@SkyHelpTeam trying to watch sky sports on my iPad, clicking log in to watch, but returns me to the same screen after entering username and password. No error message shown. I’m a VM customer and watch on my iPad all the time. I’m choosing the VM log in link

@theandyhazell @SkyHelpTeam I don’t have a phone to check the dial tone. The support guy had me unscrew the socket & plug the router straight in without the microfilter. Still no joy. Engineer booked for Wed. No idea if it’ll help as they don’t come inside they instruct you what to do from the garden. 😂

@SkyHelpTeam are there service issues in the CO7 area. Internet is only lasting for 5 mins at a time before dropping so couldn’t watch Chelsea vs spurs. Wfh so this will be an issue if there’s no internet tomorrow.
