@SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

@SkyHelpTeam Hello. On my mobile I have never been able to scroll left or right to see TV viewings. It's only ever worked when using a laptop. Don't know how it works for you. I use an android phone. Never worked for me.

@SkySports I’ve stated on many occasions that there are a group of referees In the premier league who are not good enough. You only have to look at major tournaments: not involved. VAR in to support but same officials getting it wrong.

Who at @SkySports thought it would be a good idea to pump in the worst fake crowd noise of all time for the Darts....but still do the panning camera shots to show that there's nobody there? It's actually distracting.
