@SkyHelpTeam so I'm out of contract with my package paying £143 a month 🤬 if I was a new customer it would cost me £88 a month, do I need to cancel my account and start as a new customer or will you match the price.

@SkyHelpTeam I know that it is a wireless issue, not a line issue. I have tried everything on your suggested list at least twice, nothing works! A @SkyHelpTeam engineer came on Sunday & changed the router, it has made no difference. It might be time to move on from @SkyUK broadband #nothappy

@SkyUK this level of service is a joke!! I give you lot over £200 a month for phones, broadband and TV ! I’ve had no broadband for over 36 hours now. The so called 4G on your network is beyond rubbish.

@SkyHelpTeam hi, are you having issues with the Crewe area, or have I just picked the worst day to have broadband problems. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips and each time I attempt a test, I just get the somethings gone wrong message. Could you advise please.
