    @SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

    @SkyHelpTeam Have you any idea how hard it is to get to speak to an actual person? Recorded messages that just hang up. I get that these are unusual times but with half the country working from home right now this service just isn’t good enough. 😖

    @SkyHelpTeam absolute disaster of a Home Moving service. 3 separate call backs over 4 days since we started the process only for it to fail at your end each time! No wonder people use illegal fire sticks.

    @SkyHelpTeam How long does a complaint have to be left unresolved before it goes higher? I've been in this situation for months and it's so frustrating. The team have done nothing other than mis-sold me a chargeable router to fix a problem that was line based. Disgusting service

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, the original diagnosis was a problem outside, openreach came out but couldn’t identify any issues, changed sockets and did a hard reset anyway, but still issues, sky online diagnosis now says a problem with my home set up. That’s why she arranged to get a new router sent.

    @shikarifan @SkyHelpTeam Shame they all have to be so disgustingly greedy and ignorant. They have a good service in terms of what's an offer etc and then just ruin it with constant technical flaws, ridiculous prices, and awful support. Embarrassing.

    @SkySports I hope Dundee United are banning that supporter. You can’t reach over the barriers and push players for no reason. Poor refereeing too because that sending off can’t be appealed as it’s a second yellow.

    @shikarifan @SkyHelpTeam Sky's customer service is among the worst I've spoken to. You have to really fight against them to acquire any compensation, even if the issue is 100% their fault and has really ****** you over. They're ridiculously lazy and just don't give a ****.
