Credit where credit is due. I was leaving @SkyUK two days ago and today - not only have they turned it round and retained a customer, they have also reduced my bill by 50%, for the same package!. Who ever I spoke to today was a credit to the company 👌👌

@SkyHelpTeam Yes no sky box had no signl for 30mins i reset it 2 times and it stil did not work but then it did after 35 mins wht its wrong with thus bern like this for 4 years i been with u for over 15 years and last 4 years its bern bad

@SkyHelpTeam Iv done that multiple times. A lot of the time the connection refuses to connect. I think there is an issue with the router. The internet drops out a lot.

@SkyHelpTeam Says everything is fine, even though the internet cuts out randomly. This has only been happening today after the maintenance, and I only get a response once I get internet. Not when the internet is down for over 10 minutes. I’m saving my story work and closing it for now too

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Done (again). Says everything is working. We have had issues before and after hours of temporarily hard wiring the Sky Q Box to the Sky Router, it was a fault with the router.

Fed up of @skytv not working! However because I work Mon-Fri I can only get an engineer out at the weekend so need to pay for that privilege. @SkyHelpTeam can I ask again, as I asked before why people who work mon-fri and can't just "take a day off" during the week are penalised!
