Martin 'Snazzy' Cox (@MartinCox0155) reported from Croydon, England@O2 Doing this means EVERY password has to be entered for everything. This is a REAL pain. I don't think you realise this. I did just logout and log back in. No change. Why is Seetickets no problem and Ticketmaster is a problem?
-
Rachel Winn Casting (@RachelWinnCast) reported from Redhill, England@O2 I have never had such a farce buying a phone. Terrible service and now to top it off I’m sent 4 letters in one day saying I owe money (I don’t, I’ve triple checked and it’s you that owes me!) and now I’m sent bullying letters saying it’s been passed to the debt collectors!
-
logan (@loganwicke) reported from Lambeth, England@O2 Well your app isn't working. You keep sending me o2 pass code and I can't login. Keep asking for my number again and again..

✈️ B (@_beckid) reported from Croydon, England@O2 With all due respect I don’t need these tips to know how to work a phone and ensure it’s data is on etc! Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.
-
Dimitthri Lochana Vithanage (@sparkyDLVXO) reported from Banstead, England@O2 Heres the weird thing it actually was decent! Also i cant use wifi calling when im out and about. Please fix or install new cell towers around in the Epsom area and around the surrounding towns. Either its due to congestion or poor signal!
-
Louise (@louise_sarah) reported from Crawley, EnglandOnce again at Gatwick and terrible @O2 connection. 5 months to go before I can leave their absolutely unreliable network
-
Ralph Varcoe (@RalphVarcoe) reported from Merton, England@O2 Your own website says there’s a mast down. We had a problem quite a few weeks ago. Zero coverage makes o2 useless.

-
B o b M a s s i e (@bobmassie01) reported from Worcester Park, England@O2 Disney+ £2 off offer not working
-

-
Sara May (@saraminniemay) reported from Lambeth, England@O2 my phone has been kicking me off WiFi for months now. Been into the shop and they have ‘fixed’ it twice...can’t get onto the O2 app, and now can’t log on to the website. My bills are always over because of this and I’d love some help rather than being overcharged each month.

Gavin Wilson 📺🎥 ♿🏳️🌈 (@GavinWilsonTalk) reported from Merton, England@O2 is the website and app experiencing problems? Trying to update my details with my new debit card number as old one has expired and keep getting error messages 🤔🤔🤔
-
Shasa Colson (@THE_COLSON) reported from Merton, England@O2 Hi, I've been going around in circles for weeks. I'm an O2 and Virgin Media customer. I'm supposed to be in a Vilt package but mu data hasn't been doubled on the o2 end. Can this please be sorted asap
-
Darren C (@SLushCCool) reported from Croydon, England@O2 @salrusty It might be worth putting the tech difficulty issue notice on the app too.
-
Daniel Smith (@Scampboi) reported from Croydon, England@O2 It's a shame you have shut down your customer service email address. When people would need to co tact you the most. My phone calls are unanswered and the link I was sent to chat to an online help sent me to a defunct website. Your customer service is missing in action
-
Jason MacKenzie (@jasonmackenzie) reported from Merton, England@O2 It’s very frustrating. The delivery yesterday didn’t arrive, then @DHLParcelUK (falsely) claimed they couldn’t get access. I went into an @O2 shop just now - they said I had to ring customer services. I spoke with someone who said they’d help, and the call dropped after 16mins.
-
Iain (@iainkernaghan) reported from Redhill, England@O2 3 devices and I finally got somewhere, but no black friday extra as i have a bolt on and the logic of the bonus replacing it was never considered...
-
Ben Marshall (@marshallb60) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England@O2 do your agents just hang up if they know you aren’t interested in the deals they are offering? Now wondering if this was a fraudulent call?

-
Claire Louise (@clairew930) reported@O2 please can you advise why your app never seems to work anymore when trying to view bills or make payments. It’s become a joke since you merged with Virgin
-
hanmark (@hanmark) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom doesn't use bike lanes or crossings so nobody else should be able to. Tom likes to show off that he lives in a more expensive area than you but thinks your tax should solve his connectivity problems. Tom hasn't heard of broadband or WiFi. Don't be like Tom.
-
Dr Hanko Honkasson (@drhanko2) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom Tugendhat suggesting that somehow the Government is responsible for very poor coverage by privately run mobile networks in Dulwich, and that taxpayer should be funding improvements for companies like EE (2025 profits £1.2 billion) as infrastructure rather than cycle lanes.
-
GBD (@DJBSBC) reported@O2 @TomTugendhat O2 your signal and data in particular is farcical. It’s one industry that has taken the biggest step back in terms of advancements and relies on people using WiFi more often and just ‘accepting’ that the service is ****.
-
Free Speech Highway (@Fr2962Free) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I agree with Tom on very little! However this is spot on! In parts of inner London EE signals are atrocious and despite checks that the area has a strong signal. They must do better or give customers some form of mobile signal booster.
-
Lord Runcible (@SonOfRuncible) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Those poor people of Dulwich, what did they do to deserve that.
-
Chris (@Chris94501165) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 Tom, cell masts use this thing called electricity. Essentially O2 are underpowering them due to the cost of energy. The bad news for you is that the cost of Net Zero is increasing those energy costs. Who enshrined it in to law? Secondary order consequences are a thing...
-
Skylier (@ebamsky) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 You're right. O2 should be the worst. I've used Three (more of coverage than quality problem) which was fair, I've recently ported to EE-based provider from O2.
-
what the dickens? (@MitziStaff77788) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE We used to be able to work in France. Then your **** government took that away from us. So sit ******** down and shut ******** up. This **** is all your fault.
-
@WasSamLowryEsq (@WasSamLowryEsq) reported@apsamuelson @TomTugendhat @O2 This would never catch on. Too many vested interests keen to fill the troughs of these scumbags.
