEO of @WeAreOpenreach, who responded to my LinkedIn post. @EE , who we actually pay to for the service, have been atrocious, unhelpful, uninterested in solving this at all. Horrendous

    @EE and @HBO - if you offer a free trial to customers then don't charge people for it when they sign up. We even called customer services and lo and behold - we get charged. Terrible behaviour.
