    @HSBC_UK Was in there again just now! Both cash AND cheque machines down plus I gather all systems. And only 1 counter open and gather the main frame is down too? So what I paid in won’t show up?🙈🤬

    @HSBC_UK how are businesses that still accept cash transactions supposed to stay with you when you keep cost cutting & closing branches? We don’t get the same level of service from the Post Office. We’re not a cashless society, just another example of disgraceful profiteering !!

    Annoyed by the fact that every time a bank transfer contains the word #crypto @HSBC_UK marks it as “fraudulent” and block it. #Banks are the real fraud #Crypto is the future

    @bat1150gs @HSBC_UK It’s awful. My salary gets paid on that account and I’ve been locked out for weeks now. Their response is to install on another device. Not even the web option works as you need a security code in the app.

    @HSBC_UK I’ve been on hold on the phone for over 30 minutes with no answers now, all of this just to understand if one of your branches is open on Saturday mornings or not! On your website is scheduled as open but it wasn’t last week! This isn’t a great service!

    Has anyone been short changed by a bank cash point in Ealing Broadway centre? Done by @LBGplc bank about 6m ago, who then denied the £20 list - today @HSBC_UK deducted £80 out of £100 as an ad hoc service charge. Never happened before, over 40 years. This time it’ll be law!

    @scottgardner76 @HSBC_UK If the bank does not release a statement soon I’ll have to change my payroll to another bank. I can’t touch my money because to log in on the computer you need a code from the app. I can only use debit card.

    @HSBC_UK Hi Abi. Will call tomorrow then but asking customers to roll back is not acceptable. The issue here is the bank, not the apple software. All other banks (Barclays, Bank of America, Revolut and Wise in my case) work perfectly fine.

    @HSBC_UK This is twice now in the space of a few days. First time around I couldn’t pay for my taxi and now I can’t pay to get home from work so am stranded. This is beyond disgusting. We shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to access OUR money.

    @cprsmum @HSBC_UK Mine is the exact same!! I was panicking something had happened to my accounts! It won’t let me log on to internet banking on their website either, it’s saying that my details aren’t found!! @HSBC_UK you need to sort this ASAP! You are making people stress!
