@PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

@PostOffice can you confirm. I am sending a small item today. Fits easily as a large letter. Was asked what in contained as told "as not a letter can not be sent as large letter must be small parcel". Never been asked this before.

@PostOffice About 30 minutes. One of them said to a customer it's always busy at this time of day. Well if it is why not get all the windows open and count stamps etc when it's not. It's quite simple really.

@PostOffice OK well this is a problem because even royalmail argued they couldn't take them, and more importantly the PO branch didn't tell me this, they said there was a barcode error. So confusing who's job it is when you follow website instruction on posting!

With queues like this in the middle of a pandemic how often do you think the staff are able to even wash their hands? @Karishamgrover @PostOffice All the staff are kept up to date on the services try remembering that your 5 second free clothing returns aren't the only service the post office orders you did stay it was the staffs fault and you expect them to illegally work through their break because you're too impatient
