That’s an instant “no” from me. Also no satellite socket (to use Freesat when I leave Sky or when the internet goes down). @SkyUK

Happened again last night and that fix hasn’t worked. I am getting the same speeds either by WiFi or connected directly via Ethernet cable.

Asking for clarification and he ended the call. Also telling me not to use sky box and sky broadband together. Might as well have dial up internet if I can't use both together

Working from home is an issue with no internet. The communication from your end has been very poor. Are we talking months here ? Weeks ?
