    @SkyHelpTeam How long does a complaint have to be left unresolved before it goes higher? I've been in this situation for months and it's so frustrating. The team have done nothing other than mis-sold me a chargeable router to fix a problem that was line based. Disgusting service

    @SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

    @Lukethesecond @SkySports Of course it's not all his fault, but he's culpable in his own ways for a myriad of mistakes. Keeps picking crap players, doesn't give deserving youngsters a chance even in dead rubbers, can't make useful/ correct substitutions at the correct time, has alienated gud players, etc.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah I have looked through this on the MySky app, it says everything is good but when I’m upstairs it’s coming through as spikes, so sometimes it’s coming through as being fine then randomly it’ll go to being bad, then back to normal. How can I book an engineer?

    @dplusUKsupport @Stukos @SkyHelpTeam Actually it's not a login it's wanting but an entirely new account, absolutely impossible to use the Discovery+ app, I'm fed up of having to do this, how do I delete the account and cancel the subscription? It's utterly terrible.

    @SkyUK I joined as i was told your network was amazing. Currently i am on one bar and calls drop in between calls and rings automatically again. I am in middle of house selling and calls to estate agents and dropping calls.
