@SkyHelpTeam Hi, the Windows version of SkyGo doesn't work anymore. Keep getting problems connecting (001) when starting. Tried reinstalling and clearing appdata. Works ok on android

@SkyHelpTeam Yes no sky box had no signl for 30mins i reset it 2 times and it stil did not work but then it did after 35 mins wht its wrong with thus bern like this for 4 years i been with u for over 15 years and last 4 years its bern bad

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I can see that from my screenshot. Can you say if it is an exchange issue? Or a connection box at the end of my road is at fault? No landline, so no incoming or outgoing calls.

@SkyHelpTeam hi. I have sky glass with one puck. On the puck every night I have to reset it to get itv hub working. Just resetting the apps doesn’t work, only turning on and off. Is this a known issue or something new. Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam Is there a way in which you can track outages for a particular area or router? Nearly every day, the internet will randomly cut out at random times, with the internet light flashing orange; is this an update being done? Never used to have this 2-3 times daily.

@SkyHelpTeam That’s not correct though. Signature has a published increase of £1, as widely reported across all media outlets. It’s very interesting to see proof of price manipulation to ensure no one person pays over 10% more, hence customer only seeing 50p increase for said pack.
