    Trying to listen to @VirginRadioUK on phone app on train and @O2 signal cutting out .. I know some areas are black spots but 3G surely should cope ๐Ÿ˜ฌ frustrating getting sound bites every 5 mins

    @TweetFlicker @O2 I know, o2 used to always be the best now its gone down hill fast! Sky mobile is brilliant, my daughter is on it and you get good rewards with it like o2 moments, but better!

    @O2 @kingzerno This has gotten worse over the last few weeks but croydons 4g reception has been shocking for at least a year! It's getting worse and worse. Seems to be as buildings go up, the reception goes down

    @O2 I never get a signal in my home. I dont receive calls and just get text messages saying I've missed calls and I have to walk outside to make a call. Everytime i call they say theres works going on. This has been happening for 3 years now

    My contract is now up with @O2 and I'm thinking of just having a new sim and keeping my phone. Is it worth staying with o2? I'm only with them for the 'priority deals/free stuff' which they don't really do anymore! They also haven't given me a deal (10+yrs a customer)

    @O2 uses voice recognition on customer service to figure out what you need help with. Apparently it thinks โ€œincrease spend capโ€ means โ€œfraudโ€ ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

    @breffski @O2 Ngl, I thought it would be ****, but the best decision Iโ€™ve ever made was switching to @SkyUK for my contract. price is decent, signal is great here and their customer service was great when I had an issue. Itโ€™s defiantly not your first thought but for me it was a great decision

    @O2 terrible service guys!! My wife has returned a broken phone via o2 Insure and after 3 weeks still no phone. If sheโ€™s lucky they might send the broken one back, if they find it so she can try again. #terribleservice

    @O2 Have done that multiple times, and again, you have shown zero interest in a long standing customer. I have lodged a formal complaint and I am still awaiting my refund for the money you have scammed from my account. You really are appalling. I have never experienced customer service as bad as yours.
