Maybe @BorisJohnson could shed some light. I thought a triple dose was supposed to guarantee a good signal along with the GPS location of every person...

Iβm on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.
