@PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

@PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

@PostOffice About 30 minutes. One of them said to a customer it's always busy at this time of day. Well if it is why not get all the windows open and count stamps etc when it's not. It's quite simple really.

@PostOffice I bought two boxes and tape. He pretended he didn’t know how much they cost. He asked me to look on the shelves and I read out the only prices there. He said I was having a laugh. He repeated he’d have to close (15 minutes remained). Obstructive. I’ve made a formal complaint.

@PostOffice If that ipad doesnt reach its destination it’ll be the fault of that postmaster. Deprived kids without online access are doubly vulnerable and we should try to support them during the pandemic. The @postoffice should make a point of enabling, not obstructing this initiative!
