    @SkyHelpTeam How long does a complaint have to be left unresolved before it goes higher? I've been in this situation for months and it's so frustrating. The team have done nothing other than mis-sold me a chargeable router to fix a problem that was line based. Disgusting service

    @SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

    yo @SkyHelpTeam your company is trash. 20 years with you and the customer service we are getting is shocking. 6 days 10 Phone calls to get a sky q hub on order and the WRONG hub arrived today another 2 hour phone call to be told they cant down grade me to the sky q hub

    @SkyUK had enough of your service now got important phone calls and camt accept bloody withheld numbers when they are important done with it all now not worth paying at all
