  • wendybfrost Wendy Frost (@wendybfrost) reported

It's like a kick in the teeth when you've been trying all week to find ways to get hold of someone at @EE #EE to discuss your increase in broadband bill. Then you can only get hold of someone on twitter. But they find time to email your new bill and text you about it. Awful. 😡

  • steveclements25 Steve Clements (@steveclements25) reported

@EE @PaulInPewsey They always reply with the same old rubbish from a script don’t they Paul. @EE are awful. Just get it sorted!

  • Oliwells13 Oliver Wells (@Oliwells13) reported

@EE Dear Graham , this is not sorted …. The phone “turned on” last night but I’m unable to text or WhatsApp over the network! I have 3G coverage or less only - the minimum standard of service would be to have someone at EE sort this out and keep me updated, not me chase you guys
