All while they're here every day connecting up houses and fixing their network.

If you call to complain or for tech support they keep waiting for 30 minutes then run through diagnostics that don't work. @skytv @SkyUK point blank refuse to send someone out. I'm changing supplier as soon as my contract runs out.

I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working. It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. I’m not the only resident complaining.

Emma Smith (@emmasmithjourno) reported from Leeds, England@SkyHelpTeam Did so, got an automated message that if I was having a problem with broadband, I'd get a text when it is fixed. Not hugely helpful. I'll call again tomorrow, but I don't hold out a lot of hope. Needless to say, as a customer I feel very shoddily treated.

The last direct messages sent between yourselves and I was the 28th August 2020.

Despite repeated contact, my issue remains unresolved and I have now been advised that Sky has been unable to agree a resolution within the usual timescale.
