    @HSBC_UK app not working on my phone for days now. It doesn’t let me log in and I can’t access internet banking as that requires a code from the app. No way to pay my bills or know how much money I have left.

    Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

    My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

    @HSBC_UK we know there's a pandemic and everything but most other business manage to continue and provide decent customer service but third time I have had to call you and each time taken 30, 25 and 30 mins to get answered. Not good enough
