  • MikeHolden42 Mike Holden (@MikeHolden42) reported from Burnley, England

@jenlion @EE I've had exactly this with insurance, mortgages, all sorts. They rely on customer inertia to retain them. When I move I always make their customer retention team (they'll definitely call you if you're leaving) know I'm moving specifically because of these tactics.

  • megancroz Meg Crozier (@megancroz) reported from Huddersfield, England

  • Sam_yates4 Sam Yates (@Sam_yates4) reported from Burnley, England

Working from home is great until you get a power cut and no water supply in a place where @EE signal is literally non existent....

  • sunderlandc Craig Sunderland (@sunderlandc) reported from Southowram, England

@EE 1. your systems that support your staff and in effect customers are shocking. changing accounts about because of berievement and you actually swapped the numbers and Sims terminating 1 temporarily. Then lock my voicemail and every time I try to phone 150 it cuts me off.

  • ade_robertson ARob (@ade_robertson) reported from Bingley, England

@swtweetin @MartinSLewis That is a waste of money... What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

  • AlMitchell89 Alex Mitchell (@AlMitchell89) reported from Bradford, England

@EE now you've stopped supporting EETV which has forced me to leave you as my service provider. I don't want to send you the TV box back if it's just going to end up in landfill. I still have a use for it. As you don't have a use for it do I have your permission to keep it?

  • aliceproctor_ Ali (@aliceproctor_) reported from Brighouse, England

@EE has such amazing customer service both in store and in their call centres, I wish more companies were like this!

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • AndrewxxP Andrew Pickering 🇺🇦🇪🇺🚀 (@AndrewxxP) reported

I dont blame @EE specifically, but digital voice landline inside a broadband landscape of networks, protocols, codecs, packets, connections, blah blah... is the least reliable technology I've ever experienced. Some people I can never speak to, others sometimes, no-one always.

  • AndyFurnival2 Andy Furnival (@AndyFurnival2) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 They are all bad, and ofcom have allowed them to lie about their coverage. @EE claims good coverage in my area, which is very poor, but they believe their own maps more than reality. Go into any city centre in the north, and you’ll find more dark spots than a spotted ****

  • j_sombo Hembadoon Jennifer Sombo (@j_sombo) reported

Dear @EE I’m highly disappointed and infuriated with your customer service since the 26th of November '25. ZERO regard for time, communication. What a shame!

@EE You possibly have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

  • jba4340017 John Barnes (@jba4340017) reported

@EE I've booked a repair for my phone, as @Google told me to use you, but they said i need to check if you've got the specific parts to fix my phone before I go. Could someone please get in contact with me please

  • Astronomer_Mark Mark Thompson (@Astronomer_Mark) reported

@WeAreOpenreach @EE @bt_uk You are following 16.2k accounts!!!! Pls explain why you can’t follow to help a very unsatisfied customer ?

  • Dinie65 Nadine Moore (@Dinie65) reported

@EE can you please tell me why a 79 years old, with limited mobility and other health issues was talked into taking out broadband and TV costing £142 per month. We've managed to get the TV down to £23 but you wont do anything about the broadband.

  • whiskeyrich Rich Walker (@whiskeyrich) reported

@EE Guys i'm having issue making phonecalls, i can't make or receive any calls, even to 150, you have no webchat to help with my issue, so asking here.

  • dazza12 Darren Mallinson (@dazza12) reported

@EE and @WeAreOpenreach have messed up. Got 1.6Gb Fibre installed a few months ago, been a constant battle telling them I'm not even getting 1Gb. They keep insisting nothing wrong and the speed is correct. Just found out the ONT is only 1Gb. EE Help still insisting I'm wrong.

  • mikeymikey2024 Mike (@mikeymikey2024) reported

@mollyalice_ @EE I have the same issue on O2. What was the resolution please?
