Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

Call 202 and that says Go Online. Go Online and that says Call 202 or landline. That hangs up on you straight away. Online Chat isn't available...

Of course she can't, she didnt open the account! Can't even cancel the account, or 1/2

I'm only with them for the 'priority deals/free stuff' which they don't really do anymore! They also haven't given me a deal (10+yrs a customer)

Customer care promised to call me back twice in a month. No call back. I’ve sent emails with proof twice; still nothing. I’ve got 8 contracts on my account & o2 drive

EE is good for cities and countryside apart from the time when there was a broken cell tower near my hotel in the Isle of Wight! Had to deal with very slow speeds as the hotel WiFi limited their speeds. 😭
