Big shout out to Connor, manager of @LloydsBank in Herne Bay. After getting duff info about my travel ins (benefit of my account) by @axainsurance I went into branch where he took time to get me through to someone at Axa, explained the problem and got it resolved. Great service.

@LloydsBank Hiya, so basically I ordered something (so the money went into pending, ready to come out) then cancelled a few hours later due to an error. I paid via PayPal and its showing refund £109.99 but when I check my lloyds app, the amount is still pending. It hasn't returned to my acc.
