I gave up trying to contact them for help (ie contract pause, payment reduction or rebate perhaps) as a result but am currently in some difficulty over it.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Claire, I seem now be having more problems with connectivity upstairs than before even after making sure they were both on same setting. Particularly GBNews which is highly disappointing. Even when I switch to other news channels it is the same. Not at all happy I’m afraid.

@SkyHelpTeam been having problems with both my Sky Q Mini Boxes, cannot watch any recordings and cant access most channels from 105 onwards, have done a master reset but makes no difference, broadband is fine, wi-fi is fine, software version up to date, i’m so upset, bin next 🤬

@SkySports Ddg made more saves coz United’s defense allowed more shots. Not every shot is a major threat. GKs are rated on making crucial saves, less mistakes and ball distribution. I am a huge fan of DDG’s reflexes but his ball distribution is poor
