@HSBC_UK Hsbc is the worst Bank of UK 🇬🇧 Never trust them, they are terrible with their services. You can never reach them. Their staff are incredibly unexperienced.

My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

@HSBC_UK Hey Russell, connection is fine, working in every other way. I can choose my account to transfer from, and select the payee to transfer to, but once it tries to load the screen where I input how much to send, the left hand menu appears, but nothing else.
