@SkyHelpTeam I know that it is a wireless issue, not a line issue. I have tried everything on your suggested list at least twice, nothing works! A @SkyHelpTeam engineer came on Sunday & changed the router, it has made no difference. It might be time to move on from @SkyUK broadband #nothappy

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, according to your website my connection is fine however when I use the speed test app by Ookla it says that my connection is that poor that it can't even start a speed test.

@SkyUK your on demand service does not work consistently/ at all currently with our Sky Glass tv. The internet is not the problem. Please if there is a bug fix it! Taking away all plus 1 channels doesn’t help either as demand doesn’t work as it’s supposed to!
