  @theandyhazell @SkyHelpTeam I don’t have a phone to check the dial tone. The support guy had me unscrew the socket & plug the router straight in without the microfilter. Still no joy. Engineer booked for Wed. No idea if it’ll help as they don’t come inside they instruct you what to do from the garden. 😂

  @SkyHelpTeam has sky glass approx 2 months horrendous piece of equipment, hardly a day goes by when it stops working, WiFi awful too! Just been threatened with charges for not returning sky q equipment when the promised packaging and return instructions never arrived !
