@O2 it’s 10am now - as an O2 customer I have now missed out on the 9:30 slot for the O2 December dates and rapidly loosing my chance at the rest. Not good enough.

  • guydorrell1

Hey @O2 customer for >10 years, lost count. Reluctant to leave as decent receptionist at home now so please don’t make me by advertising with this toxic channel #GBnews #DontFundGBNews 🙏👊

  • Scampboi
Daniel Smith (@Scampboi) reported from Croydon, England

@O2 It's a shame you have shut down your customer service email address. When people would need to co tact you the most. My phone calls are unanswered and the link I was sent to chat to an online help sent me to a defunct website. Your customer service is missing in action

  • loganwicke
logan (@loganwicke) reported from Lambeth, England

@O2 Well your app isn't working. You keep sending me o2 pass code and I can't login. Keep asking for my number again and again..

  • SteveHodgson1
Steve Hodgson (@SteveHodgson1) reported from Merton, England

@O2 Hi, yes I’ve done both. Apps are so slow loading when wireless is switched off and service isn’t great on 3G or 4G. Used to be excellent

  • iainkernaghan
Iain (@iainkernaghan) reported from Redhill, England

@O2 3 devices and I finally got somewhere, but no black friday extra as i have a bolt on and the logic of the bonus replacing it was never considered...

  • louwhu16
Lou93x⚒️ (@louwhu16) reported from Worcester Park, England

@O2 why is your signal coverage so poor? My friend had full 5G in my house and I’m flickering between one bar of 4G and 3G 😩 we have no wifi because of a landslide in the area and I can’t even make a phone call without it cutting out.

  • fishdude10
Ben Mockford (@fishdude10) reported from Crawley, England

@awire360 @O2 Glad I am not the only one! I even raised a complaint with them and basically got fobbed off and told to pay a cancellation charge or lump it. Diabolical customer service and I too cannot wait to move back to Three.

  • NHSNewey
David Newey (@NHSNewey) reported from Croydon, England

@o2 why is your 4g signal and internet bandwidth so appalling in Croydon. Pass through the town centre particularly through East Croydon and you might as well having no signal at all!

  • s_reynolds808
Simon 'Whippet'.. (@s_reynolds808) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

Trying to listen to @VirginRadioUK on phone app on train and @O2 signal cutting out .. I know some areas are black spots but 3G surely should cope 😬 frustrating getting sound bites every 5 mins

  • ThomasAlexJenk1
Tom the Lock (Maker of Curry) (@ThomasAlexJenk1) reported from Croydon, England

@O2 Fuming at O2. Currently have 2 devices on a business account, but apparently a 3rd was not given because of a credit check. How long have I been a customer? Years, and Years, A shop gave me a contract for device 2 in 10 mins I've just spent 40 on Telephone for nothing.

  • craigdfreeman
Craig Freeman (@craigdfreeman) reported from Redhill, England

  • Amalik7991
Amalik799 (@Amalik7991) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@DieselDragonUK @O2 @Ofcom I see. EE is good for cities and countryside apart from the time when there was a broken cell tower near my hotel in the Isle of Wight! Had to deal with very slow speeds as the hotel WiFi limited their speeds. 😭

  • azhaarashraf
Azhaar Ashraf (@azhaarashraf) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@O2 Can you please help me as I can't send you a direct message

  • FableandKing
Fable&King Clothing (@FableandKing) reported from Croydon, England

@O2 Hi, it seems like everytime we lose just one bar of signal on 4g, we struggle to load the most basic apps/pages. This never used to be an issue but is becoming quite regular.

  • sparkyDLVXO
Dimitthri Lochana Vithanage (@sparkyDLVXO) reported from Banstead, England

@O2 Heres the weird thing it actually was decent! Also i cant use wifi calling when im out and about. Please fix or install new cell towers around in the Epsom area and around the surrounding towns. Either its due to congestion or poor signal!

  • Katie_Lewis_
𝕂𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕖 (@Katie_Lewis_) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

My contract is now up with @O2 and I'm thinking of just having a new sim and keeping my phone. Is it worth staying with o2? I'm only with them for the 'priority deals/free stuff' which they don't really do anymore! They also haven't given me a deal (10+yrs a customer)

@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone Try speaking to the regulator about it then you can really see why uk services are so poor

  • silestanix
    Mr H (@silestanix) reported

@O2 I've already submitted a formal complaint, I'll be asking for my PAC Code when I'm back in the UK next week. Enough is enough. I will also be withholding payment of line rental for this billing period, as the service has been non existent, I still cannot make phone calls.

  • karakashin
    Pete ‘Moose’ Jousiffe 🇬🇧 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@karakashin) reported

Unbelievable service from @O2 A week with no mobile service and they offer £5 compensation with no idea of when service will be resumed. Awful!

  • kevinxt
    Kevin Thomas FINSTR 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 🇪🇺 🇺🇦 (@kevinxt) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 We also found that O2 were concentrating 5G in City/Built Up areas. That was 2 years ago, not sure if the roll out is still on going. If you are using mobile at home you can link to your router for a better service. All the best with it 👌

  • Lizcoombe
    Elizabeth Coombe (@Lizcoombe) reported

@Ianbarnes2001 @TomTugendhat @O2 I am on EE and the number of places across the country there is no signal.

  • thomwatson
    Thom Watson (@thomwatson) reported

@O2 @RealToffeeCelt No you’re wrong in Selby I’ve had to buy an EE virtual sim to put alongside my O2 because there’s barely any data signal. As soon as my O2 contract is up I’m off chaps. Have been with you 15 years almost and it’s become so much worse.

  • GoodhandWill
    Will Goodhand (@GoodhandWill) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 It also seems to be getting worse - v poor on 5G often

  • KettchUK
    KettchUK (@KettchUK) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Don't worry, the private sector will be along any moment with that investment you said they'd be putting into the network decades ago.
