Poppy Jeffery (@BBCPoppy) reported from Maidstone, England@nick_pope @EE @scb31 I spoke to EE earlier this week, they said a mast has no power supply, and because of our proximity, the signal isn’t switching to another mast (so you have to walk up the road for signal) and that engineers have been on site all week and still haven’t worked out the issue 😭😭😭

Our local store advised him to cancel his DD as his contract had ended. He has spoken to someone on the phone who was of no help. Please advise as this is ALOT of money 😡

AVOID EE. (@chnry97) reported@EE have consistently failed to fix issues with signal, but have had no issues taking my money every month. I miss phone calls for therapy and medication because I have no signal!? In the city they advertise 5G. Do not sign up for EE in Newcastle, if you are, call and complain.
