@OpenreachHelp please explain why your team simply isn’t communicating with each other we’ve been with out @SkyHelpTeam broadband now for 10 days! Spending £££ on mobile data, no form of compensation no idea when the internet’s back absolute shambles of a service!! Unbelievable!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, earlier today I had my broadband connection cut off. I called to be told it shall take up to 5 working days for an engineer to fix the issue in the area. Not a great time to loose internet whilst in isolation.

@SkyHelpTeam people are out of work locked at home with children who are unsettled couldn't you do something to help, free movies or kids channels at weekends or for a certain time during the day. It won't hurt your profits that much and will probably gain more customers

Another Scottish football game not being shown in UHD by @SkySports tonight. Not one single SPFL or national team game have been shown. Yet all the English playoffs games all leagues, English woman games have been shown in UHD. @SkySports treat Scottish fans with contempt.

We don’t have @SkySports so we had to pay for a day pass to watch #scotlandvsukraine via @NOW. Not cheap and the image is lagging via the app. Very disappointing. All other apps we watch football, no problem whatsoever…
