As a loyal customer it just gets to me that if it’s on your terms then things get done quickly (upgrades etc) but then when it’s not the customer has to wait 3 weeks

To be told it's an 'external fault'. I knew it wouldn't be the case and had no internet over the weekend till I realised what the issue was this morning!

We’ve had intermittent internet for over 2 weeks now. We have phoned or emailed @SkyHelpTeam every day sometimes even 2 or 3 times. Absolutely no help, no follow up. Going to go to Virgin!!!

They’re selling a TV worth a few hundred £ at most for a huge markup. The launch was well polished but the product itself is woeful. Glass owners are essentially beta testing.
