    @SkyHelpTeam How long does a complaint have to be left unresolved before it goes higher? I've been in this situation for months and it's so frustrating. The team have done nothing other than mis-sold me a chargeable router to fix a problem that was line based. Disgusting service

    @SkyHelpTeam absolute disaster of a Home Moving service. 3 separate call backs over 4 days since we started the process only for it to fail at your end each time! No wonder people use illegal fire sticks.

    @SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve spoken to two people, neither of whom could sort out the problem. Don’t blame volume of calls, I survived the very lengthy hold period.

    @SkyHelpTeam That the problem was unsolvable! Buy house today but previous owners BB not disconnected until Monday. Therefore impossible for me to rebook appointment until after then.

    @Carlton_LFC @1966lufc @SkySports Basically any tackle is dangerous to either player. Injuries happen. A simple player falling over can lead to a broken bone or long term injury. It was a completely fine tackle hence why there was originally no foul and no other player reacted until salah saw elliot's ankle

    @SkyHelpTeam That it’s a global issue and to call back in a week. This has been going on nearly 5 weeks. Our current bill is £184 and a vast amount of services are not available. This isn’t very good. We have been given no guidance on how long this issue will go on, or offered a resolution

    @SkyHelpTeam Looked at that. I get odd channels - C5, Sky Docs, W - at different times, so there is some signal but not for long.

    @SkySports Absolute bullshit. It’s a foul n that’s it not a even a yellow. It’s very unfortunate Harvey got injured but that doesn’t mean it’s a bad tackle ( I’m not a Leeds fan ) just someone who is losing interest in a game gone soft

    @SkySports Worst officials in the world are based in the Premier League. A ref in real time made a mistake, the same for VAR with replays and then a panel compounds it. Even Dermot Gallagher said it was a deserved red; ffs, the clowns.
