Credit where credit is due. I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

@SkyHelpTeam can you contact me please about my Sky Q box not powering on. Have to say that in response to call centre messages re Covid I’ve tried to use the My Sky app and website and both very poor on this issue. No option for live chat with advisers either?

@SkyHelpTeam But this is EVERY year with the same response. The online steps dont help when the broadband is intermittent for 2-3 hours or more. Always in the eve. And always for up to month before the clocks go back and then a few days after. Contract is up for renewal too...🤔 #predictable

@SkyHelpTeam I did. But for the umpteenth time (and over the past 8 years too) it was saying it was something do with microfilters. It has never been anything to do with microfilters. Trying to fill a form for daughter's school before their cutoff was frustrating. It seems to be back on now.

@SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

@SkyUK My Sky Glass is always freezing, or 'technical faults' when turn on. Use full fibre 900 mbps TOOB broadband, but TV limited to 100 mbps max. Connected by Ethernet, and wi fi furned off Froze completely once, and had to turn off at the mains for 2 hours. Glitching daily issue.

@SkyHelpTeam Well then it’s clear to me that your tech teams need more training and compassion. Absolutely diabolical customer service. You should explain to your customers that the engineers might come if they can be bothered if not you will have to stay in until they do 😡😡😡

@SkyHelpTeam @Davenbennett Don’t insult people @SkyHelpTeam we all know neither Glass or Stream were anywhere near ready for release. They are awful and so inconsistent with constant hardware resets / power downs required to do something as inherent as streaming content.

Very disappointed in #skymobile @SkyUK!! Ordered a phone, Nov 22, after failings with @DPDgroup_news on next day delivery, 2 months later (to the day) I'm told it's out of stock and can't re-issue so had to cancel the order, now there's nothing available at a similar price!
