@SkyHelpTeam Yes I can see that from my screenshot. Can you say if it is an exchange issue? Or a connection box at the end of my road is at fault? No landline, so no incoming or outgoing calls.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, the Windows version of SkyGo doesn't work anymore. Keep getting problems connecting (001) when starting. Tried reinstalling and clearing appdata. Works ok on android

@SkyHelpTeam If I try to connect using Wi-Fi it doesn’t show anything. I’ve tried all the usual help tips but nothing. The hub shows no problem. All the usual lights are on. I have no phone line either

@SkyHelpTeam I have been in contact with your team for weeks and they don't seem to get much response from openreach! Always review dates! Sadly they haven't gotten the same treatment as power grid when they failed to restore the issues they had! I'd suggest ofcom is brought in to sort it.
