    @santanderuk some advice: if a client has processed a change to their mortgage donโ€™t keep messaging them telling them that current deal is expiring and encouraging them to take action.Makes client think that process is broken and new deal not actually in place ๐Ÿ™„ #banking #ux #cx

    @santanderuk I know itโ€™s difficult at the moment but I canโ€™t get through on the phone, I went to branch and she sent me away (despite me driving half hour) and came back and tried make an apt in branch and not giving any until March. Im about to walk! Crazy service.

    @santanderuk - why do you not have more people working?!?โ€™ 4 offices and only 1 with a trainee. 3 teller desks and only 2 working. Avg queue 8+ people. And wait time of 30 mins plus. #EalingBroadway branch.

    @santanderuk My wife transferred some money to my daughter on October 11th. The money left our account but hasnโ€™t arrived yet! Itโ€™s not the first time weโ€™ve transferred money to her but normally it goes through straightaway. Can you fix this please?

    @santanderuk hi guys, my parents are away in Italy and my mum had her purse stolen. The thieves have already used her cards. She said she has cancelled one online but is currently on the phone to you (on hold) to confirm both have been cancelled. Can you help?

    @dazzgedd73 @santanderuk We've been with them since the Abbey National days too and unfortunately I have to agree with the poor service. Currently trying to move an ISA which should be easy. Customer service has been dreadful

    @hnjsamuels @santanderuk Modern banking somehow manages to make you feel both over monitored and completely unsupported at the same time. Blocking important payments while removing basic human service is the exact kind of thing that drives people mad. @hnjsamuels

    This is torture for old people. It is cruel inhumane and frankly a hate crime upon the elderly. @santanderuk made it impossible for my older cousin to download an app due to his dexterity issues. As for talking to a human instead of AI..he was traumatised. Pure evil
