They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

We don’t get the same level of service from the Post Office. We’re not a cashless society, just another example of disgraceful profiteering !!

Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

My finances are in good shape so no reason for it other than my industry I assume. Monzo also closed my business account. So I’d avoid them too. I’ve never had issues with high street banks so far
