    @SkyHelpTeam where do I stand on my Broadband package. I am not getting the guaranteed speeds. You gave me the option to cancel but time limited me to 30 days. Now I cannot get hold of anybody on phone, email or chat to discuss this. Other providers promising better speeds.

    @FaxBrony @paul_warrand @Fi3ld23 @SkySports Calm down Bundesliga had 10 positive tests results. Now these players are isolating there will be zero players with covid training tomorrow. Tests done twice a week to minimise risk. Safest working environment on earth.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. We purchased Frozen 2 when it came out and downloaded it to our Sky box. We've just went to play it and it doesn't work. It goes to a blue screen, but nothing happens. It's a bit disappointing as we now don't have the HD version we paid for to watch.

    @SkySports The Premier League will not declare the season null and void because then Sky & BT would sue them for a refund of around £4.6 Billion investment it made so financially it wouldn't make sense to cancel the season.Every place in the Premier League is worth millions to the clubs.

    @FaxBrony @SkySports It’s just a slow burn method of shutting up shop & attempting to void the season. Drip drip drip of problems even when answers have been given so they can yank up the drawbridge. Up to Sky & Bt as ultimate paymasters to stop em doing that....

If the clubs want it to happen, then clubs will have to strip back & it will be essential staff only. The number of games to be played in the timescale is the least of the issues

    @cazmaxwby Yeah ever since we’ve “upgraded” to the new broadband, even paying the £4 “boost” it’s been worse than the old one, awful service and product. It guaranteed WiFi in every room in the house & it just doesn’t. Will be ringing to complain when I can get through @skytv @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam my engineer was due between 8-1 to fit a new SkyQ box as out Sky+ box broken. I've rung helpdesk who say they are still coming. I'm a supermarket worker so difficult getting time off

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been having the same issue the only way I have managed to get it up and running again is by holding the black botton at the back of the skyhub box until it turns red after that you should have the 3 green light back on

    @SkyUK I keep having problems with my WiFi being connected but nothing is loading, I’ve reset the internet box plenty of times, even at the best of times I’m never getting the connection speeds we were told we’d get, absolute bag of shite would not recommend to anyone
