    @EE Hi, my broadband is rubbish. Speeds are between 0.5 & 7mbps at present. Guaranteed speed of around 21. Tried all the checks and still slow. Please help! 😕

    @EE really unhappy with the service I’ve (not) received over last 2 days. I have now been cut off due to fraudulent activity on my account!! Leaving me without any way of being contacted. Spoke to 4 different people all have told me different version of events..

    When 4G was introduced 3G went terrible.. now 5G is here, 4G is terrible. Talk about ways to get the customer to sign into more expensive data plans @EE #5G #5gishere #4G

    @PhilTonks2 @TalkTalk @EE Used to be on o2 but couldn’t get a signal in loads of places. Never have that trouble with EE... we did have a few teething troubles when we got the broadband in at home but they were really good at testing, sending someone out.

    @ee I’m not happy, I took out broadband with you about 15 months ago, I was told I would get 10gig added to my mobile data. I have just realised this isn’t the case and I’ve brought extra data that I should never have needed to buy!

    @EE Hi had free BT Sport 3 month add on through contract. Expires 02/01 and want to cancel so not charged. I've text STOP to 150 but getting option to cancel either on large screen or to watch live on tablet/device. I don't want either.

    @EE I’ve been a ee customers way bck to when they were called 121 I asked for an upgrade back in 22nd feb I asked for a Samsung s20 ultra 512g !! Yesterday I was sent a Samsung s20 u 126g used not happy been customer for so many yrs this is how I get repaid

    I sincerely hope @EE have fixed their issues. No service at all yesterday which is unacceptable. Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! 😤

    @EE Very disappointed on how you treat your loyal customers. Been with you since the Orange days. Yet you won't give me a fifth line due to a missed payment. Which I've paid. I'm due an upgrade so I may shop around and look elsewhere.

    @EE Hi Mark. In the last few months, signal has been on and off like a yoyo, with total downtime last week which made working from home difficult. @virginmedia also died too, so wasn't a great day 😅 Other half uses Voxi and had no issues with connectivity.

    @EE wouldn't match price plan offered by @SkyUK, even though a customer for 10 years and then stalling on giving me pac code, 4 calls so far... Do not recommend @EE @EE @EE 😡😡 😡 👎👎👎 #EEJOKE

    @EE YOU ARE AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME. Just spent 2 hours on live chat going round in circles getting nowhere! Thanks for my PAC code I will go else where. You need to learn how to look after loyal customers properly. Goodbye from a very dissatisfied loyal ex customer.

    If you’re thinking of moving over to EE, think again!! And don’t get me started on their ‘trade in’ scheme 😶 traded in my previous iPhone and told it would bring my monthly payments down... EE sort it out @EE

    @EE Yes, and I also got my direct debit set up but nothing since then...but in between i got an email about something added and cancelled on my account (not by me) for a reference number that was different and i never figured out what happened .

    I've been with @EE for 24 yrs. I've an issue with my S20, I did get through to tech support & received a call back. I said I'd drop the phone off at EE shop to send away. New SMS says case closed so I'll have to explain again. Thinking of switching mobile provider & WiFi..
