@SkyHelpTeam I know that it is a wireless issue, not a line issue. I have tried everything on your suggested list at least twice, nothing works! A @SkyHelpTeam engineer came on Sunday & changed the router, it has made no difference. It might be time to move on from @SkyUK broadband #nothappy

@SkyHelpTeam My issue being I get a notification weeks ago through the the my sky app asking me to renew my contract and keep my payment the same. Which I did. Now bill increases hugely, and apparently nothing you can do? Maybe leaving is the best option.
