    @Neddrs @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom See, I've been with sky for 12 years and had maybe three outages in that time. I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!

    @SkyHelpTeam The problem is that both mini boxes freeze and/or go mute for seconds or minutes when first switched on. Sometimes it lasts 10 mins. Occasionally it lasts over an hour.

    @SkyUK your internet is the ******* worse, lost count the times I’ve had issues with this and your troubleshoot is to reset the internet etc, it doesn’t ******* work, new router same ****. Shouldn’t be on 5mb for the majority of every day.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been on the phone for an hour. It doesn't work and they have called an engineer for tomorrow. Not happy. 24 hours no work and no home schooling possible.

    @SkyUK I've been with sky mobile over a year, I contacted to ask why the 4g was terrible within the 30days of moving from EE, you said it was down to the mast. Was fine with EE, can't access Internet 90% of time with sky mobile, or is extremely slow. Need to up your bandwidth in swansea

    @SkyUK I wouldn’t bother, 0.5 > 5mb/s often best speed with sky mobile. Switched to ee and now achieving 100mb/s in a an area deeemed poor reception area for 5G.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried the tests on the website multiple times. I get an error with my broadband hub, connection fails, I follow the steps and it says my connection has been fixed - but it hasn’t been fixed as I still have slow broadband speeds and when I try the test again I get same error
