@SkyHelpTeam Yes no sky box had no signl for 30mins i reset it 2 times and it stil did not work but then it did after 35 mins wht its wrong with thus bern like this for 4 years i been with u for over 15 years and last 4 years its bern bad

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I can see that from my screenshot. Can you say if it is an exchange issue? Or a connection box at the end of my road is at fault? No landline, so no incoming or outgoing calls.

@SkyHelpTeam You sent me a phone with a scratch on it. I go to ask for a replacement and you want me to send the phone back first. Then I would be without a device. You should use the dpd swap service. Not my fault that the phone is damaged.

@SkyUK usual rubbish speeds from sky broadband again today but they will still take my money based on promises they can not keep, once you are in a contract with sky you will get rubbish service and threats if you say you will leave

@SkyNews @SkyUK My auntie has an assisted breathing machine & you’ve knocked off her broadband in error because their neighbour requested to cancel. This is life dependant. They’ve called numerous times and it’s still not sorted- if no contact is made ASAP- her life is at risk.

@SkyHelpTeam Gone through the steps; Been told there is an issue. Been told I need an engineer. Been told that unless I’m willing to wait till next Tuesday it will cost me £15. Is this really the best service Sky offers?
