They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

Don't keep anything on your phone that can give anyone else access to your finances. Period. This includes Google Pay and other payment system apps. They're just not secure enough yet.

On the phone for 2hours where your employee was solely trying to get rid of me when the inflexible script couldn’t cope with the request. Finally got through to the right dept. & my simple request was resolved in 5 minutes.
