Still can’t fix it completely as the box is on a main road so he needs back up. Coming back on Monday. But this is the FIRST time he’s worked on the issue which I reported on Monday. I’ve been fobbed off all week! Told they were trying to fix it!

All week long I’m calling you to be told that you’re trying to get in touch with OR. I called on Friday, was told again there was no way of getting in touch with them as their call centres were closed

Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service
