@PostOffice Or maybe even homophobic even tho I’m neither of those. I love diversity but the needs to be a review and people need to calm down. Just tone down a peg. Please. Honestly tone it down.

No internet. @PostOffice says its an @OpenreachHelp issue in my area. How do I find out when line will be back up? How do I contact @WeAreOpenreach? And how do I claim compo for the time I'm left without the service I'm paying for? #E2 #bethnalgreen

@rynltylr @ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice I’m not trying to educate no one. I want to be part of the solution of course but not the wrong solution. We may only have one opportunity to get it right but less make sure we get it right. That’s my point. Because if we get it wrong it’ll have consequences.

Perhaps by now the manager of the @PostOffice has realised that lying about being the manager might have been stupid. If he has any brains at all he’ll already have a new job 🌝

@santanderukhelp I had an irate customer ring me asking why I hadn't "bothered" banking her cheque. Bit embarrassing. So no, money not left her account. And not in mine. Cash banked same day in OK. Have deposit reference if you or @PostOffice interested....

@Chrs_re @PostOffice If people want change the needs to be review but that review can’t be rushed. If we take actions to quickly we going to make errors and those errors will lead to consequences equally not equality.

@ViscountLe8ton @PostOffice People are attacked for not being gay as well. The bad and good on both sides of the fence. And last time I left the house without that feeling well almost everyday. I don’t believe people are stopped by police because of the skin colour.

@PostOffice utterly ridiculous that your staff won’t allow me to collect my #amazonprime order with my bank card and email confirmation. First and last time I tried to use this service.

@PostOffice Why is it that your letters don’t confirm what you actually need? All they say is contact you? It’s not ok to put people in a position of openly calling when they don’t know what information they’re going to be asked for! This was never ok when I worked in finance

@ClaireEWebb @PostOffice Same old story, they seem to employ people who look down on anyone who dares enter a Post Office... why run a #SaveOurCash campaign if they don’t like handling cash?

@newshound2013uk @USPS @PostOffice Well the point of asking the US Postal service is to have the stamp delivered from the US. Basicly getting the stamp and letter posted from the US and keeping the mail.

@LauraCassels1 @PostOffice They can highlight domestic abuse and also solutions to escape from it, which includes trying to put away money to help. Leaving a domestic abuse situation is hard enough. Having ££ will help.
-
Claire Kew-Tuck
(@ClaireTuck710) reported
@PostOffice I think I’ll just help them make a complaint for failure to adhere to requests. And if the post office then fails to investigate or resolve the issues I will then help them escalate it to the @financialombuds Requests have to be handled in a timely manner.

. @PostOffice Absolutely sick of your post staff letting themselves into my property to deliver parcels. I’ve already complained and nothing has happened, yet your staff still open my front door. Stop it, now. It’s a violation of privacy & has health & safety issues too.
-
Claire Kew-Tuck

@PostOffice Why is it that you’re refusing to close an account and transfer the funds held with you to another financial company? Form confirmed as correctly completed yet still won’t close or release funds?? Neighbour has a problem too

@DVLAgovuk @PostOffice You've had my licence for almost eight months now. Sick of being fobbed off. When am I going to get it back? How dare you treat people like this?
-
The Boss
(@enigma_57) reported
@Frodoslead @PostOffice Not really. Even if they were pointing people to their service, if it informs people of the service, to help plan and leave the abusive relationship, what's wrong with that.
-
The Boss

@EGal89 @CupOTeaYo @PostOffice Why is the PO getting 💩 for this? They can use their brand to highlight issues and also show practical ways to help. People leaving domestic abuse will need money. If PO have solutions, great.
