It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. They'll try and say oh it's a mistake and we've resolved it so there's no need for the SAR but make sure you get that recording regardless. Then hammer the bastards.

It's meant so you can get a signal 50 metres away in your summer house or similar, she lives in a one bedroom sheltered housing flat.
