    @SkyHelpTeam This is the first contact I have made since I was told packaging would be coming, im not sure how long it takes to arrive? I previously spoke to someone about the overheating problem and was told to return the device for replacement.

    Hi - after a failed appt last Thurs, Openreach have turned up now do a job that they say has been done! I ordered a broadband upgrade from you nearly 2 months ago and I’m still not connected to a faster service. Must have had 5 visits now. No joy from cust svs. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam My Sky Broadband has gone done on NYE….and your call centre is shut. Why can you not organise call centre resource for key consumer holidays…..you can outsource to other countries who have already had their New Year celebrations. Shocking customer service 🙁

The Serial A is a league with less super stars compare to premier league and Laliga. So, Losing Lukaku and CR7 the same year to the same league didn't go down well with them.
