@theandyhazell @SkyHelpTeam I don’t have a phone to check the dial tone. The support guy had me unscrew the socket & plug the router straight in without the microfilter. Still no joy. Engineer booked for Wed. No idea if it’ll help as they don’t come inside they instruct you what to do from the garden. 😂

Just upgraded mine but had to buy a booster as WiFi went crap after they upgraded me and say it’s because of so many devices but it’s not.
