@SkyHelpTeam @i_am_bmiller Pointless saying to do that. Just says there's no problem. But there clearly I'd as so many people across the country are experiencing either no broadband or it dropping in and out. I've had nothing for hours.

Just had a look at the specs for #SkyGlass. Appears to have no hard drive, so no recording, just streaming and only 3 HDMI ports. That’s an instant “no” from me. Also no satellite socket (to use Freesat when I leave Sky or when the internet goes down). @SkyUK

@SkyUK Sorry but when you’re being left behind by your competitors due to not being able to offer full fibre into my area, why would I stay with you? I’ve had patchy coverage for years. It’s a shame but when the Max I can get is the same as the UK average from 2020, it’s a bit crap
