@SkyUK can you tell me if there's a problem with your Internet please. My Internet light is orange on my router, I've followed all the usual, check cable connections, restarted it etc. It's a bit inconvenient right now and has a knock on effect on the TV

How to treat as loyal customer. With sky for over 20 years paying £99 pounds a month, so I ring to see if there are any discounts. Best offer - remove our HD channels to save £20.But they would charge me £20 for doing it! How to loose £1188 per year for £20 @SkyHelpTeam @skyuk

@SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks I have now been through and spoke to someone whose only option is that I have to pay more on an 18month contract and upgrade to a 'better' router with more Lan ports available via Broadband boost. Never had this issue on BT using a BT router. Not happy. #skybroadband
