My wife had been waiting 50 minutes to speak to a @HSBC_UK Business Banking Agent. This is NOT the first attempt either. Without any explanation the line became disconnected! Very poor customer service.

@HSBC_UK £20000 lost in 2hours because HSBC has security issues and then they made me feel like a criminal, not like a victim. They recovered very proudly £0.65 which they put in my account in 2 transactions. The clients are a joke for the HBSC. Such a shame. i am disgusted

@HSBC_UK Hi Desi. Thank you for confirming. My nearest "Full service" branch seems to be 40 miles away which is frustrating. There is a "Cash service branch" closer (Blackwood, South Wales) which says counter service Mon-Fri. Would I be able to deposit it there?

🙄 just spent ages on the phone with @HSBC_UK - put me on hold and hung up on me. Got a new phone and my banking app won’t let me deposit cheques - I’ve been through troubleshooting and the online help bot, phoned them etc, blatant refusal to admit anyone else has logged an issue

@HSBC_UK I have visited two branches (Cardiff & Newport) to make an enquiry on behalf of my in-laws. The call was terrible and non-helpful. Refused to transfer to the premier team to discuss. My father-in law is disabled. We will try again tomorrow! Clearly 150K of savings means nothing
