I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Problems from the start our phone number not ported and 12 operative and 4 hours of my time to be told I will need to cancel and be without internet for 1-2 weeks how can this be right.

Kon Kon (@KonDimo) reported@F1JayyUK F1 TV is not available in the UK due to the skysports agreement. I use a vpn on my TV and then watch f1 there without problems. I also heard 2 years ago, f1tv can identify some vpns, so not all are working.

If so expect a further increase in October @SkyHelpTeam should be explaining it’s due to Openreach switching off the copper network & hiking prices to double them compared to start of 2026
