  @MrRoflWaffles Hyperoptic are actually evil. Only a few months ago they charged me £600 to cancel after I got fired from my very first job I had to move into the city for. I lost my flat and among other things left THOUSANDS in debt and had to move back to an unideal situation. I’m only 22 btw.

  hyperoptic is actually the worst internet provider in the UK, I have had internet issues for TWO MONTHS and their email support is nonexistent, been ghosted for weeks at a time, keeps stopping me doing my job. so frustrating aaaaaaaaa 😩

  @Hyperoptic I've been on hold for 50 minutes - will you just pick up the bloody phone? Ridiculous service - you need to hire more staff innit. Think it might be time to change provider - you're even worse than Vodafone and that is sayyying something!

  @AFCBUDDY85 @Hyperoptic Speeds are great I must say and the follow up customer service from management has been very good. But trying to raise the outages and get timeframes was near enough impossible. I went almost 2 days with no wifi. They’ve now given me basically 3 months for free.
