Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

As a @firstdirect customer have the @HSBC_UK branches just given up on us? The solution to everything is to “try the post office”.
