@SkyUK I’ve just been talking to your customer service and the black Friday offers for existing customers are no where near as good as whats on offer to new customers. (I’ve been with sky for over 12 years ) This is wrong, so much for loyalty been rewarded.

@Jazzlouisejones @SkyHelpTeam Hahaha I’ve had a case for mine for weeks! I spoke to Sky today (after 20 mins on hold) and they said if I haven’t had that text saying it’s been pushed back to 8/10 I should have mine tomorrow (sorry) still been an awful experience though

I'm at the point of billing @SkyUK for my time now. For 8 months I've been trying to cancel. They've got over £300 of my money. And I am *still* chasing them. I reckon they owe me my day rate so far in time spent trying to fix this.
