It's me, John (@johnrahers) reported from Lambeth, England@AskNationwide hello. I have been on hold to your fraud line for 47 mins - be counting. My card has been blocked due to an unauthorised transaction. Can your help me please? I am supposed to be enjoying my Saturday evening but I’m just sat here listening to Enya for an eternity
-
It's me, John (@johnrahers) reported from Lambeth, England@AskNationwide That is the line I called and spoke to someone and they ‘put me through’ to the fraud dept. I’ve just been cut off for the second time. Help please
-
Dmitri Old (@DmitriusOld) reported from London, EnglandCredit where it is due. Samantha at Natwest got it sorted and compensated me for the problems. Well done to her. @NatWest_Help should be grateful. @AskNationwide the ball is in your court to keep me as a customer.
-
Ingrid Marsh (@IngridMarsh_) reported from Lambeth, England@AskNationwide how do I make a complaint about a decision made about a flexible account travel insurance claim? I spoke to someone in customer services who said he was submitting it then called me back himself without it being escalated. I've not heard back from anyone since
-
Claire Petzal 🥨 (@clairelpetzal) reported from Wandsworth, England@AskNationwide I sent a direct message as I have an urgent question that I’m hoping is ******* with the payment issue but need confirmation. Thanks!
-
Dmitri Old (@DmitriusOld) reported from London, England@AskNationwide I have had a call with them this morning. Told me they can't do anything. So I have to go into customer service hell with both of you again. This is not right.

Johnboy Scott 🏴🏴 (@Johnboy014) reported@AskNationwide SHOCKING customer service 😡😡😡😡😡😡
-
Matty M (@wanna_be_dj) reported@AskNationwide No correspondence from you and you send me a letter asking me to call you. NO!!!. I have left you because of how you treated me. You’ve now added charges onto my account and again, that’s down to you and the way you treated me. Remove charges and add 50% discount for the distress caused and the hassle for me to move banks and I’ll pay.
-
Ryan Gerrard (@RyanLGerrard) reported@AskNationwide Why do you think it’s acceptable for your advisors to lie about correspondence they have in fact received from me? This has resulted in a non-thorough investigation by a very dismissive complaints handler, who has now closed the case. Shocking customer service.
-
Jordan (@JordanPostingX) reported@AskNationwide It was a simple query. Some people can't even do simple tasks. Quit your job and let someone else do it that actually wants to help customers. I don't need to call up and give my blood group, star sign, favourite colour etc for you to tell me whether you use 1st or 2nd class mail
-
Danny Pound (@dannypound88) reported@AskNationwide I have experienced potentially suspicious activity on my account and cannot log in on your site to query this?
-
Ash Davidson (@AshDavidsonUK) reported@financefraz @AskNationwide Yeah was a shame, turned out that if your rejected at any point it’s on system for all applications. The first one got rejected due to a format issue with one of the inputs 🙄
-
Jenny Smith (@GoodyActually) reported@AskNationwide I wrote to them as someone that had very much been part of Pride celebrations in the past, but who felt unable to support the incarnation that @AskNationwide was promoting, by the way. /end
-
kathleen reid (@independencekat) reported@AskNationwide as much as I love daily puzzles, not so much with my banking app. App said I had to re install which I have done twice and again not able to move money or access chat or other services.
-
Luke Terzino 🪐 (@LucasTerzino) reported@AskNationwide @GarethSamuel8 That’s a shame, I’ve been a flex plus customer for years, would have been a nice touch.
-
Suzanne Appleby (@suze_appleby) reported@AskNationwide called your credit card fraud line at your request, when it tries to put me through to someone it tells me it’s closed and tells me to call the number I’ve just called. Which according to your website is 24/7. Not very reassuring, what do I do now?
