  So apparently there is a fault outside AGAIN engineer will be out between 5 working days. I only had a engineer out October last year for the same issue. Really thinking of cancelling @SkyUK when I can get it cheaper from BT.

  @SkyHelpTeam my broadband has been dodgy for the past 3 days. The signal drops you try & connect & go through all the motions it reconnects for about 10 seconds then drops again.I keep going round in circles then I’m just about to call you & it comes back. now it’s gone again.
