@EE seriously, this is becoming a real problem now. Hardly any service since Monday. I’m on a BT contract who piggyback your network, and my husband has a contract with you. Both of us prepared to pay the penalty to move as this has been going on since lockdown.

@EE Have credit on my account, yet totally unable to add a pack to use data etc. Customer service is unresponsive. (nonexistent?) Time to switch to any other network, and recommend nobody ever uses EE.

@EE we are having issues getting a phone signal. We went into branch and the guy inthe shop sad there was a degradation with the tower and report the fault. We are unable to report the fault because the signal checker wont let us

@EE have had the worst possible customer service, taking up 5 calls and no solution. I changed ownership of my account from my mothers name to my name. EE then said they would add on my previous insurance policy - but now being told this is not possible claim no: 19457355
