Hey @HSBC_UK, your new mobile App is pretty awful 😩 It frequently crashes on launch if it’s been backgrounded, and using the Support Chat feature logs you out (even if you tap to continue the session) due to “inactivity” whilst waiting for a reply - has no-one tested this?! 😡
