    So stressed out by @ukhomeoffice 3 rejected passport photos coz my mouth may be open or background lighting isn’t bright enough. I AM BLACK it’s obvious you can see me!!!! @PostOffice not my fault that photo booths are ****! Photoshops are closed coz of lockdown #frustrated

    @PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

    @RoyalMailHelp can you help clarify the issue with my packet ref 39431 - su On the front says counterfeit stamp, on the back underpaid. I have been told to report my local @PostOffice re counterfeit stamps, but I’m not convinced this is the issue. Is it issue with LL or stamp?

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail The last 2 parcels I’ve sent have been stolen or lost. These were dropped off at the post office and never reached their destination. They never left your possession so have been stolen or lost by your staff.

    Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

    I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

    @PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

    .@PostOffice can you tell your posties to actually post our mail through our letter box and not just chuck it down on the front step (which is right next to our letter box by the way) as the person who has delivered our mail today just put it on there for anyone to take!!

    @PostOffice Hi! I use the USA PDDP service via click & drop but my P.O refuses to accept packages - they show me instructions from RM to not accept *any* USA packages. But RM assures me this does not apply to duty-paid packages & that the P.O should take it? I'm stuck in limbo!

    So I sent a parcel through @IndiaPostOffice on 22nd to leh. it still hasn't reached . You call the customer care team. They don't pick up.complaint registration site, doesn't seem to be working. So I went to the nearest POstoffice at sector 30 noida. People seem so disinterested

    @PostOffice Thank you. While waiting for the van a member of the public saw me with my package, and let me know that apparently there is no longer a Wednesday service provided in Llanilar. The van staff had let him know on their last visit! If so, could the website be updated please? Thanks
