@SkyHelpTeam I connect it straight to the puck with the Ethernet cable and it can’t find a connection. Google support said something in the modem is blocking it and suggested bridge mode or DMZ but you’re saying it won’t support this??

@SkyHelpTeam abysmal service. My partner started working with Sky months ago, yet since we switched our (already crap) package to your apparent super best, it’s been worse than ever. Can’t stream anything without interruptions. And yes, been through usual steps. Not good enough

I am so sorry, but I am about to have a rant. All morning I've been having really bad wifi connection with my Sky Broadband during my work morning and I'm having to do all my work calls on my mobile phone instead. It's rubbish! I pay enough to @SkyUK As it is!

@SkyUK terrible customer service. Viewing card cancelled and replacement supposed to be expedited but still hasn’t arrived despite being assured it would. I pay so much and have had no tv since Thursday. This is the last straw!

@ryanricardo76 @SkyUK Its not worth it the TV is interest free which is 649 after 48 months amd the cheapest package u have to get is 26 so assuming u have to have that for the TV to get the service you're looking at about 1800 spent after 48 months

@SkyUK The TV sizes aren’t suitable, need smaller for extra rooms and later for main room. The TV is horrible square and boxy looking compared to its competitors. If everyone in your street gets these in the next 6 months the Internet will grind to a halt, need to have FTTP. Nice idea

@J1bru @completelyrekt @SkyUK Picture quality, yes Sony is top but the ‘android OS’ on Sony is dreadful. Netflix, Prime and YouTube ok but the rest keep crashing (bbc, itv, ch4, etc…) Friend of mine got same issue. Most of the time I use the AppleTV 4K for anything other than the 3 mentioned above

@SkyUK Sky quality of programming can’t compete with other subscription services, been deteriorating for five years. So an opportunity to launch a competitive streaming service and instead they launch a thick cumbersome tv inferior to many customers have and expect us to jump?
