But for a new customer who starts with Hyperoptic can still avail the same price I was paying last year. This is insane ! Why this disparity between old and new customer? Stuart Hazeldine (@stuarthazeldine) reported@TheLionXB1 @Hyperoptic 3000 customers are down in NW & W London. A ‘Zayo link’ is down. A main Internet fibre highway, apparently, but one just used by Hyperoptic customers it seems. No idea when they’ll fix it.
