@PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

@PostOffice can you confirm. I am sending a small item today. Fits easily as a large letter. Was asked what in contained as told "as not a letter can not be sent as large letter must be small parcel". Never been asked this before.

@PostOffice About 30 minutes. One of them said to a customer it's always busy at this time of day. Well if it is why not get all the windows open and count stamps etc when it's not. It's quite simple really.

@PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

The @PostOffice won't give me my own money back in store. Stay away from their travel card - it's an awful deal and they will hold your money hostage. 🙃

@2m0sql @PostOffice We didn't have these problems before we had computers. hihi Watched an entire railroad halt, trains slowed and delayed/stopped because of new generations with no idea how to function without the computer systems, even though phones and radios still worked. Simply... amazing...
