@SkyHelpTeam Abysmal service from sky. You try to call to see why your broadband isn’t working still after 6 DAYS and they’re screening the number to deliberately not put you through. You don’t close at 8pm. As I spoke with someone Monday night at 8:45pm

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Laura... this seems like a standard answer. You need to let senior management know that people are turning off skyq. Itvx needs to be expedited ... a few days delay is not a problem... several weeks will cause sky damage

@SkyHelpTeam When I finally get the page to load it tells me there’s no issue 😩 you obvs have a major incident here. Would be really useful for your impacted customers if you advised when you expect to provide a progress update. Would be even better if you could provide an estimated fix time
