@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

@PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

Strikes were well publicised, companies did have other options, bound to have a knock on effect throughout WHOLE service. Ex postie myself. The whole point of strikes is that they are disruptive

My October voucher from @BritishGas never arrived, but 2 wks after querying it I got a text saying that the £66 had been loaded onto my key remotely and to take it to the @PostOffice for activation. PO staff told me they could do nothing. BG now uncontactable. Not good enough.
