    @PostOffice can you confirm. I am sending a small item today. Fits easily as a large letter. Was asked what in contained as told "as not a letter can not be sent as large letter must be small parcel". Never been asked this before.

    @PostOffice About 30 minutes. One of them said to a customer it's always busy at this time of day. Well if it is why not get all the windows open and count stamps etc when it's not. It's quite simple really.

    @PostOffice your Kings Cross branch need to check their security of parcels! I’ve just been to post a parcel and the “air lock” is full and open on the customer side. So anyone could steal the parcels. Tried to tell the counter staff but they weren’t interested

    @PostOffice I was passing by so didn't need it today. But this is just one of many complaints locals have about thus sub Post Office which includes rude staff.

    .@PostOffice please sort out your #Hammersmith store. Ridiculous queues every time we go, at least 20 mins each time, only 1 cashier on and the self service machines out of order. It’s been awful ever since it moved into @WHSmith

    The @PostOffice won't give me my own money back in store. Stay away from their travel card - it's an awful deal and they will hold your money hostage. 🙃

    @PostOffice Yes as you would expect at this time of year. Most of the customers should have been encouraged to use self service, but due to lack of understanding about how to operate and whether it took cash, they opted for the customer assistants. Better service at the self service, IMO.

    @PostOffice signed up for broadband & meant to go active yesterday. Still no access. Called & was told there was a delay. Was told by a CSR that we wouldn’t have been told there was a delay as they would wait for us to tell them. This is bad coms. Now got to wait till Mon

    @PostOffice Oh, only about 20 minutes! Frankly, given that there is only a single post office facility in Truro now, placed right at the back of @WHSmith, there ought to be at least five filled positions at busy times of the day. I was not the only frustrated customer.

    @PostOffice Please make sure you put the opening times on the card, for me to return and collect my parcels as it would save my petrol! I went to the #camberley customer service point for because its closed from 8am to 10am then open from 12pm to 2 pm. Totally #unacceptable!

    So, I work at #Postoffice. Why TF did my supervisors just now inform me that we are temporarily raising rates between October 3rd to December 31st for peak holiday season. ****. The customer are gonna waste my time whing about that too I bet as if I have control over prices.

    The @PostOffice is an absolute joke of a business. Surely it’s about time someone took it over. Rude staff, queues 30 mins long and when you get to the desk they don’t want to help.
