@SkyUK I would like to say how unimpressed I am that following my sky q box hard drive crashing leaving me with no recording or access to anything apart from live tv and multi room not working because of this I have to wait nearly a month to get this fixed!Great customer service

I had a right mare sorting it as I did it before that link was readily available. they initially made me cancel as said pause not allowed then changed their minds and today reinstated my sports package (with a new contract of course 🙄) and then paused it straight away

@SkyUK absolutely terrible service, can’t get online for weeks 5 to be exact finally change my payment date to level with work changes it now 3 weeks later sky has been cut off can’t get online to help and phone is on hold 54 mins then cut you off!! Brilliant

@SkyHelpTeam @MalcolmHughes16 Honestly it’s not. The help section online doesn’t cover most issues and if you try and call them, it’s a wait and then you get to talk to someone that has no idea what’s happening. Sky are awful at solving broadband issues.

@SkyHelpTeam None of the issues I have seem to have any help guide, and no contact number for Sky is displayed. I have been a Sky customer since 1999, and never has it been harder to actually speak to anyone at Sky. It's menu after menu, how about a person answers and asks "How may I help?"

calling @SkyHelpTeam and all the number does after going through many automated options is telling me to go online and the call will end. Pathetic. Splash out on more human staff as the solution to my questions are not online. Highly frustrating.
