@HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

@HSBC_UK how are businesses that still accept cash transactions supposed to stay with you when you keep cost cutting & closing branches? We don’t get the same level of service from the Post Office. We’re not a cashless society, just another example of disgraceful profiteering !!

@scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

@bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

@HSBC_UK @Lidgettc Just gives a far bigger risk to customers to lose a higher value of money, which can have a knock on effect of inability to pat crucial bills. Recompensation of fraud won't be instant and the onus will be on the customer to prove 🙄

@HSBC_UK @MSE_Deals applied for a new credit card,took weeks to approve/send out and now can't setup online banking or use because you still haven't sent out my telephone banking details or pin number. By far the slowest and poorest service I've ever had when applying for a card.
