Putting money in my own account has become such an inconvenience and it's something I need to do at least 3 times a month😤

Sorry, but Santander needs 48 hours to figure this out (or in my case, 3 months & counting!) Guess you’ll just have to be homeless. Love to see Ant & Dec act that one out! @santanderuk

Yet you still give alerts for entering an overdraft or debit balance amount ? This was a VERY good service Satander did . And a VERY ANNOYING decision to stop it!

Probably worth changing that so people don’t waste time traveling to a branch just to be told nope 🥶

Sent 2 types of photo ID, 2 birth certificates, house bills and marriage certificate and apparently ID was wrong, took 3 weeks for them to say they made an error...

They say they are charging 120 GBP a year for forever free accounts bcoz of Labour's regulations.
