@RoyalMailHelp can you help clarify the issue with my packet ref 39431 - su On the front says counterfeit stamp, on the back underpaid. I have been told to report my local @PostOffice re counterfeit stamps, but I’m not convinced this is the issue. Is it issue with LL or stamp?

Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

@PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail The last 2 parcels I’ve sent have been stolen or lost. These were dropped off at the post office and never reached their destination. They never left your possession so have been stolen or lost by your staff.

@PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

@PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

@PostOffice I sent important documentation by recorded delivery and it never got delivered. It took a week to find out it's ended up at Dartford DO, about 100 miles from where it was sent from or supposed to be delivered to! Filled out a claim form and heard nothing!

@uenuku38 and I both pleased to get a letter from @PostOffice (our home insurance) saying if we host a Ukrainian refugee, we don't need to notify them as they'll be understood as a member of the family not a guest, thus not causing any policy issues. I thought that was lovely.

@RoyalMail @PostOffice Pls get ur act together. Just sent stamps to RM Freepost Swap Out address. Post Office refused to issue cert of posting cos no postcode. Royal Mail says 'get proof of posting'. PO eventually issued one saying Swap Out in address fields. Why so difficult?
