@SkyUK not sure if sky centre or 3rd party, had call toady 0800 597 984x nice to start but basically his job was to sell me sky glass protection! Attitude changed towards the end when he realised he was not getting a sale! To the point of rudeness. Customer care at its finest

@SkyUK can you tell me if there's a problem with your Internet please. My Internet light is orange on my router, I've followed all the usual, check cable connections, restarted it etc. It's a bit inconvenient right now and has a knock on effect on the TV

@SkyHelpTeam just so I understand. As I am a Sky Q customer. If I want multi room, all I need is a tv with a hdmi slot and you will provide a mini box to connect to the broadband and Sky Q. Does not need any other wires or antenna's? Is that correct. Just a yes or no please :-)

@SkyHelpTeam Internet down at ME7 1DE (14 Jeffery st), since the morning. Seems like an accident nearby have caused this major disruption. For the moment, I am using sky mobile data and continuing my work, but request quick repair and support.
