    @PostOffice Thanks Ryan, much appreciated. I did politely explain to him that these are free but was subsequently called a “b*stard” upon leaving. Not really a great standard of customer service, and surely not in line with Post Office values? Would be grateful if this could be fed back.

    @RoyalMailHelp can you help clarify the issue with my packet ref 39431 - su On the front says counterfeit stamp, on the back underpaid. I have been told to report my local @PostOffice re counterfeit stamps, but I’m not convinced this is the issue. Is it issue with LL or stamp?

    I’m now currently out of work as my license had to be repaid on the day it was to expire. Now I’m out of work and out of pocket down to @PostOffice Camden Town!!! What you gonna do about it @PostOffice don’t be sending me crap about waiting I’m sick of waiting I paid in March !

    @PostOffice @RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMail The last 2 parcels I’ve sent have been stolen or lost. These were dropped off at the post office and never reached their destination. They never left your possession so have been stolen or lost by your staff.

    Avoid @parcelforce. Worst delivery company going, every time I’ve had a delivery due with them, I’ve had a “we tried to deliver” email. Nothing through the door and no attempt to actual deliver. Instead having to collect from a @PostOffice with a 2 hour queue. Terrible service

    @PostOffice There was no need to keep 20 odd people outside in the rain with zero social distancing with a person who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I hope it is a better service when I have to go back next week. You need more staff on at the desks two. Overall not impressed.

    Appears @PostOffice like leopards can't change spots. Who decided yesterday was 'a good day to bury bad news' that 540 more subpostmasters told their convictions may be unsafe? Mismanagement of disclosure caused this debacle. @nickwallis won't let you bury it. #PostOfficeScandal

Neither the original tracking number or the reference number is recognised on the website.I can't get an answer on the phone. PLEASE HELP

    There are very serious questions for the @UKSupremeCourt to answer as to how all the unjust @PostOffice convictions were handed down by judges, without a shred of real supporting evidence. Where are the judicial reviews? Censure of the judges? Courts have responsibility too.

    @PostOffice Even on a Sunday? My point is would it not make more sense to publish the opening hours as the hours the post office is guaranteed to be open, and then outside of that reduced service may be possible if the trained staff are working (which seems to be the main constraint)
