.@PostOffice please sort out your #Hammersmith store. Ridiculous queues every time we go, at least 20 mins each time, only 1 cashier on and the self service machines out of order. It’s been awful ever since it moved into @WHSmith

@PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

@PostOffice Yesterday I posted my old passport to the passport office having renewed online at home and the po counter person commented on it saying how great it was. I agree! But I'm glad you still do this for folk who aren't comfortable doing it online. Because the paper form is awful.

@PostOffice can you confirm. I am sending a small item today. Fits easily as a large letter. Was asked what in contained as told "as not a letter can not be sent as large letter must be small parcel". Never been asked this before.

@PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

@PostOffice I’ve submitted a complaint via web form. The staff in the WH Smith’s branch on Harben Parade, London NW3 really need some customer service training. Being on the receiving end of rude, dismissive, and hostile attitude is unacceptable. Sort them out.

@PostOffice About 30 minutes. One of them said to a customer it's always busy at this time of day. Well if it is why not get all the windows open and count stamps etc when it's not. It's quite simple really.

@richardlendon @PN28256153 @PostOffice Don't know yet: it'll get refunded to my sister who bought it as a present, so the only way I can check is to keep bothering her. Obviously, any signal will depend both on the post getting there plus Mammut actually dealing with the refund, so could take time.

@PostOffice Croydon post office, man late 20's, serving lady "why no mask" instant abuse, swearing, aggressive, banging the screen threatening if he saw her again. She was excellent, very calm, professional, returned his letter and directed him to self service. Pointless anger !!

@RoyalMailHelp urgently need help! Supposedly my package has been deemed lost?! Although it has a tracking number. The recipient gave the wrong postcode. I’ve tried to call and correct this. Surely if there’s a tracking number it can be sent back to the original postoffice?!
