What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

Spent 90mins with tech support then cut off. Called back & office now closed. Any advice @EE for this longstanding customer of yours?

On the website when I enter the PAC code and number I want to transfer and click โnextโ it take me back and asks me to enter the correct PAC. But itโs the exact one I received?

Appointment with store manager to resolve ignored as he wasnโt in today and upgrade unable to be processed due to order being lost in the system!! Fuming

When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

Shadi Kirk (@DarvishKirk) reported@orange @EE I have done and no reply. It seems to be normal to take money and not provide a service. I do believe you are not providing me with a service as I am not French. My neighbours all have internet and the only difference is that they are French!

Now in order for them to correct their error I have to wait 2 days for an engineer. Can someone from BT please contact me with a solution as currently unable to WFH
