Given that both HSBC & FirstDirect apps crash I suspect that a framework is not supported, but thats just a guess

We don’t get the same level of service from the Post Office. We’re not a cashless society, just another example of disgraceful profiteering !!

Pratik Bhongade (@mpratik02) reportedHey @HSBC_UK , can you imagine if someone needs to get a 6 months up to date bank statement for his account he needs to chat or call customer service, they raise a request and ask you to wait for 2 days, it’s been 5 days I asked for the statement and still waiting. It should a simple date filter in the app to get the statement, don’t you think so? I recon, I am bit frustrated now with this amazing service.
