My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

@HSBC_UK £20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK Loopring, be prepared to have to put in research, but the result will be you will be your own bank and not have to rely on **** banks. Or Bitcoin and hold in Trust Wallet or Ledger X. Q1 23 will kill banks, crypto v cbdc is the new future.

@HSBC_UK Now, nearly at the end of 2022 HSBC has held it for almost two years. Our new bank rejected us just as the funds had reached them. Our money was returned to HSBC but we could no longer access it, and even today, we still have not retrieved our money from HSBC. Ray Vahey, Bitchute
