    Struggling with my 2 month old @SamsungMobile #s21 bought with you @O2 .... I've tried calling but my phone keeps cutting the connection off. I think the RAM is faulty as I can't run more than one app at a time (my S10 does with ease) please help!!

    @O2 Is there an issue for WhatsApp videos on o2? Both mine and my other half’s WhatsApp has stopped playing videos were sent. I use some videos I’m sent for my job!!!! I’ve deleted the app I’ve contacted WhatsApp. Still nothing is working!

    @O2 after 13 years I’ll be leaving O2. The #reception literally doesn’t exist in South London, better service with a tin can and string. It gets worse year in year out. Are you erecting #phone masts underground or something?

    @O2 I have an issue with my phone, some calls are not coming through (not ring or notification if missed called) & I'm not getting voicemails till hours later, it's not updating. After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

    @O2 I’ve made three attempts to call customer services on 202 and after passing through security you send me a link that is unable to assist, when I select “Get help” you drop the call. I NEED TO TALK TO A HUMAN. What number can I use to reach your customer services deoartment?

    @O2 Hi, yes I’ve done both. Apps are so slow loading when wireless is switched off and service isn’t great on 3G or 4G. Used to be excellent

    @O2 I am officially asking for case management for my issue. Your complaints dept managed to resolve my issue for 3 hours before I stopped receiving SMS from short numbers again. I’m back at square one and this requires case management.

    @O2 Thx for the reply but “new codes were added to the app earlier” doesn’t really explain anything. I went to @oneills_pub & the staff there told me that the o2 codes were not working so I was denied 2 free drinks for me & a friend. Why stay with o2 if things like this happen?

    @O2 I’ve been waiting 2 days for my data plan to activate on my Apple Watch. It still says plan activating. I hear lots of people have this issue! Why is it taking so long and please don’t say wait another 24 hours. This is a simple process that shouldn’t take forever!

    @O2 That’s a blatant lie. I only use 5GB and you have sent me this. Just so you know our roaming service is intended for short breaks only. If your usage continues like it is, we'll have to add extra charges to your next bill.

    @O2 @journeytom As annoying as it is you have all agreed to the terms and conditions haven’t you… so maybe take some ownership here yourselves for not reading. I don’t work for o2 and I’m not a customer but seriously lack of common sense here unless you’ve been completely mis sold
