@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail The last 2 parcels I’ve sent have been stolen or lost. These were dropped off at the post office and never reached their destination. They never left your possession so have been stolen or lost by your staff.

Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

nothing wrong with the wires etc other than you not clicking a computer button to activate it since the @PostOffice switch.. £150 is what she has paid without you providing a service and £2.52 is your offer back… 4 attempted calls, over 4 hours on hold, 2 hours speaking…

@PostOffice I tried to simply send my old passport off via Haworth Co-Op post office ans was unable to even get a proper envelope! They are absolutely not equipped to handle the business from main street should you close that down. Ridiculous decision.

@RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice Could you please help? On several occasions I've had texts from P.O.that they could not leave my parcel as no one was home. I got a text earlier, I was home & I am home! They go to the wrong address! I've now paid for the delivery on Saturday. Annoyed!
