@SkyHelpTeam Ermm, I have no Internet when I woke up. The issues affecting my service are for the north. It is apparent from the Twitter activity there is a wider problem. I’ve just renewed my contract which is now under review… seems a waste to get an engineer out for an external issue?

@SkyHelpTeam hi our sky q box always tries to sign in to our neighbours sky WiFi. Everything we turn the box we have to reset the network settings to our own WiFi. Send help it's so annoying. Thanks. @anniehops

@SkyHelpTeam My broadband has gone down so I go straight to the app and go through the whole ‘test my hub’ section… it then says I require an engineer that will cost ME £15… you having a laugh?

@SkyHelpTeam i am getting 3-7 mbps from my hub. Had the same issue last week that I fixed with restarting my hub. Happened again last night and that fix hasn’t worked. I am getting the same speeds either by WiFi or connected directly via Ethernet cable.

@SkyUK Hey waited in all day for an engineer - got a text to say he can’t get access, he’s gone to wrong address - apparently you can’t call him back, now no engineer till 17th ???? 20yrs a customer of yours, no TV at all, £120pm NOT IMPRESSED ... call centre completely unhelpful

So tomorrow will be 5 weeks without any internet service from @SkyUK they can’t sort the issue out with @OpenreachHelp made numerous phone calls and no one can give me any time scales as to when this will be sorted out… I give up

@SkyHelpTeam Not today but when I’ve tested before it has shown issues but when I tried to go further an error occurred and I couldn’t do anything more. We had issues with connection last night and today- enough to stop us being able to work but it doesn’t appear to show that on the link?

@falkor_1980 @SkyHelpTeam Yeah exactly. I did all the tests too and said all was fine. Literally 5 minutes before my skytv saying bad network connection or something. It drives me mad! Haha. I love that your IT brain knows. I even tried the "turn it off and on again" trick! 🙄
