Hate it when clear corners get missed, it happens in the prem so so often which is infuriating given the 1001 cameras! In addition whilst ranting, the rule that never gets followed - keepers holding the ball for 15/20 seconds. #PremierLeague #skysports

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve spoken to two people, neither of whom could sort out the problem. Don’t blame volume of calls, I survived the very lengthy hold period.

@nassah786 @SkyHelpTeam Also why don't you offer flexibility on the tv packages instead of tying us down to a contract on the packages. Should be only contracted to the service not everything. You are very old skool other providers offer flexibility

@SkyHelpTeam I can’t stream and downloads are painfully slow with your broadband. Your test tells me my speed is over 9 mbs yet every other independent test says under 4. Why would that be?
