Never have that trouble with EE... we did have a few teething troubles when we got the broadband in at home but they were really good at testing, sending someone out.

Leaving me without any way of being contacted. Spoke to 4 different people all have told me different version of events..

I have to pay the outstanding device balance as well just because I have over 12 months left!

They try to get u to sign up to extras u don’t want, saying that that’s the only bundles available; whilst advertising on line cheaper deals. When confronted they lowered price. But NO! Take care 🤮
