All week long I’m calling you to be told that you’re trying to get in touch with OR. I called on Friday, was told again there was no way of getting in touch with them as their call centres were closed

Sky logged a job and by Saturday my internet was back but I’m still without a phone service

It’s a ridiculous state of affairs and I’ve wasted so much time sitting on the phone waiting to get through to your help centre.
