@SkyHelpTeam The problem is that both mini boxes freeze and/or go mute for seconds or minutes when first switched on. Sometimes it lasts 10 mins. Occasionally it lasts over an hour.

I get that we're in less than ideal situations, and that it takes a while to get to the bottom of it. But the lack of communication is where they severely let customers down. Especially right now!

@NoHeroes94 @SkyHelpTeam Still down in Barry. The only update sky have given on their page (which also crashed for hours last night) is they have inserted the word “Wales” and the word “continued” before the word inconvenience.
