  @chalkey1973 @santanderuk are really bad for stopping transfers. If you try to buy something online, send money from savings to current account, answer questions and say you have not seen the item in person, they lock the account. Absolute pain trying to help relatives with this. It took ages

  @santanderuk Hello, yes and they have submitted the data to Santander but came back as didn't meet t&C's despite Santander agent confirming that I had. Think error in the data they submit as my acc. wasn't open properly for 3 weeks. I have all the agent chat msgs+ call logs

  @santanderuk I signed up for new bank acc. with £100 Amazon reward in Nov. Haven't received voucher, despite confirming with Santander support that fulfilled t&C's. Appears error on initial sign up so acc. wasn't active until dec. Error code bi_0023. Please help

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.
