    @mattreen @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam They are horrendous. My package says I should have a booster, but we have never had one. I emailed and asked for one, and got told, tough your not having one. As long as you get at least 3MB not our problem. Cannot wait to leave in September

    @SkyHelpTeam There was a huge muck up. You were supposed to move my broadband to new address gave @OpenreachHelp wrong address so they cancelled the connection date and you never picked up on it. And I'm still paying for a service I'm not getting.
