    @O2 your coverage in the Gravesend and northfleet area is getting worse . I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years and am seriously considering leaving. Can you maybe send a signal booster. This will not only help with my problems but also my customers while I’m at work.

    I know theres more important things toneorry about but surely @O2 upgrading os not a priority but surely bills are. My bill needs to be addressed as its a lot higher than usual and after nearly 2 weeks calling contacting online still nothing. This is shocking service!! 😡😡😡

    @O2 Need to speak to someone urgently as I swapped sims over 24hrs ago and still have no network service. Customer service no is of no use and seem to be getting nowhere, as after numerous prompts and selections, I got a “Goodbye”!!!
