  @EE Your app is useless. It fails to log in every single time I enter my credentials. Everything is correct and it fails all the time. Combined with the poor signal I always have, I am disappointed I chose to move over.

  @EE Please can you help. I’ve just landed in Tenerife, I cannot get any service all I have is the aeroplane sign and SOS message. I can’t log on to the app because it wants me to verify my account by sending a text to my phone which I’m unable to receive text messages.

  @EE your wifi box is so bad! Gave and promised false hope and trust but no the wifi service never seems to connect, always cuts off, just all around problems. Might just have to look into getting virgin media

  @EE Same problem with different browser. Likely wifi IP block, out of mobile data (used up during new house move) cannot use that. Ive had pages not loading, spinning wheels and all sorts this week, hoping it was known issue for everyone and fixed soon, but seems not🤔 what to do..
