Earlier the general service status said there was a problem but that seems to have cleared up.

Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

Shouldn’t be on 5mb for the majority of every day.

I'd finally had enough after spending hours being messed around by Sky customer services. No attempt was made to retain my custom so I will be going elsewhere and taking my 4 mobile contracts with me

Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service
