Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

Meanwhile I’m stuck here waiting for nearly two weeks for a working internet connection.

All week long I’m calling you to be told that you’re trying to get in touch with OR. I called on Friday, was told again there was no way of getting in touch with them as their call centres were closed
