Have now called up @SkyUK three times to cancel. Each time I end up being on hold for over 30 minutes whilst the agent fights with his system and fails to cancel our account. It’s now been 3 weeks and we’re still paying for a package we can’t use.

So unimpressed with @SkyHelpTeam. I’ve been without signal for nearly a week, have to wait another week and a half fir an engineer to come out. Wish I had never gone with sky for my TV & broadband. Signal strength is also crap.

Your terms suggest you will charge people an extra subscription if they take the puck elsewhere But how is it fair that if I'm on holiday in the UK I can't watch the sky channels I'm paying for? No other streaming service works this way, so you need to be very clear
