@SkyUK waited in 5 hours for BT Openreach engineer visit only to receive a text at 5:11 to say the “appointment has been missed” whatever that means. Unacceptable service for almost £160 per month. Virgin here we come!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, the Paramount+ app on Sky Q doesn't seem to work properly at the moment. I can select a programme, watch it for 5 mins & then the screen goes black &freezes. I then have to press the Home symbol button on the remote to load up the app again. Any ideas to fix it?

I’m an HGV driver earning £16 ph, also sky won’t do anything to help, not even contact the delivery company to ask what the issue is, they have the contract with DPD so THEY should be contacting them not leaving me to sit on hold for over 30 mins at a time.
