Im about to walk! Crazy service.

You outsource your customer service to some third world country, where none of the advisors can speak English. Then expect poor elderly people to go to the branch when you mess up. It's shocking and shameful.

We are on week 3 now, I'm still getting letters chasing me for payment and you still haven't sorted it. Shut for refurb!.Only that I was able to give him cash myself to tide him over he would be stuck 😡

Santander have been non compliant for over 6 months and have now been reported to the FCA by the financial ombudsman service. Finally began actioning the rejection of the vehicle and have not done it properly
