@rynltylr @ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice I’m not trying to educate no one. I want to be part of the solution of course but not the wrong solution. We may only have one opportunity to get it right but less make sure we get it right. That’s my point. Because if we get it wrong it’ll have consequences.

@ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice People are attacked for not being gay as well. The bad and good on both sides of the fence. And last time I left the house without that feeling well almost everyday. I don’t believe people are stopped by police because of the skin colour.

Hey @BBCNews please stop saying “cash disappeared” from Post Offices. Money never there; it was a figment of #Horizon, the most ill-begotten #ITsystem of a generation. Badly specified, badly implemented, badly tested. Stonewalled by @PostOffice senior managers. #NationalScandal

@Ofcom @PostOffice You really are a not very effective regulator. It's clear that wider regulatory action needs to be undertaken by you based on clear evidence of poor service by players in the UK broadband market. Do you do anything? Not really! Another pointless UK regulator like the FCA.

@PostOffice Queensway, London - possibly the worst run shop in the world. Always a 15 to 30 minute queue. Rarely more than two people working with five or six kiosks left empty with no staff around. Sort it out
