Tried separating the bands then spent 20 minuets in hold and was advised to try turning the 5Ghz band off completely. No joy. No one is doing me proud.

Only 1 of your customer service team showed any care - everyone else put us in the too difficult category. This is a problem of your making. Later, they provided engineer visit services and told me that actually I don't need to connect to the Microfilter as required on the handbook, but just use the cable to connect to the socket. Then the network can be used.

Make sure you cancel your direct debit with them after giving them your notice as they'll keep charging you due to a 'system glitch'

Your communication to my ISP is terrible, you text me to say your coming for an appointment to install FTP but plusnet know nothing about it. 5 months since my order was placed, and this will be my 3rd day taken off of work unpaid.
