    @SkySportsPL @SkySportsNews @talkSPORT @laura_woodsy @GaryLineker The premier league need urgent action to save the lower leagues, £100m would go a long way for a few months and only 5m from each club in PL Skysports etc need to help Dont lose the grass roots

    @SkyHelpTeam Sadly not, have two toddlers and laptops and tablets will just get damaged. As a loyal customer it just gets to me that if it’s on your terms then things get done quickly (upgrades etc) but then when it’s not the customer has to wait 3 weeks

    Numerous calls to our landline (which basically never rings) from someone who claims to be from @SkyUK about our Internet connection but actually wants to gain access to a laptop. You'd think they'd give up but no.

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely disgusted by the service, due an engineer today to fit the tv package and now just been told can’t do today and re-scheduled for 25.02, not good enough in my opinion as this will mean over a month with no tv, want to cancel all subscriptions with you now

    Well done @SkyUK phoned Saturday for assistance because my PC wouldn't log on to your broadband but my iPhone did. To be told it's an 'external fault'. I knew it wouldn't be the case and had no internet over the weekend till I realised what the issue was this morning!

    @inrickmansworth @UKPowerNetworks @OpenreachHelp @Observer_Owl Apparently it’s an Openreach thing. We’ve had intermittent internet for over 2 weeks now. We have phoned or emailed @SkyHelpTeam every day sometimes even 2 or 3 times. Absolutely no help, no follow up. Going to go to Virgin!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam @McAfee ok so I just tried your suggestion and it’s a Sky number which I’ve called numerous times over the past 2 weeks! I’ve tried again and all they say is keep trying the link it will work at some point! This is ridiculous WHERE IS THE HELP!

    @SkyHelpTeam can I please ask why Liar series 2 which started last night is not even available to watch via Sky Go, never mind download which I'd like to do. Whereas all of series 1 is available. Doesn't seem right to me. Thank you.

    @joeandrews18 @SkyHelpTeam You’re also not allowing people to remove this package online and are trying to force a call, which you’re not answering - 1hr queues. I know everyone’s in a dodgy time, but just make the cancel option available online. It’s so transparent.

    @SkyHelpTeam @Goddard8 You’re having issues because it’s a dirt cheap panel - poor uniformity, banding and muted colours. They’re selling a TV worth a few hundred £ at most for a huge markup. The launch was well polished but the product itself is woeful. Glass owners are essentially beta testing.
