    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I have tried this. I get a silly message to say “ooops” tests are not working. What an appalling service you provide. If you can’t improve, I am going back to Virgin.

    Credit where credit is due. I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

    @SkyHelpTeam very disappointed. Had an engineer booked for today. No contact in terms of text or email or phone call to say it had been rearranged. Now my account is saying the 11th. Very poor customer service!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I did. But for the umpteenth time (and over the past 8 years too) it was saying it was something do with microfilters. It has never been anything to do with microfilters. Trying to fill a form for daughter's school before their cutoff was frustrating. It seems to be back on now.

    @SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

    @behzbydaylight @SkyHelpTeam @ctpike11 There isn’t anything that Sky can do about it as it isn’t their channel or problem, it’s an issue with the channel itself and the company they use to play out the channel. Many of the servers Red Bee use to broadest channels have been damaged and repairs are ongoing.
