    @SkyHelpTeam You sent me a phone with a scratch on it. I go to ask for a replacement and you want me to send the phone back first. Then I would be without a device. You should use the dpd swap service. Not my fault that the phone is damaged.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, the Windows version of SkyGo doesn't work anymore. Keep getting problems connecting (001) when starting. Tried reinstalling and clearing appdata. Works ok on android

    @SkyHelpTeam can I just say trying to reactivate your Discovery+ account on skyQ box is nearly impossible. It took me about 40 minutes after signing into my account to be able to enter six digit code. First there’s no where to enter the code and the robot help is a pain

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I can see that from my screenshot. Can you say if it is an exchange issue? Or a connection box at the end of my road is at fault? No landline, so no incoming or outgoing calls.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes no sky box had no signl for 30mins i reset it 2 times and it stil did not work but then it did after 35 mins wht its wrong with thus bern like this for 4 years i been with u for over 15 years and last 4 years its bern bad

    @SkyHelpTeam Yea, I used to work for a internet provider and I’ve done the usual turn it off take out from the wall leave for 30 seconds. Tried leaving for 20 minutes. It may just be the area issue. Which I don’t mind, just home working is what I do now and that’s two days of work missed.

    @SkyHelpTeam I rang and told them I have problems, then I got told it was my router and told it needed to be replaced plugged this in and still have the same problem. I have children with special needs and this is a hard time as you can imagine
