How to treat as loyal customer. With sky for over 20 years paying £99 pounds a month, so I ring to see if there are any discounts. Best offer - remove our HD channels to save £20.But they would charge me £20 for doing it! How to loose £1188 per year for £20 @SkyHelpTeam @skyuk

@SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

@SkyHelpTeam Still no broadband. Awaiting (1 of 6 types) engineer to fix the line. Was supposed to happen by midnight on 17th then no later than 25th then by midnight last night. Fobbed off and lied to seems to be the outcome.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, on one page it’s says there’s no problems locally. On another it says there is an outage. Tried to ring helpline, no operators available. Can someone dm me. Second time this happened in a month. Simply not good enough support available. I’m pay extra for sky bb boost
