    @SkyHelpTeam currently on the line with the most rude and incompetent help desk advisor i have ever come across at any company Genuine issue with a renewal two weeks ago not being processed. Advisor not helping. Wont give his name or pass me to a mgr. He has now put me on hold!

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely exasperated - almost 2 weeks without TV due to unknown issue with main SkyQ box. Called x 4. Told would have engineer 14,15 or16 June - nothing - no courtesy call, no TV and 5 yr old daughter who wants to watch but cant @cartoonnetwork - txs for nothing

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam so about 20mins later after the call, our sky gets cut off, and about 20 mins ago, again my dad had answered another call from openreach and straight after putting the phone down our sky gets cut off. This is ridiculous, as we do pay the bills with you guys.

    @SkyUK Are you in partnership with Openreach as I have a resolving issue on a matter, about an hour ago I had received a phone call from someone claiming they were from openreach, regarding my Internet connection, I told them I wasn't with openreach so put the phone down [Cont]

    @ShaunGibson19 @Leena21S @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Cancelling ours was one of the best things we’ve done. We get the sports app for £10.99 a month and never really watched anything else on Sky anyway.

    @OmbudServices @SkyHelpTeam is utterly inept at dealing with crap connectivity through their hub making skyq useless, poor internet, constant dropouts and loss of connections. They won’t even acknowledge a complaint. Keep being fobbed off to messenger who are just useless.

    @SkyHelpTeam I know you consider Sky+ a discontinued service but there's still people who unfortunately can't upgrade to Sky Q for one reason or another who you're now offering a limited service to. Given it's a QR code validation you could EASILY have hosted that in MySky for us.

    @SkyHelpTeam I ran test when it happened last night via my mobile over 4g using MySky App. Broadband failed the tests.after around 30 mins broadband came back. Obviously it was an.openreach problem or your routers. Other people in telford area were also reporting problems.
