Using the internet or any services (like Sky Catch Up!) are almost impossible as our speeds are so slow. I do appreciate it's not Sky's fault (its Openreach's), but we really need your help to push them to do something while we wait on fibre.

I shouldn’t have to spend yet more money to receive a service I already pay for.
