Call 202 and that says Go Online. Go Online and that says Call 202 or landline. That hangs up on you straight away. Online Chat isn't available...

My bills are always over because of this and I’d love some help rather than being overcharged each month.

Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

It’s defiantly not your first thought but for me it was a great decision
