@EE I've also since learnt that the old one wasn't plugged in to the master socket so that helps. However where she previously had good signal is now poor and vice versa for the rest of the house. I was hopeful that if dual band the equipment further away could...

Just realised that, during a pandemic where we are being encouraged to work work remotely and make smarter choices.. @EE have removed the merge call feature from the network..? Who decided this was a good idea and why were we not told? Thought it was just a bug on iPhone..

@EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

@EE I’ve been a ee customers way bck to when they were called 121 I asked for an upgrade back in 22nd feb I asked for a Samsung s20 ultra 512g !! Yesterday I was sent a Samsung s20 u 126g used not happy been customer for so many yrs this is how I get repaid

@EE is there any way we can get out of our business mobile broadband with you? Incredibly slow internet and cuts off at least 5 times a day - have 4 kids at home and no tv isn’t much fun let alone not being able to access their Zoom lesson - this needs sorting ASAP.
