Sold a cheaper deal only to find that it no longer supports my data sharing sims. No help on the phone, told to go to the store, also no fix there. Family been with you for 15 years, service not what it was.

Been trying to get through since 9.30am to resolve the issue of them sending the WRONG phone and wanting to give in my Pack Code and they are literally hanging up the phone on you after holding 30 mins. Nothing changed in 4 years!

lorraine langridge (@lorraine_acorn) reported from Longfield and New Barn, England@EE my 4G is still terrible even though you say it’s now resolved. With bt wifi crashed I can’t use phone as a hotspot as your signal is so poor. I’m out of contract and will now be off to another provider.

Andrew McLaughlin (@andymac2602) reported@EE It has been restarted so many times. I am completely cheesed off with it. It seems that the only advice IT "experts" give is switch off and switch on again. It has been rubbish for so long. I am fed up paying for a service I cannot access.

So, I then paid an extra £15 to get some data I could use in the NL. This did not fix my situation - and I have been charged for a service... (2/3)
