    Postal service in Catford is aweful. It’s so intermittent and then Postworker delivering after 10pm Scared the hell out of me. Not cool. @RoyalMail @PostOffice

    The @PostOffice won't give me my own money back in store. Stay away from their travel card - it's an awful deal and they will hold your money hostage. 🙃

    .@PostOffice please sort out your #Hammersmith store. Ridiculous queues every time we go, at least 20 mins each time, only 1 cashier on and the self service machines out of order. It’s been awful ever since it moved into @WHSmith

    @PostOffice just a small complaint. Had a parcel delivered today, left in the food waste bin, so far no problem, except the bin was about half full of food waste. Had to clean my package outside before opening it and bringing it in.

    @PostOffice Yesterday I posted my old passport to the passport office having renewed online at home and the po counter person commented on it saying how great it was. I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

    @PostOffice I arrived just after 1300 hours to post a birthday card overseas and left at 1342 hours. None of the self service machines were working as you can see. Staff were swamped. Queue well peeved.

    @PostOffice @Tesco I don’t know who employs the staff at the post office within tesco Front Lane Cranham RM14 but your member of staff Michelle is so rude and unhelpful. I suggest you do some staff training. All the staff in the actual store are lovely, so I imagine she is P.O.

    @PostOffice the post office Lewisham is a farce. Hardly any staff, long queues, little help and massively over complicated touch screen self service tills just to make a simple parcel postage. Ridiculous.

    @PostOffice I’ve submitted a complaint via web form. The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

    @PostOffice internet service is the biggest rip off going, i’m supposed to pay £21 a month but end up with bills of £40 a month, and the service is never actually working, yet again my service is broken. So angry 😡 right now. Sort out you’re service

    @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice Yes realise that but parcel is immediately passed to RM and RM is the carrier. The RM link suggests that if sender is happy with duty unpaid a CN22 is sufficient. ANPost in Ireland disagree and said "You will need to contact RM as they know what the issues are". Very unclear.

    @IndiaPostOffice Is is not only my issue. charkhari post office, which was in main charkhari, is now sifted to another place , which is not right. Second rayanpur postoffice is close for 5 or 6 year. I requested you to try open rayanpur postoffice regularly. And shift charkhari p.o.ti main

    @RoyalMailHelp @PostOffice So let me guess this right? The official customer service can't tell me why their online service isn't working or help? It failed again so I instead went with @Digidentity_UK- they sorted it in minutes and also felt more secure with my data

    @PostOffice Your branch set-up is a shambles. Every branch has different services and branches don't seem to know what other branches can do. I had to travel to three different post offices today to get the service I wanted.

    @LloydsBank I don’t think you saw the screenshot that I shared. All conversations that my friend and I had with the post office has led to them asking me to take it up with the bank. Please help me retrieve my money. Please coordinate with the @PostOffice if needed to get my money back.

    @PostOffice Thanks I’ve submitted the complaint form online. I hope I get a speedy reply from you. I need to get my money back ASAP as it is a considerable amount. I am financially and emotionally very affected by this incident. Please do whatever is in your hands to expedite this process.

    @PostOffice I'm afraid we don't have that - but we are enquiring on behalf of the library member and request that counter staff at The Strand Post office in Kirkholt are trained on what 'Articles for the Blind' is, how it works and to support customers who require this service.

    @PostOffice How should I know they belong to you, either directly or franchised? My point is your system seems to be down most Sundays so I'm told for ''maintenance'' - Whether that's true or not, it is pointless for people to go there on a Sunday to only find hey can't post their parcels

    @PostOffice I need to escalate my complaint. I have sent 2 emails to the 'social' email address. Customer Care have sent me a letter for £2. It's not about the money, but this certainly doesn't make what happened feel any less embarrassing!
