It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. You will finally speak to someone from Glasgow who will give you the best deal ( that is if you actually want Sky!!). I got them from £180 to £83.
