Customer service keep telling me it’s open reach but no one is connecting us. 5 children, (3 school age) and 1 adult working at home and no internet at all.

Earlier the general service status said there was a problem but that seems to have cleared up.

Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service

I called three times on Friday to be told they can’t contact @OpenreachHelp via the phone so couldn’t pin them down about when my internet will be properly fixed. It’s just absolutely disgraceful
