Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

@HSBC_UK Hsbc is the worst Bank of UK 🇬🇧 Never trust them, they are terrible with their services. You can never reach them. Their staff are incredibly unexperienced.

@Wazzoshi @HSBC_UK They do seem to be easier on old accounts. I've never had problems trading crypto through HSBC until very recently even though they were listed as crypto unfriendly for years. Looks like from what @0xMisterWolf said all banks are cracking down on harder on crypto now even Monzo.
