    @Neddrs @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom See, I've been with sky for 12 years and had maybe three outages in that time. I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!

    @SkyUK your internet is the ******* worse, lost count the times I’ve had issues with this and your troubleshoot is to reset the internet etc, it doesn’t ******* work, new router same ****. Shouldn’t be on 5mb for the majority of every day.

    @SkyHelpTeam I call my landline on my phone, from 2 numbers, I call my landline from another landline, from many other family members phones, and it rings with no problem to the internet. The scammers call, phone rings, lights on router go yellow. So they do have the power.
