    @swtweetin @MartinSLewis That is a waste of money... What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

    @EE now you've stopped supporting EETV which has forced me to leave you as my service provider. I don't want to send you the TV box back if it's just going to end up in landfill. I still have a use for it. As you don't have a use for it do I have your permission to keep it?

    @EE hello, Im trying to transfer my number from another network to yours. On the website when I enter the PAC code and number I want to transfer and click “next” it take me back and asks me to enter the correct PAC. But it’s the exact one I received?

    @EE I have no phone signal. Yet again ....and again I wasn't informed of the 'planned work'.. even I though I was informed last time this happened that I would get an e mail about any 'planned work'...beyond a joke now

    Yesterday @EE turned off my physical sim & advised I’d be up and running on my data sim within 24hrs. 24hrs later snd still not working. Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

    @jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

    The worst customer experience of my@life with @EE today. Phone ordered last week with next day delivery still not arrived. Appointment with store manager to resolve ignored as he wasn’t in today and upgrade unable to be processed due to order being lost in the system!! Fuming

    @EE 1. your systems that support your staff and in effect customers are shocking. changing accounts about because of berievement and you actually swapped the numbers and Sims terminating 1 temporarily. Then lock my voicemail and every time I try to phone 150 it cuts me off.

    Going to have to venture to the @ee store today as it's damn near impossible to get a similar contract deal online, most deals are more expensive or a fraction of the data bundle size.

    So pissed off with @EE some changes happened to my account to make it cheaper yet was told NO changes in service. Well I lost 5G and now I’m In the US and cannot connect to phone signal because the roaming tab in settings is blanked out! Major complaint coming your way tomorrow

    @rng88991 @EE I think it depends what you want. With contracts they are on par with most others, and if you want PAYG they will always get you a good deal if you phone up. For me, the customer service has been fantastic, helping me through difficult times, 8 years I've never had a problem.

    @EE I can’t believe that the internal team at ee can’t even contact customer assist team they don’t even have their phone or email number.Let alone we contact them which is impossible. I don’t have internet at home past 25 days now , this is rediculous.
