VOTE (@ZoeThomas1204) reported from Guildford, England

I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

  • loganwicke
logan (@loganwicke) reported from Lambeth, England

@O2 Well your app isn't working. You keep sending me o2 pass code and I can't login. Keep asking for my number again and again..

  • jasonmackenzie
Jason MacKenzie (@jasonmackenzie) reported from Merton, England

@O2 It’s very frustrating. The delivery yesterday didn’t arrive, then @DHLParcelUK (falsely) claimed they couldn’t get access. I went into an @O2 shop just now - they said I had to ring customer services. I spoke with someone who said they’d help, and the call dropped after 16mins.

  • RebeccaW40
RebeccaW40 (@RebeccaW40) reported from Epsom and Ewell District, England

  • caddydorey
Corey Lee (@caddydorey) reported from Croydon, England

@breffski @O2 Ngl, I thought it would be ****, but the best decision I’ve ever made was switching to @SkyUK for my contract. price is decent, signal is great here and their customer service was great when I had an issue. It’s defiantly not your first thought but for me it was a great decision

  • NabilJamshed
Nabil Jamshed (@NabilJamshed) reported from Crawley, England

@acorbettn @O2 @metpoliceuk 😲OMG.....how terrible..... hope you are all OK👌🏽....its ironic as only yesterday I heard a discussion that piggy crimes are at an increase which could be attributed to job losses and businesses shut down during COVID. Take care of yourself.

  • craigdfreeman
Craig Freeman (@craigdfreeman) reported from Redhill, England

@O2 Fuming at O2. Currently have 2 devices on a business account, but apparently a 3rd was not given because of a credit check. How long have I been a customer? Years, and Years, A shop gave me a contract for device 2 in 10 mins I've just spent 40 on Telephone for nothing.

  • _beckid
    ✈️ B (@_beckid) reported from Croydon, England

@O2 With all due respect I don’t need these tips to know how to work a phone and ensure it’s data is on etc! Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

  • SLushCCool
Darren C (@SLushCCool) reported from Croydon, England

@O2 @salrusty It might be worth putting the tech difficulty issue notice on the app too.

  • DaveMcGuane
Dave McGuane (@DaveMcGuane) reported from Croydon, England

@O2 Trying to cancel my O2 insurance as I'm paying £150 a year when online is quoting me less than half that. Website says Call 202. Call 202 and that says Go Online. Go Online and that says Call 202 or landline. That hangs up on you straight away. Online Chat isn't available...

  • SimplytheTess
Tessa Dowling (@SimplytheTess) reported from Croydon, England

@O2 nice that someone has taken a phone and contract out in my elderly, disabled mother's name and O2 wont help us out at all because she can't give you the password or security answer. Of course she can't, she didnt open the account! Can't even cancel the account, or 1/2

  • Avigazed
Avigazed (@Avigazed) reported from Addlestone, England

@O2 How long does it take to port a number from another network to o2? Surely 2 days is a bit long.

  • RalphVarcoe
Ralph Varcoe (@RalphVarcoe) reported from Merton, England

@O2 Your own website says there’s a mast down. We had a problem quite a few weeks ago. Zero coverage makes o2 useless.

  • dergal
Gerry White SEO geek (@dergal) reported from Redhill, England

@O2 No - I think you're missing the fact that you still have services that a service designed, a UX guy, a bit of css and common sense could fix up in a week, it wouldn't be super cheap, but leaving this service running like it is, just isn't acceptable.

  • KnellTaylor
Lucy K-T (@KnellTaylor) reported from Croydon, England

Sometimes I dread calling utility companies, anticipating long waits & lacklustre customer service BUT today I called @O2 & spoke to Ben Smith who was BRILLIANT - super helpful & found me a much better deal tarrif (effectively halving my bill) 🙏🏼 #BenDeservesARaise 💷

  • MikeBrownnutt
Mike Brownnutt (@MikeBrownnutt) reported from Merton, England

@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone Try speaking to the regulator about it then you can really see why uk services are so poor

  • Jonny_Ham

25+ years with @O2 BT Cellnet, finally had enough, signal absolutely shocking, totally gone down the pan.

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE What did you do in the years you were in government to fix it? Plenty of time to do something, and yet. Stop virtue signalling and find some introspection.

  • SoSoaksy
    Amelia Eberhardt-Armstrong (@SoSoaksy) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 They are reducing signal strength to save electricity costs. They even boast about how they reduce energy consumption by switching equipment off/running in lower power. Esp in non peak periods such as overnight. Doesn’t seem to be subject to regulatory measures

  • EadrictheWild
    👨🏻‍💻 ⚡️ (@EadrictheWild) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Becuase partly we don't put enough masts In (5g requires them every 300 meteres in cities) and partly because there's 10 million people more using our phone network than in the official cencus

  • Afine849962
    Afine (@Afine849962) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone Nope never had any issues with the EE signal or network.
