    @BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

    @EE Yes and so is my husband who is an EE customer. We can get on the website but when we try to buy something the error message pops up. We've tried on: Phones Tablet PC

    @EE recently moved and no phone signal in or anywhere close to my new house. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction to get a signal. WiFi calling continuously drops off so I can’t make calls and therefore I can’t call you about the issue. What can you do to help please?

    @EE Pity phone customer services can’t do an upgrade for over a week. Feeling very disappointed, and promises all over the place but no one responds !

    @EE Yesterday I posted about our area not having any issues with calls etc. As a disabled person with sleep issues/insomnia/painsomnia I rely on my TV thru the night very much. I'm now unable to do this as my TV package is now not working! Obv the issues have spread further...

    @EE My wife isn’t able to register online so can’t get our account number to cancel. The email form won’t accept our postcode so she can’t request cancellation. No one picks up the phone and when they do, they direct her online with some solution that doesn’t work.

    @EE @MarcAllera I’ve been in touch about my attempt to upgrade. I’ve only been a customer for about 10 years but whilst your team try to be helpful sadly I couldn’t feel less valued. Guess it’s time to move. I’ll cancel my upgrade, get my money back and give another network a try

    @watson_sonny @EE I've done my latest with no problems, they used to be around twice a year, but seem to be one a month lately, I've looked into it online, and the consensus seems to be the pros outweigh the cons, so ; annoying as they are, guess we're all stuck with them.

    @EE Yet the network and the service is getting worse and your profits are increasing? I have nothing against @EE as a business they have been great when I first joined. Just the slow decline is making the increase in cost less and less worth it

    According to Which @EE are now the most expensive network in Europe and given their prices are going up again next month by over 5.4% I have accepted Virgin Mobile offer to pay off my contract and join them.

    @EE What security reasons? Its not her address? If you want people to feel 'secure' stop making pathetic excuses for not sorting the problem... you are the ones risking their security not me. Maybe you could ring the farmer and ask him to open the gate, or just climb over it?
