    Hi @EE Could you please tell me where I should send a complaint to. Sold a cheaper deal only to find that it no longer supports my data sharing sims. No help on the phone, told to go to the store, also no fix there. Family been with you for 15 years, service not what it was.

    A week after re-joining @EE, I already regret it. Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. Nothing changed in 4 years!

    I was in @EE gillingham this morning, browsing over the phone collection. The gentleman's customer service and persistence was very good... i didn't leave with an upgrade however, it was nice to have some banter with the sales person.

    I always had totally respect for EE @ee but after speaking to one the Executive Customer Resolution Team This has left doubt in my mind one rude man unhelpful all I want is receive a good service in the DA9 area feel let down as a customer😢😡#DA9 #serviceissues @MarcAllera

    @EE I have been speaking with your colleagues for days on end. The trouble and issues you have caused out of the simplicity of an early upgrade is atrocious. You have taken two payments from me, double the amount owed, and if you do not return it then you are stealing.

    @EE Nope, no time frame given. And considering we have been waiting since the end of Nov for this I think this is awful customer service. Maybe we should switch provider this Nov to someone who fulfills their promises to their customers?

    @EE I have had shocking customer service with ‘issues’ after ‘issues’ with your system, taking multiple (pending) payments, talking of reverting a plan because it’s not working your end when it is mine!

    I am so gutted I can’t watch @WestHam all thanks to @btsport and @EE when I pay £15 a month for a service and now I can not log in because my BT ID no longer works and get told I have to wait 72 hours for it to be sorted. Absolute Joke. 😡😡😡😡

    @EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

    @EE Can't speak to anyone via the customer services telephone cos it's too busy, live chat is constantly unavailable, is there any other way to get assistance? Received my new contract sim and it still isn't working after 24hrs...

    @EE Internet has been down since early this morning. Was saying no broadband connection, now (last 10 minutes) broadband is supposedly connected but no wireless devices have access. Wanted to use online chat (via mobile data) for support but seems that's unavailable for bb.

    @EE broadband has been terrible, cutting out at least 4 times per day and kicking me off my work calls through lockdown. And now I’ve missed the fist 15 mins of the rugby on @PrimeVideo. Broadband used to be great from EE. This needs sorting out, it’s like stepping back 10 years

    @EE I had no signal outside from around midday until 13. 45 Ive got a 200gb plan, but it's not much use if there is no signal Why bother with a plan if I can only connect on WiFi? Never had any issues with BT sim
