  @Hyperoptic your customer service is in the gutter. Hundreds of customers have been without service for hours, yet there’s been zero communication, no way to reach support and seemingly no acknowledgement that there’s even an issue. Absolutely disgraceful.

  @evadne oh hyperoptic is a service provider! for a second there i was like woah there's something _above_ fiber optic already jesus. all the stops i'm checking on rightmove say "ultrafast ~1500mbps" which frankly is more than i need (assuming its not shared with the whole building)

  @Mabs79 @londoncolly @Hyperoptic I got through to them. They are sending an engineer tomorrow as their troubleshooting picked up nothing. I'm in E2 - it seems to be a problem here too
