  @EE 1. your systems that support your staff and in effect customers are shocking. changing accounts about because of berievement and you actually swapped the numbers and Sims terminating 1 temporarily. Then lock my voicemail and every time I try to phone 150 it cuts me off.

  Going to have to venture to the @ee store today as it's damn near impossible to get a similar contract deal online, most deals are more expensive or a fraction of the data bundle size.

  @ee absolutely shocking service… misleading new customers… Told in JULY ‘shouldn’t take more than 10 days’ to connect my high speed internet. Told yesterday earliest external work would be 7 December!?! Not even my actual connection! How do you get away with this?

  @EE broadband installation failed, customer services is any thing but, complaints team do nothing. Been customer for 15 years and never have I ever experienced a complete lack of customer service. No communication, failed appointment dates and false information relayed. Shameful

  @EE what has happened to your customer service recently?? The last 3 calls have been awful. Today, an agent literally said that she refused to help me - she was unable to send me a verification text. She refused to ask for help then refused to help me any further.

  @EE Picture blocking, channels simply stop so we have to turn over and back, loss of picture and audio sync. Wifi range is very poor.

  @EE I had called 150, £67.49 was the best price you could reward a loyal customer. So they loyal customer get charge more for your new ones
