I am a superfast broadband user so was told by @SkyUK that I was entitled to a 24 hour turnaround on an engineer fixing this. Still no internet and today I’m told it could be more then 48 hours.

Now been told I have to wait a week to get another engineer out and take another days holiday. Shocking customer Service
