    @O2 why is your signal coverage so poor? My friend had full 5G in my house and I’m flickering between one bar of 4G and 3G 😩 we have no wifi because of a landslide in the area and I can’t even make a phone call without it cutting out.

    @O2 I went on hoilday to resort never turned on my data , only to come home to a bill for data, contacted O2 tobe told I should let them no if you I go on holiday I need to let no , what crap really unhappy do use O2 please people don’t use this company

    @O2 No - I think you're missing the fact that you still have services that a service designed, a UX guy, a bit of css and common sense could fix up in a week, it wouldn't be super cheap, but leaving this service running like it is, just isn't acceptable.

    @O2 I went on holiday the resort I was staying had all free internet, when returned home only find I had a bill for the internet from o2 , rang was told you have let them no when you go on holiday, I never used any data and still got a bill crap customer service

    @tomlister @O2 @O2 reception in Bath is absolutely appalling. Had same issue all week long when was working at theatre there couple of weeks ago. Similar issue following week in Manchester.

    @O2 Network reset? Not sure what that is... Not in London often and last two times when I try to connect to wifi extra it requires login info, multiple locations across the tube network. I've searched for a solution and doesn't seem to be any options.

    If Sky mobile is ran by @O2 then they need a new provider because damn, there data is shite!!!!! Shouldn’t take up to five minutes to download an app on 4G, yet my wife who’s on @EE can download an app within seconds!!!

    @O2, this issues with not being able to make/receive calls that is affecting a ‘Small’ number of customers is still not fixed. It was being fixed within 24 hours 4 days ago. Still cannot make/receive calls. It’s getting ridiculous now……

    @O2 been trying to get through to someone on 202 and keep getting hung up on.I want to talk about my recently placed upgrade. Order was meant to be ready yesterday and been told there is an issue with it but cant get through to anyone. Now tried 5 times and hung up on each time😡
