It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. The support guy had me unscrew the socket & plug the router straight in without the microfilter. Still no joy. Engineer booked for Wed. No idea if it’ll help as they don’t come inside they instruct you what to do from the garden. 😂
