@SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

@SkySports The biggest issue is with extremely close calls they just guess instead of giving the attacking team the benefit of doubt. Offsides that are so close that you cant even tell with drawn lines should be given to the goal scoring team
