  @EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

  Gotta love a 100 day early phone upgrade especially when your handset was adament you didn't have service but not only did I get a shiny (it actually does shine) new phone but I also got a little WiFi device for my extra data which works at the heritage site I work at! Thanks @ee

  @EE Oh yes. Restart phone. Turn airplane mode on and off. Turn off auto network selection and turn back on etc. I live in Telford, not the middle of bloomin Cumbria!

  @totfinsol @EE @BradChuck Their app is shocking. I still cant link my device despite contacting them several times. Gone backwards in customer service. Its all "call 150" now. No I just want live chat like most modern companies that I can text and not waste time talking to them!

  @dave_aldrine Can’t wait! Been with @EE for several years as IMO they are best, felt they are getting worse and worse. Even upgraded to the priority line. Still ****. They are throttling 5G or got too many customers on it, but something is not right! Bring on the starlink 👌🏽
