    Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

    @PostOffice Since the service has moved into existing shops the service has been far better! Keep up the good work. Ignore the vile comments on here. We've still got a way to go obviously.

    So stressed out by @ukhomeoffice 3 rejected passport photos coz my mouth may be open or background lighting isn’t bright enough. I AM BLACK it’s obvious you can see me!!!! @PostOffice not my fault that photo booths are ****! Photoshops are closed coz of lockdown #frustrated

    @PostOffice I sent a international tracked letter to the US on the 7th of October and USPS are still waiting for the letter to be handed to them. Please can you help it’s been a week and it hasn’t left the uk!

    @PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

    @PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

    I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

    @farazkhalid FBN don’t pick up from suppliers.shipped w postoffice.FBN stock not updated.called many time asking for manager to call back no one called back. We receive order.we fulfill from our warehouse.not convenient for customer neither for us. Pls assist asap

    @PostOffice Do you have the same refund policy for Digital Passport Check&Send? Your clerk filled in HER details as applicant on my 2 childrens apps, entered my DOB wrong, existing issue/expiry dates incorrect. 31 DAYS of call/emails I can't get @HM_Passport to help. Going to £thousands

    Seems the masks will be sent with DHL ... I just hope a neighbour is home as I will be in the office on Monday and cannot pick them up at the postoffice on Tuesday as they are closed in the afternoons ... But well, in worst case I wear an FFP2 ... better than nothing.
