@SkyHelpTeam Hi, it works fine on my ps4. But on my laptop it is extremely laggy! It will work eventually but I have to come in and out of the app numerous times before I cant watch it without any problems

@SkyHelpTeam I'm currently having issues with my broadband & have called 2 see if it can be fixed, however you're prioritising calls 4 people & I don't fall in2 the criteria. Unfortunately I can't fix the problem as I need 2 connect 2 a device using broadband which I don't have.

Tried to ring @SkyHelpTeam, gave up after an hour, tried to message, it times out. Sent an email 5 days ago but still no response. I appreciate these are difficult times but this is just ridiculous. I just want to cancel my subscription. Can someone contact me please!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve done that. I have no faith in your diagnostics link because throughout last night/this morning’s 12 hour outage it claimed there were no known problems for 4 hours after an agent told there was multiple outage in Grimsby. It was even on the Grimsby Telegraph website that 1/2
