    My internet has been down since Monday due to an external connection fault. I am a superfast broadband user so was told by @SkyUK that I was entitled to a 24 hour turnaround on an engineer fixing this. Still no internet and today I’m told it could be more then 48 hours.

    This is obviously affecting my business and apparently @SkyUK has had no notification from @OpenreachHelp that an engineer is on the case. I know times are tricky but be honest in the first place about the fix time.

    @SkyHelpTeam Glass, does all content arrive down the net? BBC, ITV etc or are you reliant on DTT delivery for that? Also when is the standalone puck solution going to arrive so that we won’t have to scrap existing TVs. Now isn’t the answer to that with no UHD etc.

    @SkyUK Think this is a very innovative idea, I’d be more interested in the specs of the tv like how it would run next gen gaming. I think it would be worth looking into maybe 2-3 models down the line if everything seems to work ok.

    @SkyUK I just want the full skyq service over IP. Trying to maintain a hardware foothold is the wrong approach. Transition to app only please as you move away from sat service. Become Netflix with a live TV guide and you win.

    @SkyUK Baffling. Why would you launch a full service over IP but tie it exclusively to your own television set? Anybody who is interested in streaming a full sky service will already own a television they are happy with. Where is the set-top streaming box? Or better yet, the apps?
