@SkyHelpTeam The problem is that both mini boxes freeze and/or go mute for seconds or minutes when first switched on. Sometimes it lasts 10 mins. Occasionally it lasts over an hour.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve just had to spend £33 on extra data for kids phones to do homework due to constant broadband dropping due to outages. This is week three!!! Thanks Sky, maybe you should be shouting at BT open reach to fix the problem so we can work at home #frustrated

@Neddrs @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom See, I've been with sky for 12 years and had maybe three outages in that time. I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!

@SkyHelpTeam had an engineer in to fix a problem with the phone, but now the broadband is not connecting all day since he's been. Any way to fix this as it's impossible to work from home without internet.

@skyuk. This service really sucks. Internet failure at 15.55. Called the support line who said there’s no problem on the line. Engineer booked for Thurs pm. Turns out there’s an outage across the whole area. Why did your support desk not know this?

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband has been out since midnight, Sky checking tool says there's an outage in our area, but has no details - is there any way to see more (maybe an ETA)? Earlier the general service status said there was a problem but that seems to have cleared up.

@SkyHelpTeam Actually, that doesn't work. There's "Want to see all our contact options" but no form. I think you mean click "Email us" then "Get in contact with us" which prompts you to sign in. Another customer service process made more convoluted than necessary by Sky.

@SkyUK Finally after numerous phone calls over 2 months, my WiFi is fixed. How on earth your advisers didn't pick up on our 8 year old router needing replacing I'll never know! Maria the Engineer did a great job. Shame about your customer service.

@SkyHelpTeam Not yet sure, as he wasn't listening to me on the T&C issue and wouldn't let me speak to a manager or get a manager to call me back. He's reading the T&C to my Dad now. I think he said the Cinema is removed.
