😩 so being a sky vip diamond customer actually means sod all to @SkyUK because my skyQ is now proper broken and we’ve got to wait over2 weeks for an engineer, I just check for all sky services we have I paid them £216 last month that’s going to change

@SkyHelpTeam just received a call from 0800 597 9843 claiming to be from you. After some incredibly mundane questions about the weather etc, said they wanted to help me get the most of my new mobile. Said I didn’t need it and they promptly hung up. Not great service at all.

@SkyHelpTeam Shame sky phone lines are rubbish. May have had answers sooner if my husband could have successfully navigated the absolute rubbish phone system where he never managed to speak to anyone. Just told him to keep doing the home tests we had done. Went in circles and wasted hours.
