I should also add that the Sky engineer said someone would call me about shielding and rebooking “within the next half an hour”. That was at least *3 hours* ago now. What are you doing to fix this @SkyHelpTeam ?

@SkyHelpTeam Just a follow up on this one. The slow speeds appear to only be when I was at the postcode. I moved a few minutes down the road and it was fine. My work sits between 2 cell towers so I wonder if it’s an unidentified issue with that particular tower
