    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

    @HSBC_UK how are businesses that still accept cash transactions supposed to stay with you when you keep cost cutting & closing branches? We don’t get the same level of service from the Post Office. We’re not a cashless society, just another example of disgraceful profiteering !!

    @HSBC_UK just how useless are you? Worst service I’ve ever encountered. Trying to complete your stupid wrecked messed up safeguard review, but it can’t be done. I have a locked account which can’t be unlocked because for months you’ve sent emails to the wrong address.
