@SkyUK this the second month you have taken full payment from me despite telling me you would refund 2 weeks worth of my bill because of equipment failure of new skyQ boxes under 6 months old failed and I had not tv service for 16 days. Why should I pay for your failure

😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

@andrewwilson9y1 @SkyUK Oh it is a problem that exists, just not for customers. They eliminate the cost of installing a dish/box while flogging you an expensive TV with their service baked in. Plus you’re the one with 4 year old gear once loan term ends instead of them. Win, win indeed eh @SkyUK ?
