Hi @O2. I'm sure this is as boring for you as it is hugely frustrating for me but your service continues to be appalling in my area. Now been going on for 7 months. Fed up of line constantly cutting out

  • SimplytheTess
Tessa Dowling (@SimplytheTess) reported from Croydon, England

@O2 nice that someone has taken a phone and contract out in my elderly, disabled mother's name and O2 wont help us out at all because she can't give you the password or security answer. Of course she can't, she didnt open the account! Can't even cancel the account, or 1/2

  • fishdude10
Ben Mockford (@fishdude10) reported from Crawley, England

@awire360 @O2 Glad I am not the only one! I even raised a complaint with them and basically got fobbed off and told to pay a cancellation charge or lump it. Diabolical customer service and I too cannot wait to move back to Three.

  • jasonmackenzie
Jason MacKenzie (@jasonmackenzie) reported from Merton, England

16 minutes on hold to @O2 - then the call got dropped. I think I’m going back to @VodafoneUK … all I want is average to good customer service.

  • RachelWinnCast
Rachel Winn Casting (@RachelWinnCast) reported from Redhill, England

@O2 I have never had such a farce buying a phone. Terrible service and now to top it off I’m sent 4 letters in one day saying I owe money (I don’t, I’ve triple checked and it’s you that owes me!) and now I’m sent bullying letters saying it’s been passed to the debt collectors!

  • Tjsam1000
Tom Samuel (@Tjsam1000) reported from Whyteleafe, England

@O2 after this year I will be leaving you after 15 years. Absolute disgrace yet again no signal and will take a week to fix. Not good enough. Time now to look for a decent phone provider that works all the time. #o2

  • MetallicWood
👊🏿 Tinashe 👊🏿 (@MetallicWood) reported from Bromley, England

@o2 your data coverage is atrocious, one would think you are still stuck in 2006 🙄 #data #o2 #coverage #shit #4gCrap

  • iainkernaghan
Iain (@iainkernaghan) reported from Redhill, England

Well @O2 i nearly upgraded my phone. Shame you misled me on your black friday airtime discount, wiped the basket and now just give me "400 bad request" pages. "Help" is useless, just loops of questions...

  • PhilLearney
Phil Learney (@PhilLearney) reported from Bromley, England

Refreshing customer service from @O2 Instead of using Covid as an excuse for their incompetence their customer service representatives just laugh at you. 🙄

  • FableandKing
Fable&King Clothing (@FableandKing) reported from Croydon, England

@O2 Hi, it seems like everytime we lose just one bar of signal on 4g, we struggle to load the most basic apps/pages. This never used to be an issue but is becoming quite regular.

  • ThomasAlexJenk1
Tom the Lock (Maker of Curry) (@ThomasAlexJenk1) reported from Croydon, England

@O2 Credit checks are clearly not worth the paper they are written on, where is your customer service care? look at my personal history and then WHY did the same business account get me my 2nd device in an O2 shop from O2 staff without any hassle, please explain.?

  • Scampboi
Daniel Smith (@Scampboi) reported from Croydon, England

@O2 It's a shame you have shut down your customer service email address. When people would need to co tact you the most. My phone calls are unanswered and the link I was sent to chat to an online help sent me to a defunct website. Your customer service is missing in action

  • ruthie82
Ruth Maurice (@ruthie82) reported from Merton, England

@O2 it’s 10am now - as an O2 customer I have now missed out on the 9:30 slot for the O2 December dates and rapidly loosing my chance at the rest. Not good enough.

  • 13theatre
    13th Theatre Co (@13theatre) reported

@O2 Hi I am not on 02 but I am being continually harassed. I made a complaint to your Fraud team and I presumed it was closed as I received a letter saying I had nothing to pay. I received two texts asking for money. There is no identification on the text

  • ChrisHa21736755
    Chris (@ChrisHa21736755) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE The UK mobile companies have been dealing with massive 4G and 5G investment costs and ever decreasing margins due to reducing contract prices. Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.

  • CliveDaviesUK
    🇺🇦 Clive Davies #FBPE 🔶🇬🇧🇪🇺🇭🇰 (@CliveDaviesUK) reported

@O2 @TomTugendhat I never have a signal in Surbiton & yet you say ‘good coverage’ You just lie.

  • paz565
    Paz DLXV (@paz565) reported

@O2 The whole 'customer service' provided by O2 in relation to this matter has been nothing short of appalling. As O2 is now associated with Virgin Media, I will be taking the earliest opportunity available to switch the services I have with them too.

  • GwenSauce
    Gwen (@GwenSauce) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 OMG … you’re on O2 too? EE was bad so moved to O2 and they are bad too

  • john_ford77
    John Ford (@john_ford77) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 I get a signal for about half of my train journey into Cannon Street, which is really very poor. They must know where people lose signal but for some reason seem fine with the current service.

  • paalston
    Peter Alston (@paalston) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better

  • StevenL24817437
    Steven Lynn (@StevenL24817437) reported

@O2 Formal complaint - Business account . All 3 numbers failed simultaneously - no data, calls or texts. Left stranded, couldn't get an Uber or check bank accounts. Now you've tried to take £394.14 when my usual bill is £116 and spend caps are in place. Your complaints form is also broken. Disgraceful service. #O2

  • trispretty
    Tristan ☀️ (@trispretty) reported

@O2 I get scam calls from people claiming to be you (I've never been with O2 Fyi) I try and keep them on the phone as long as possible and ensuring that they're wasting time with me and not a victim that might fall for the scam. #doingmybit

  • HughEdw54983916
    Hugies (@HughEdw54983916) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I thought you believed in the free market. It's not the government's job to support mobile phone operators.
