@SkyHelpTeam had a sky hd box for 5 years plus with no problems.Had engineer round today to install sky Q and three hours after he left it’s stopped working. Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service

Hate the way @SkySports have designed their website in a way that when the TV is down and you can’t actually watch anything you can’t TALK to anyone either to solve the problem. I’ve made a little video if you are remotely interested Sky.

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I have formally asked for Sky Q to be removed after two frustrating months. It is unreliable and not fit for purpose. I will fight to have Sky+ reinstated or I will cancel the TV as you are not able to keep up your side of the contract

Anyone else having issues with @SkyUK broadband. Last few months it’s barely worked properly. Old fashioned dial up would be quicker and better. Horrendous service. Time to leave.

@SkyHelpTeam The internet just won’t work. I constantly have to revert to using 4G on my phone instead, and I can’t stream anything on Apple TV. This happens for a few hours every morning and evening. So annoying when I paid to upgrade to the top broadband package to avoid this problem.
