The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

Daniel Shepherd (@DanieIShepherd) reported@EE @bt_uk My phone line with BT hasn’t worked for about 11 months now - I pay them £72 a month (mainly for full fibre internet) but £5 is for a call package I’ve not been able to use - I asked to cancel it and could they come and just remove the master socket - that’ll be £98 please.

I have been told to call @Apple and then they said it was a network issue and to call @EE back. I am sure it’s a software issue as the phone is working fine and I have full 4G connection.

Worked fine yesterday, stopped I think after I did the iOS update to 15.1 last night. Wondering if a carrier update could help?
