@theandyhazell @SkyHelpTeam I don’t have a phone to check the dial tone. The support guy had me unscrew the socket & plug the router straight in without the microfilter. Still no joy. Engineer booked for Wed. No idea if it’ll help as they don’t come inside they instruct you what to do from the garden. 😂

@SkyHelpTeam my sky q mini hox is not working. I've had to constantly reset but today it will not reset. I have spent over 3 hours trying to reset but it wont connect at all now. Nothing wrong with the main box or the internet.
