    If your sky fibre broadband goes down at Christmas DONT expect much compensation. Five days no service and received £3.75 @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam ordered sky broadband on the 19th of Jan and still haven’t received any equipment. When I go on mysky account it says nothing. Please help - need broadband for the kids schooling

    @LGUK I recently bought 55CX tv paired it up to SkyQ and noticed HD content is so poor and UHD is HD quality I got on my previous @SamsungTV through sky+ box. Shame @SkyUK have turned HD quality down on the Q boxes to make UHD look better, please fix

    @SkyHelpTeam why do you continue to use DPD? They have tried delivering my sky delivery to an address that is not mine and won’t redeliver today. I’ve taken day off work as today was delivery date. DPD told me that’s sky’s issue!!! Help.

    @bt_uk terrible service - moved from @SkyUK to get improved connection and you have again failed to connect me to broadband! We need to work from home and are now being told you can only come out in January! @SkyUK will you have us back?!

    @TrylineUK @SkySports Hopefully we f**K them off coverage and presenting of our game has been a disgrace for a few year now, but we probz don't help ourselfs. I'd see what @btsport were offering before making any decisions over sky contract. I have no faith in Robert Elstone getting the contract.

    @SkyHelpTeam Everytime I watch discovery+ on Sky Q I get disconnected from the Internet on both wifi and ethernet. No problems with any other app.

    @SkySports So every time a driver spits his dummy out a director is getting sacked? Yeah he might made a bad choice but it isnt going change the fact that Max won, how many times has Hamilton crashed because of bad choices u dont see him getting the boot

    @SkyHelpTeam Hallo, I have a sky q box with very poor download speeds when accessing catch up tv / on demand. I have BT Broadband. I don’t experience poor speeds on other devices, inc TV where I have Netflix installed & speed checker for Netflix is 25-27 mbs. Any solutions ?

    @SkySports He shouldn’t stay, he failed spectacularly under pressure which is sad but true. FIA need to install a system to deal with race issues set against the rules.AB was SLH race win all day long until he was robbed
