    @SkyHelpTeam absolute disaster of a Home Moving service. 3 separate call backs over 4 days since we started the process only for it to fail at your end each time! No wonder people use illegal fire sticks.

    @SkyHelpTeam How long does a complaint have to be left unresolved before it goes higher? I've been in this situation for months and it's so frustrating. The team have done nothing other than mis-sold me a chargeable router to fix a problem that was line based. Disgusting service

    @SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

    @SkyHelpTeam Yup, no issues supposedly yet buffering on BBC iplayer tells me otherwise. I have no loose wires, box is new. And recently upgraded. Have WiFi boosters too. The network is just pathetic

    @CatLadyLaura8 @SkyUK Thats pants, they made me open the windows and freeze, was desperate, no mobile signal here (all of 3 miles from the town centre) so no broadband and no sky, went back to terrestrial 😱 #1stworldproblems Good luck 🤞🏼
