@HSBC_UK £20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

@HSBC_UK I’m actually an iOS Engineer, working on banking apps, so I understand from where the crash might be coming from and why it might be hard to support the beta builds. Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

More crap service from @HSBC_UK @HSBC I stand in a queue for 1/2 an hour to bank Treasurers Account cash only to be told they have no cashiers on Saturdays. Sent me to the Post Office and they can't do it either. Now stuck in Brum with a very heavy bag of cash! Utterly rubbish.
