    @O2 I never get a signal in my home. I dont receive calls and just get text messages saying I've missed calls and I have to walk outside to make a call. Everytime i call they say theres works going on. This has been happening for 3 years now

    @breffski @O2 Ngl, I thought it would be ****, but the best decision I’ve ever made was switching to @SkyUK for my contract. price is decent, signal is great here and their customer service was great when I had an issue. It’s defiantly not your first thought but for me it was a great decision

    @TweetFlicker @O2 I know, o2 used to always be the best now its gone down hill fast! Sky mobile is brilliant, my daughter is on it and you get good rewards with it like o2 moments, but better!

    @O2 question for you. Why have you suspended your customer support email. Your phones are not being picked up and the link to the chat sends me to a defunct website. Your customer service is non existent!

    @O2 network is down yet again. This keep happening and is really not good. During a time like this People need to be able to speak to loved ones. This is becoming a regular thing now. Beyond a joke

    @O2 It's a shame you have shut down your customer service email address. When people would need to co tact you the most. My phone calls are unanswered and the link I was sent to chat to an online help sent me to a defunct website. Your customer service is missing in action

    Hey @O2.. I #know these are weird times. i placed an order on sunday confimed & paid. online shop says next say delivery is still available. Ive emailed, replied with please use chat. Chats off line. I phoned and only upgrades and leaving o2 calls are accepted. Help

    @O2 Your crap eCommerce system is driving me away, EE is looking better all the time! Sort it out! there was a deal 4 weeks ago for upgrading to a iPhone 11 Pro Max for 30 plus 37 a month can’t get that now!!!! So bad for a company in this sector to have such a bad eCommerce

    My contract is now up with @O2 and I'm thinking of just having a new sim and keeping my phone. Is it worth staying with o2? I'm only with them for the 'priority deals/free stuff' which they don't really do anymore! They also haven't given me a deal (10+yrs a customer)

    @O2 Heres the weird thing it actually was decent! Also i cant use wifi calling when im out and about. Please fix or install new cell towers around in the Epsom area and around the surrounding towns. Either its due to congestion or poor signal!

    So my O2 ‘like new’ is so far removed from like new. The chrome is absolutely scratched to ****. The speakers barely work and the battery life is shockingly bad. @O2 I’ve been a customer for years but this is absolutely unacceptable.

    @O2 Achally you can answer this if my contract final payment is in January will my phone be active February 1st or will it de-activated? (Now this is something you can answer and will solve are issues around the matter cause there no security involved)

    @O2 No I wanted advice litterly advice I wasn't trying to access the account! Surely you had divorced couples ask this question in the past! Considering you read from scripts to help answer questions too surely there must be a section on this?
