@SkyHelpTeam You sent me a phone with a scratch on it. I go to ask for a replacement and you want me to send the phone back first. Then I would be without a device. You should use the dpd swap service. Not my fault that the phone is damaged.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I can see that from my screenshot. Can you say if it is an exchange issue? Or a connection box at the end of my road is at fault? No landline, so no incoming or outgoing calls.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes no sky box had no signl for 30mins i reset it 2 times and it stil did not work but then it did after 35 mins wht its wrong with thus bern like this for 4 years i been with u for over 15 years and last 4 years its bern bad

@SkyHelpTeam I’m sure it’s just as frustrating for the Help team having to dish out the standard “engineers working on it asap/ keep checking online for updates” responses. It just seems this is a wider ran “outage problem” than a local one but your hands are tied with giving proper updates.

@SkyHelpTeam ..I’ve read on your forums that it’s a common issue and that even resetting the box didn’t solve it. I don’t want to resit my box and lose everything saved on it. Could it be an issue with the box as it is getting on a bit?
