    Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

    I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

    @PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

    @PostOffice I sent a international tracked letter to the US on the 7th of October and USPS are still waiting for the letter to be handed to them. Please can you help it’s been a week and it hasn’t left the uk!

    @PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

    @PostOffice I have two parcels posted using the signed for service on 15 December that have yet to leave Mottingham Post Office. I understand you’re busy but any idea why it’s been 6 days and no delivery?

    @coyleneil @PostOffice And while you are at it, please ask what's happening at the SE1 sorting office, Mandela Way. We get post once a week at best, every 10 days at worst. Plus, someone there regularly insists we have "gone away" and this holds up the post even more.

    @PostOffice you could do with doing a refresher course for all your staff on idp's person at the counter at Coventry city centre post office said they couldn't issue me with on as I only had 2 weeks left on my current photo card. Nowhere donthe rules say how much time you need1/2

    @PostOffice wonder if you can enlighten me. Alloa store can’t make top ups for gas. 4 weeks now. My nearest store is now 1hr 30min walk I have no car and a single dad with kids. With the rate gas its getting used a stupid rate. Using public transport just isn’t affordable.

    @tony_sutton @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp Post Office IT really is a shitshow though. I have some sympathy with the postmaster when presented with a sackfull of items, but as it is I've paid for a service that purports to do what I want and I'd like to receive it.
