I banked happily with Lloyds since around 1988 without a single issues and then I had the misfortune 2 be handed to @TSB and that’s been a litany of misery - some people just don’t respect the Irish and there is no getting away from this.

They @MetroBank_Help keep asking me for the same information over and over. I put in in an e mail as they request and then they ask for it in a letter ! It’s a joke ! One of their customer service chaps was so patronising to me ( its the Irish accent)

Tried to return Amazon parcel, queued for 10 mins then told to get back in the queue for another till to be told scanner wasn’t working and to come back another day. One can get pp in 2 weeks after applying at USPS and pay expedite fee... unless your office is making this happen without any fee. Just wondering.

However once someone knows that there is a problem then it makes hacking easier to cover - that's for certain. BUT the problems in Ayrshire certainly weren't to do with 'high-value, high footfall' There is of course the possibility that some people in Westminster wished to close Post offices completely - that's a conspiracy theory of course:-)

Just imagine,so many elders from rural areas come to postoffice for so many works, they dont know anything except Bengali, they have so much problems for simple works in post office.
