@ClemFandango61 @santanderuk I hate them machines but it's not so easy going inside a branch when they keep closing them down and the ones that are still open close at 3pm. Putting money in my own account has become such an inconvenience and it's something I need to do at least 3 times a month😤

I have no idea if the logon change was successful because there’s no confirmation! Issue is NOT with our computers - the problem is your website design.
