Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. Got someone from DPD rang saying spoke to driver and will deliver parcel this afternoon 10min later got a text saying sorry we missed you. Went on DPD chat they said driver came to my house at 1:08pm never did as was in my chair looking out the window. This was yesterday. Got a new time slot today and hoping the iPhone 16 gets delivered
