    Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    @HSBC_UK Hsbc is the worst Bank of UK 🇬🇧 Never trust them, they are terrible with their services. You can never reach them. Their staff are incredibly unexperienced.

    Absolutely appalling levels of customer service with @hsbc_uk business banking -phone service over 1hour wait - but no responsiveness on the Chat app either. If you’re looking for a business account look elsewhere

    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    @HSBC_UK Yes it’s a beta! All my other banking apps work with this beta. The app team must be aware of ios15! Still didn’t answer my question. I need to access my online account. If I didn’t have a phone or app, how would I access it????

    @HSBC_UK Been with you since 94 for pers + 2x bus acts.After 2day’s experience with call centre I’ll leave.2hr on hold n only 5min actual convo,passed from pillar to post +disconnects.Long holds been going on too long in HSBC now.Fancy recommending bank with better service?

    @HSBC_UK and another morning sitting on hold to you having no access to my account. And no faith you will either answer or fix the issue. All the get ‘help’ prompts are really not helping my mood given I can’t do that as you’ve removed access to my account.

    @HSBC_UK so no local branch and unable to get an appointment with the two branches in my 20 mile radius! Meaning we can’t access our money and also my son cannot arrange an appointment to sort out his child trust fund. FARCICAL!!!
