If you try to buy something online, send money from savings to current account, answer questions and say you have not seen the item in person, they lock the account. They say they are charging 120 GBP a year for forever free accounts bcoz of Labour's regulations. You can stp them by writing to Financial Ombudsman Service, South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London E14 9SR.
