The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. Now there is i refuse to accept the phone back so I cant be blamed for anymore I cant do an insurancd claim because ive not damaged it and it'd be fraud! Has been £5 per month for years for 10 years, just every now and then they increase the data allowed. Never been a problem.

Requested my PAC code via text, then EE retentions rang with a better deal than anything else on the market. Was so close to leaving.
