Meanwhile I’m stuck here waiting for nearly two weeks for a working internet connection.

Was told 48 hours tops as I was a superfast BB customer. All week was told it was being worked on. Engineer arrived last Saturday (first time he’d been briefed) Couldn’t fix it properly.

Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service

All week long I’m calling you to be told that you’re trying to get in touch with OR. I called on Friday, was told again there was no way of getting in touch with them as their call centres were closed

Shouldn’t be on 5mb for the majority of every day.

It’s a ridiculous state of affairs and I’ve wasted so much time sitting on the phone waiting to get through to your help centre.
