@SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

@SkyHelpTeam Nothing but problems since upgrading to Sky Q. 1/3 mini boxes just drop internet connection for 30 minutes or more all the time. The signal on our main box is awful and cuts out constantly. I wish I had’ve stuck with Sky Plus!

@SkySports Anyone who is saying he is better than Holding is clueless, he has not settled well at all. In Pre Season he was poor and in Under 23 Games he's been poor, Arteta isn't going to start him because a bunch of FIFA virgins want him in the team. Right decision sending him on loan.
